I was really scared of doing business with this particular vendor after reading the reviews, but in the end I am soooooo very glad that I took a chance with Laurie Ann!

We had our dresses rushed bc I didnt know there were deadlines to all these things (my first and only wedding god willing) and I was totally freaking out when it got a little close to the date of delivery. My bridesmaids were calling, I was calling and Laurie Ann was really patient and nice, and as soon they arrived she was diligent in communicating and getting everyone in for last minute alterations and just getting things done in the little time we had. Dresses arrived on like Tuesday and my wedding was Friday.

I had my dress altered with her Alteration's lady and she too was AWESOME! My dress was so beautiful, all my girls looked great and I was blessed to have come across her store.

It was very affordable (both the dresses and the alterations!) the bridesmaids dresses were from Alfred Angelo, the quality was just what I expected, no less.

I would recommend her to any bride and I plan to return to her shop and use the alterations services again. She too was great!

Thanks Girls!

Laurie Ann was wonderful! She was so nice and helpful! Her dresses were in such great condition that I bought the store model for half off. All the dresses were so clean and intact they looked brand new. She let me try on as many as I wanted. Great service. Oh and her alteration lady was a genius Maria.

My first impression of this bridal shop was wonderful. I found the dress I wanted at a different bridal shop and then decided to order it from Laurie Ann instead, and just to make it easier I order my MOH and flower girls dresses there also. I ran into very little issues with my dress, thankfully. But the other dresses were a nightmare. I wanted an Alfred Angelo dress that was tea length and I wanted my MOH to match my flower girls. We were told the dresses were in and we all made the trip on a Saturday afternoon to try them on. When we arrived after driving an hour, Laurie Ann let us know that the dresses didn't come in afterall and to come back on Monday. She also told us that she was too busy to call the MOH or the flowergirls to tell them. On Monday, she calls me wanting to know when everyone was coming in, like I have nothing better to do than organize other people's schedules 10 day before my wedding. I went with my sister on Tuesday to try on her MOH dress. The dress came to her ankles and when I suggested shortening it so it was tea length, Laurie told her to save the money because it looked fine. So we paid for the dress and left. On Saturday (6 days before my wedding) , I once again made the hour trip to her store with my flowergirls and their parents. Once the girls put on their tea length dresses, I was horrified. The dress stopped about two inches above their knees. Not only was this not what I wanted, it was borderline obscene. Laurie Ann sat there and told us that it looked fine, all the while I was upset and crying because this is not what I wanted for my wedding. She was the one that measured the girls and it wasn't right and she wouldn't admit it. To top it off one of the girls broke out in hives from the dress and Laurie Ann said it had nothing to do with the dress and she must have ate something that did that and they had to call alfred angelo themselves. I couldn't take it anymore and left in tears, while the girls parents were left to pay for the dresses which were not what we wanted.

I can't believe that she could not even offer an apology and let a bride leave her store crying

My first meeting with Laurie was great! She was sweet and helpful. I found the dress I wanted for $600.00 cheaper than I found the same dress, same designer at another gown store. She was glad to sell it to me, but it went down hill from there. The next time I came in she was very rude! I brought my fiance and wanted him to stay in the front of the store where he couldn't see me. I could not believe how inconvenient she made it seem! At that point, we were going to get married in Phoenix, which didn't work out, so my hubby-to-be wanted to order a tux. When we moved our wedding to Sedona, she wouldn't give him his money back when she hadn't even placed the order! For my final fitting, we were supposed to come in on the Fourth of July and she said she would be there all day. Well, we had to make a stop on the way and she called my home and yelled at my little sister at noon because we weren't there yet. My sister called in tears telling us to call her. My dress was beautiful and the seamstress was amazing, but I will never go back there.
The dresses are great prices, so if you are very assertive you should be okay.

My initial experience at this shop was wonderful. Laurie Ann's daughter was great fun (I gather she no longer works there)and I found a dress that I loved and because it was a sample it was also a great deal. Had we stopped there I would have been overjoyed. However, the alterations process was painful and required me to take the dress elsewhere to make it wearable. On my return for alterations I was made to feel as if I was intruding upon their time and made to feel as if I was being difficult for asking even basic questions. Even asking to see veils on the day I came in for an initial fitting caused irritation on the part of the owner. Ultimately the alterations cost $400 to sweetheart the neckline, hem the skirt, make a bustle and a jacket. The bustle was beautiful. The hem was too short, the sweethearting was off center by 5/8ths of an inch, and the jacket was atrocious. The jacket was too small, the seams were raw, exposed and uneven. When we finally picked up the dress they required the final payment in cash with no advance warning requiring a trip to the ATM despite the fact that they had already taken payments in other forms. If you find a dress there then certainly buy it but I could not recommend that you use any other services.
