I loved working with Alison. She is incredibly organized, always had answers to all of my questions and anticipated issues before they arose. I had an initial phone call with her to talk to her about the wedding, my vision for it and what we had planned. After that, we had monthly check-in calls in the two months preceding the wedding, during which time she developed a showflow, which ended up being a nearly thirty-page document, containing a minute-by-minute timeline, descriptions of what was supposed be set up where, a copy of my must-take photo list, diagrams of the rooms, etc. She contacted all of my vendors with itineraries for them, coordinated with the venue and made sure that my family, my husbands family, the wedding party and my husband and I were all where we needed to be when we needed to be there. She also ran our rehearsal for us because our officiant had another wedding to do. Her assistant, Lynne, was fantastic and was with us for pictures before the ceremony (she carried my dress all over the city!), helped line people up to enter the ceremony and helped set up the cocktail hour (Im sure among many other tasks I didnt even realize were happening). I am very organized and kind of a control freak, but I ceded control to Alison and never worried about anything the day of the wedding. She was fantastic and I would definitely hire her again.
