Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?
There is never a limit to the amount of requests we will take. The only limit is the length of the event which we'll be able to play them in.
What is your usual attire?
Our team are true professionals and dress accordingly. We will discuss your own style and taste to be sure our attire meets or exceeds your dress code.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
We spend more money on music each month than most clients will all year. If you manage to find a song not already in our library, we will gladly purchase it (if available). If it isn't available to purchase, then we will work with the client to secure it before the event.
How many other DJs do you work with?
We have just over 10 DJs on our team during peak seasons.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
Since we don't charge by the hour, there isn't a "minimum time". We are a full service and productions company so we will create a package to work for your needs and price accordingly based on the requirements.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Absolutely. Being a DJ, MC or other performer isn't just about the music. The relationship with the client is key in making them feel comfortable and so they can be assured their entertainer accurately represents their own style and etiquette.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
We strongly encourage a "Do NOT play" list. This is generally even more important that the request list and gives us a great amount of information about the client.
Do you bring your own equipment?
We do whatever is needed to insure the best outcome for your event. We have a very large inventory at our disposal for rentals, delivery or performances.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Not everyone who isn't in the industry will know the terms like Moving Heads, Graphic Projection, SMS polling, RGB Graphic & Text Lasers, Dancing on the Clouds, Bubble Machines, CO2 etc. 
 Just know that our equipment and knowledge can produce events as small as a birthday party and as large as a concert tour. For some great pictures and videos of our events, please visit our website and Facebook page.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
The time we will need is specific to the level of production we are doing, amount of equipment we are setting up and size of the staff required. We always do a preside inspection with the client to be sure of any complications that could effect the timeline.
 
 Requiring the site to provide a table is for beginners. Any true professional should be able to provide everything they need for a great outcome.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
Our space requirement are specific to the level of production we will be doing for the event. Of course, more gear will require more space.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
No. Our best advertising is your word of mouth. We don't need a billboard for future referrals, just your complete satisfaction.
 Choosing to fly a banner or flag (or even a sticker on a laptop) is disrespectful.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Although we are capable of every type of interaction from "just music" to "hype man" or "game show host" or "professional announcer". We would never assume the level of interaction you would want without speaking to you. Every event is different and we work with the client to be sure our level of interaction is appropriate for their needs. This is why we'd like to meet with you as soon as possible. How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
There is no such thing if the proper planning is done.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
For longer events we generally work in teams. While one performer is on break, then the other can take over.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Due to our large team, this will never happen. We never overbook and always be sure we have full backup of both people and equipment.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
This depends on the type of event. If a large amount of MC work is required (such as a wedding), then our experience is to only book one event in order to keep the MCs mind focused all day on the client. If it is a music only event, then our performer may do a charity in the morning before a PROM that evening, but never driving direct from one to another.
What is your overtime rate?
There is no such thing if the proper planning is done.
