You were contracted to provide

1. 1 Rolls

2. 2 vans

3. 1 hummer limo

4 1 lincoln town car

for my wedding Sept 24 at significant cost

1. the rolls - showed up on time, Dale very pleaseant ---but he got lost between the church and the reception, making bride and groom late for photos/reception. When his time was up he ran my dad down at the club in the middle of dancing to imprint a credit card. INSPITE of the fact that the deposit had been make and final charges arranged for days before the wedding. UNACCEPTABLE And the rolls breaks were not working right either!

2. The van did pick up and deliver bridesmaids and groomsmen to church, but FORGOT to return for other guests---DELAYING WEDDING by 1/2 hour UNACCEPTABLE

3. The hummer apparently was at the church, but FORGOT to return to the Marriott for the baby sitter at 8pm as required.UNACCEPTABLE

4.The lincoln town car FORGOT to wait for my husband and I at the end of the reception so we had to hitch a ride home (with 2 groomsmen) from the club manager and his wife.UNACCEPTABLE

These are only the disasters I noticed ---God only knows what my guests dealt with that I didn't notice.

I used two other limo services the night of the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding for rather complex services and had no problems.

Can you explain what went wrong---with your service???

I offered to send you maps etc before the wedding and you said you could cope.

I was extremely disapointed and certainly would appreciate a phone call from customer service and I think you should consider a significant refund on charges.

Unless you can explain why things so fell apart, I feel I must post comments on your service (lack of) on internet to protect future potential customers.

Natalie, While you have every right to complain about our service, we feel it necessary to respond also in writing. We did attempt to respond to your complaints on the date of your wedding and also when you called us nearly 3 weeks after the date of your wedding.

1. On the date of the wedding - the only complaint we heard during the day was your call to our office to ask why the hummer had not yet picked up the babysitter at the hotel. Our response - He was shuttling wedding party members to the church and back and then had been blocked in at the reception and had to have several cars moved to get out of the very crowded parking lot to get turned around and out to the hotel, he did not forget.

2. No mention of Dale getting lost at all whatsoever on the date.

3. My sedan drivers kept going until 1:30am shuttling people from the reception to the hotel and you chose to leave with someone rather than wait for the driver to return from his last drop at the hotel. When he got to the club, you had chosen to leave with whomever it was. We did not force you to leave with someone else, you did that on your own. You did not have enough vehicles rented at the end of the night to shuttle the amount of people in your party and everyone wanted to leave at once. This was a logistics problem with many people involved.

4. You tried to change times on the contracts on the week of the wedding and also tried to add one more van, when you originally only rented one van and two sedans. The sedans were rented for very short times and not for the entire evening. We had the drivers remain even after their times were up and this was at our own expense. We did not charge you for the overage on the sedans, but evidently this did not satisfy you.

Unfortunately, there was not any solution that satisfied you. Even the additional time for both sedans and the van at the end of the evening that we did not charge you for went completely unappreciated by you.
