Quality of Service
When we booked Casas Catering, we absoultely loved them. I worked very close with Jenni Cepeda who is so sweet and very responsive to any need we had. We had a great tasting and everything up to the wedding was flawless. Unfortunately, the wedding changed my mind on this company, or at least it's employees. Jenni was unable to oversee our wedding because of a family emergency, which she let us know in advance. I am not trying to bad mouth Jenni, I think she is absolutely fabulous but they rest of Casas staff is not! She set us up with Donald and made sure he had all the details of what was to happen. Dinner went smoothly and I thought that everything was under control. The following day, we went over to my mother-in-law's home and we were all asking who got the leftovers...NO ONE. Casas took all of the leftovers, which I had specified should have gone to my mother-in-law. They also tried to take all of our wine that we had brought in from California that DID NOT belong to them. Fortunately, my brother-in-law saw all of our wine boxes in the van being loaded and stopped them before they took off. When we called Casas to confront the issue, Donald claimed that they wouldn't refund us anything because he had given the leftovers to 'the guy in the grey suit'. No one in my family or in my husband's family was wearing a grey suit and regardless, it was his responsability to make sure they went to my mother-in-law. I feel like they were trying to get over on us and that is WRONG! I would NOT recommend them to anyone for a wedding.
