my husband and i were helped by Yan and Kristine. Yan is Chinese, mature, professional and more reserved. However, Yan no longer works there. Luckily, Kristine still works there. She is Filipino, young, talkative, professional, and provides endless amounts of information regarding anything you want to know about the jewelry that you're looking at. Both always offer us water when we come in. Both are great professionals, better than other sales associates at other jewelry stores that I've been to, especially in Valley Fair. I think Tiffany's comes close in friendliness.

We recently purchased our wedding bands. Again, their service is phenomenal. My band was easy because I just wanted something simple to match my existing engagement ring style. His wedding band was also easy because he had general idea of what he wanted. The selection for male wedding bands was pretty good, but then again its kind of hard to make a simplistic design in so many different ways. CH Premier carries straight up plain bands, two-tone bands, bands with designs on the edges, and bands with different types of diamond shapes and styles. My husband quickly decided which one he wanted. We paid for it and we're now waiting for the rings to be ready.

By the way, the ring that i wear is a ring that I ordered in January 2008. Both Kristine and Yan had checked and re-checked and triple-checked my size. I'm a size 3, meaning that there's a special charge for a custom made ring. Not too fond of the special charge, but not a surprise if my ring size is completely out of the range of "average ring size". I come in for monthly cleanings usually (when I can remember) and my ring is comfortable and fits snugly. No problems of loose diamonds or irregular fit on my finger. So, its been 2.5yrs now and my ring is all good.

Whatever you do, do NOT come here on a Tuesday afternoon. Joanne is this wretchedly mean, unprofessional and rude saleslady who I've had to deal with a few times now. She will NEVER TELL YOU HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE for your jewelry to be cleaned/repaired. Kristine and Yan (who used to work here) always told me if the cleaning or repair would take 10 or 45min or whatever, so I could plan my day accordingly. At least I'd be able to walk around the mall a little bit more. It has happened multiple times. It is so often that I now recognize who she is. Clearly, she thinks that I can just wait around in the store for an easy 30min. Everytime I ask her how long will it take, she would give excuses on why it takes so long, example she said "the jeweler has to do a deeper cleaning because your ring is so dirty". What kind of people skills is that?! This woman needs to learn how to talk. Every other word out of her mouth is something negative. I don't care why. I asked how much time is needed!! That means I'm asking for a NUMBER, not an essay!
