Hi there, I'm writing today from Alberta, Canada. we had our wedding in Las Vegas on April 12/12. There were 16 of us on this trip. Thirteen of us new to las vegas, and as a matter of fact, first time to the United States. I had searched quite intensely for many months prior, and have to admit I was quite leary of renting my wedding gown for our wedding. After some extensive research, I have to admit also, that the reviews for Bridal Elegance were not exactly easing my decision to rent.

There were a few reasons why I was leaning towards them though....The idea of not having to book yet another vehicle, that they would deliver the outfits to our hotel bell desk, I only had to return the rentals to our bell desk, the alterations and cleanings included. Having said all that, LOL I brought with me a few pics of wedding gowns just to give Karina an idea of what I was looking for.

She arrived promptly at our hotel at the pre-set time to pick us up, drove us to her bridal store, took me in the back where the wedding gowns were, and made sure my future husband stayed in the front to be helped by her assistant in picking out his tux, and assuring me that he would not see my dress.

From the moment we arrived at the Salon, she was beginning to ease my nerves, LOL. The entire experience was absolutely relieving and beyond our expectations. She looked at my pics, brought me two dresses. The first one I tried on, I rented. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted (only better). The lady in the front with the tuxes (I feel terrible, can't remember her name) was equally as professional and courteous as Karina was.

After we were done, they both visited with us for a while, Karina then drove us back to our hotel. The next morning, she hand-delivered us the outfits, wished us a wonderful day and carried on. We dropped the outfits off at the bell desk after our wedding day, COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY BETTER IN ANY WAY!!!

This is the first review I have ever written in my life, ( I will be writing a few more as well on other venues we hired for this excursion) but Karina was so professional and helpful, I just felt the need to write this positive review.

If I could give anyone any advice on how to plan their destination wedding, it would simply be....DO YOUR HOMEWORK! It is in my opinion that most people only take the time to write about their bad experiences, TAKE IT ALL WITH A GRAIN OF SALT PEOPLE! But research, research, and research again. (No wedding is perfect, so HAVE FUN AND RELAX a little).

I would not hesitate to do business again LOL with Bridal Elegance, Karina and her staff. Give them a chance, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. There are always two sides to a story.

I would like to say one more quick thing....THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH Karina and staff at Bridal Elegance in Las Vegas. Along with all the compliments we received on our attire from complete strangers, as well as family and friends, YOU WERE A HUGE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR to making our wedding day a wonderful experience and one we will cherish for a lifetime.

Thanks again,
Shawna and Darren (Alberta, Canada)

I do not recommend them at all! Korina is rude and does not know how to coordinate anything. The day we had planned for the wedding it happen to rain and so an outdoor wedding was out of the question. Korina had no plan B and the driver dropped us off at our hotel along with 20 other out of town guests and we had to fend for ourselve on to where we were going to be married. Not only did we already pay for their service and spend $1600 but then we had to put out another $400 so we could get married. When i went back to Korina to get some kind of refund i got nothing but excuses on how the owner was out of town and then in the hosital and then to top it off they were refunded my deposit from Red rock canyon because we did not hold the wedding there and they still refuse to give us back any of our money. They are shaddy and stay away from anything they have to offer.

Do NOT rent your gown from here... you will be sorry. The gowns are OK but the customer service and organization STINKS!!! First of all there is only one lady working there, Karina, she's the clerk AND the manager, and she is VERY unprofessional. The store owner is nowhere to be in reach, not even a telephone number or email address. She was out of the country supposedly, says Karina. 1. BAD BAD BAD Customer Service a.k.a The Customer is Always Wrong 2. No Pricing or Fees on Gowns and Store Policy- All Verbal- Not even on Website (NO REFUND ON YOUR DEPOSIT EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION THE VERY NEXT DAY) 3. Small Selection of Wedding Gowns and Tux 4. Overpriced 5. Only one person running the store, Karina who is unprofessional and rude. She is the clerk and manager so you can't make a complaint. The owner is nowhere to be found. I think this shop is a JOKE and the owner needs to POST the Rental Policy AT LEAST on the contract, even if it's tiny print. Also hire more people so there's a chain of command. Karina was also the delivery person, so you had to call her personal cell phone to ask her if you can come in, or the shop will be locked up even during business hours. I would rather go WITHOUT a dress than rent from these Hustlers.

Hubby and the guys got their tuxes from Bridal Elegance in Las Vegas. The service was awesome ... they pick you up from your hotel, take you back to the store, fit you and then take you back to the hotel. They drop off the tuxes the next morning and all you have to do is return the tuxes to the concierge desk after the wedding. SO easy!

We did have a few problems trying to get in touch with them ahead of the wedding (and I mean months and months in advance), but they were very polite, although difficult to understand sometimes. Cost was a little expensive, but I suppose you're paying for the ease of it. So, it was worth it. I believe they even rent dresses there too, but I was leary of that. (I didn't want to get there and not find anything I liked with only two days before the wedding!)

Bridal Elegance advertises their limo service -- when we arrived after a 6 hour drive for our afternoon wedding, this was really something we looked forward to! The limo arrived late and was dingy. When we arrived to the bridal 'salon', everything they had looked at least 15 years old (think huge, puffy, 80's sleeves on all the dresses). At this point we were in a major bind, with the wedding be so soon, so I tried to find the least offensive dress possible, and settled on a plain, white, slip dress (the sort of dress that might cost $100 max brand new). The rental charge for the dress was $300! You can go buy a new dress at David's for less! Same story with the tuxes -- old and overpriced! We were so disappointed that I decided to just marry in the dress I'd brought for later in the weekend - a crimson red strapless number. So now all my wedding pictures have me in a red dress, and my husband in his work suit. It's a good thing my husband really loves me :)

Anyway, to add insult to injury, they refused to take us back to the hotel because we didn't buy anything, so we got stranded way out at their location and my guests had to walk 2 miles back to the hotel in the 100 plus degree weather. It was a nightmare all around!
