When my husband and I first began wedding planning, we were not convinced we needed a day-of-wedding coordinator. As we moved further along in the process, friends and family began to convince us to at least meet with a coordinator to see what they could offer. Coastal Celebrations was the booking agent for our venue, the Pena-Peck House, in downtown St. Augustine, so naturally, we started with them. After our first phone conference with Andrea, we felt confident that she would do a great job and that her services would be valuable in providing us with a stress-free wedding day.

Her contract stated that services would begin 6 weeks out from the wedding, yet she was great about keeping up with us from the time we booked her 6 months out. She exceeded all of our expectations, from storing and organizing all of our decor, talking through every possible wedding detail, and corralling our rowdy wedding party at the rehearsal, down to the amazing calmness with which she called the bride on the day of the wedding to forewarn her of a 30% chance of rain and recommend a last minute tent rental, to which she of course took care of. On the whole, we were not only blown away by Andrea's friendly demeanor and positive personality, but her incredible attention to detail and organization (this coming from a bride who lives to be organized!). You could not ask for a better wedding coordinator than Andrea at Coastal Celebrations.

I don't know what we would have done without Lindsay keeping our heads on straight. She organized all of our vendors, got all of our decorations where they needed to go, kept my wedding party on schedule, and so much more. The day went without a hitch thanks to her. She was also wonderful leading up to the wedding. She have us excellent recommendations for anything from vendors to restaurants to tell our guests to eat at. She even organized our transportation for the day of the wedding! This girl does it all- you name it and she'll make it happen. Even last minute changes I made to my wedding were no problem.

Highly recommend!!

Andrea did such a wonderful job with our day-of-coordination. She made sure the event went flawlessly, and always had everything under control. She also put me at ease during such a stressful day! I also used Coastal Celebration rentals for my centerpieces. Andrea did such a wonderful job setting them up and using her creative touch to match with my vision for the wedding. I happened upon Lindsay and Coastal Celebrations through another vendor we used. I wasn't planning on using a coordination service, but immediately after meeting Lindsay, I knew I needed her to help me get through the wedding planning process. Lindsay and her staff are always courteous, professional, and prompt. Lindsay took care of every single detail to make our day perfect. Having someone I knew I could trust to ensure everything went smooth was amazing. I would highly recommend Lindsay and her knowledgable staff for anyone in the wedding planning process. It was the best money spent; you won't be disappointed!

Lindsay was so amazing! She was very professional and accommodating. I wasn't sure about the whole wedding planning/wedding coordinating thing in the beginning of our engagement, how hard could it all be? Well, as it turns out I know absolutely nothing about weddings, so whoever put it into my mind that I didn't need a wedding planner (possibly Pinterest) is crazy. And if you think for a second you don't need a wedding planner, you're wrong. Unless you've actually planned multiple weddings for friends or relatives I suggest you contact Coastal Celebrations ASAP. The sooner the better, really. They know EVERYTHING and will do EVERYTHING. I can honestly say I was not stressed at all about how our wedding day would pan out. I had nothing to worry about because Lindsay took care of everything. And we didn't have some small intimate gathering, we wanted a party for 200 people, which is exactly what we got :). From setting up our entire dinning room with decorations and linens and silly little Mrs. and Mr. signs and who knows what else, to making sure our sparkler exit was perfect. We also used Coastal Celebrations for basically all of our rentals (linens, mason jars, lanterns, chalk boards, archway, votives tall and short and anything else we thought would look cute). Their inventory is extremely impressive! I wanted to rent everything but the fiancé stopped me before I got too out of hand. I can't even explain how incredible our wedding was but I know Coastal Celebrations had everything to do with it and we can't thank them enough! I highly recommend using them :).

Andrea at Coast Celebrations did a great job with helping plan my wedding day, and her team were there on the day of the wedding to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Initially, when I told my fiance and father that I was hiring a wedding planner, they were skeptical and even argued against it. By the end of my wedding day, they both were soooo thankful for her and the Coastal Celebrations team. They did a fantastic job. My cheapskate father even commented that Coastal Celebrations should charge a lot more for their services for all that they do. I'd highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with Coastal Celebrations' planning and supervision of our daughter's wedding; we give them an unqualified, positive endorsement. Coastal Celebrations was the "wedding planner" of our daughter's wedding. The wedding was planned to be outdoors, but it rained. Coastal Celebrations supervised the move indoors and assured that the room was arranged just like the wedding was planned to be indoors. They took care of everything and we were free to support our daughter and host the guests during the move. It would have been very, very difficult without them. With their help, the wedding was beautiful.

I would highly recommend coastal celebrations for any event! The level of professionalism that Andrea displayed throughout the 1 year planning and coordination of our daughters wedding was exceptional. When we would become overwhelmed with details she calmly reassured us that everything would be beautiful. And beautiful it was! We were very impressed with every aspect of the day. We could not have done it without them! Many of our guests commented to us how impressed they were - not only with the beautiful decorations, wonderful ceremony, great food, smooth timing, and fun party- but with our attentive wedding planners as well!!!!

Lindsay was beyond amazing. We live in Pennsylvania, but wanted to have our wedding where we met and fell in love. I NEVER could have found vendors, organized, and planned the beautiful wedding we had without her. She kept me grounded (and even came in UNDER budget) when I wanted to let my mind run wild as the bride, and yet made things happen for me. She was worth every penny and I highly suggest anyone even considering hiring an event planner, to hire Lindsay. She was always very quick with responses, kept me updated, and kept my wedding literally STRESS FREE. Lindsay, thank you for everything you did for Andrew and I. I worked with Andrea (or ‘Drea’ as I came to know her) from Coastal Celebrations for my recent wedding in October 2013. As a very organized person I didn’t initially feel the need for a wedding planner, but as I was a bride from Chicago hosting a wedding in St. Augustine I hired Andrea for the day of coordination package. Saying Andrea was worth her weight in gold is an understatement! Andrea did such an amazing job with everything that I wish I had hired her for the entire coordination of the wedding from day 1. Just a few of the items that were handled for me were - confirmation and final arrangements with vendors, final payment coordination for all vendors, day of delivery and pick up arrangements, coordination of the ceremony at the rehearsal, day of assembly and break down. Andrea assembled the entire vision for the day that made my wedding what it was! I sent Andrea pictures and ideas in a Word document and she brought everything to life. Any small issues that came up on my wedding day were handled without me even having to be notified at the time. It rained on my wedding day….with an outdoor wedding…and the situation and back up plans were put into place again without me having to worry. I was able to enjoy my entire wedding experience without having the anxiety of planning a wedding solely because I had coastal celebrations on my side. Additionally coastal celebrations handles wedding rentals so there were so many details to my day that I was able to rent to bring the entire picture together! Andrea and Coastal Celebrations are the number one reason my wedding was such a success, there isn’t a single negative thing I could say. Thanks Andrea and Coastal Celebrations for making everything so perfect for my big day!

Lindsay and the team at Coastal Celebrations went above and beyond any and all of our expectations. They made my wedding absolutely incredible. It was my DREAM wedding, and they made it come to fruition. From the special touches and attention to detail, to the constant contact and assistance with coordination several weeks out, to the day of coordination and communication, Lindsay was the best wedding planner I could have asked for. Andrea at coastal celebrations was absolutely fabulous! I could not have done all of it without her. From trying to plan from 1,000 miles away from the venue, we had phone conferences, sent emails back and forth and she was flexible with timing and my schedule. I would recommend Andrea to anyone that is getting married on the east coast of North Florida. Not only am I going to miss Andrea as a planner but I am going to miss her as a friend and genuine person. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. My Bride had a vision. She wanted her dream wedding, the perfect wedding and wanted to be a Princess. The day after as we traveled home I asked my wife if she got her dream wedding and she replied with "YES" and had a smile that filled my heart with love and happiness. The smile alone was just priceless. Without Lindsay and her staff I would have never been able to pull it off. We were torn as to whether we needed a wedding planner or not because we are both people who like to control our environment. Not only did Lindsay allow us to be ourselves but she adapted to each of us. They were there every step of the way from beginning to end and even after it was over. On the day of the wedding they stayed with my bride all day from getting ready to exiting the reception. When it was over they stayed behind to pack it all up. All the money in the world would not have been enough to cover the value of Coastal Celebrations service. Everything was so perfect. So perfect that we can't even look back and think of one thing that wasn't perfect, not even one! Lindsay and her staff, to me, were Angels making the day exactly what my bride envisioned. I could go on and on about it and still not say enough. If your debating whether you need a wedding planner or not the dispute or discussion is over, trust me, you do! My husband and I are both in the US Army and stationed at two different post. When we started planning for our Florida wedding, Jason was deployed to Afghanistan and I was going through a military school. I looked for a wedding planner on-line and put about seven emails out there to different planners. On a Sunday around 9 o'clock (Florida time), I got a call from Ms. Lindsay. I was very impressed that someone would take their personal time to talk to me for about an hour. Ms. Lindsay was heaven sent. She took what I thought my special day should look like and made all my dreams come true. She found vendors that fit our budget, took care of pretty much everything. When I came to Florida to meet with vendors and see the location, she was friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable about our decisions. The day of our wedding, she was right there with me...keeping me calm, fed and on-time. Normally, I would have freaked out about the little things, but Ms. Lindsay and her assistant Michelle made sure I did not worry about anything. So, when I walked down the isle to marry the man of my dreams, I was not stressed, nervous or scared. When I looked at Ms. Lindsay during the reception, I knew my special day would not have happened without her and Coastal Celebrations. Both our families spoke wonderful things about the amazing job she did. When I got engaged my mother and I thought that we would just sail through this “wedding planning” process…boy-oh- boy were we wrong! Coastal Celebrations was recommended to me by one of my other vendors when I was about 3 months in to the planning. I had been thinking about hiring someone for about a month prior but just didn’t feel like I had the budget for something like that…. But because I live in Tulsa it was difficult to research, etc from my desk at work. Since I was already scheduled to visit my mother in the Jacksonville area- I called and spoke to Lindsay on the phone and we scheduled an in person meeting at my venue (which I had already chosen). Let me just tell you…. My wedding posse and I just stood in awe of this woman! She immediately started asking questions that we would NEVER think to ask the venue representative. My mother and I sat in the car after the meeting was over and just laughed at the thought of us doing this without Lindsay’s and Andrea’s help! I highly recommend these amazing ladies! They guided us towards budget friendly choices, found all of our spectacular vendors, and remained in constant communication throughout the entire process. The day of my wedding was seamless and perfect- if there were any major issues... it was handled without involving me or my husband! The only questions they brought to me throughout the evening were things they knew I would care about. I can’t say enough good things about them – hiring them ensured my day to be a success! It was a dream come true and I’ll be forever grateful!

My husband and I had Lindsay as our event planner and she couldn't have done a better job! We got the full service package and it was well worth it, especially for us living in NY. From the beginning, she was very professional and quick to respond to our emails/calls. She seemed to have great connections with the local vendors and worked very well with them. When issues did arise with vendors, and we did have a few minor problems with them, Lindsay quickly took care it.

I also want to note that we had a full weekend of events for 110 guests, including the wedding ceremony and reception (White Room Loft), rehearsal dinner and welcome reception (Old City House Inn), and a ladies' luncheon and spa day (Small Indulgences), and Lindsay assisted us with all of these events - even helping with travel and accommodations for our many out-of-town guests. She seriously helped with anything and everything and I don't know what we would have done without her support. The weekend of the wedding was when Lindsay really proved herself and came through for us: It absolutely poured (and that's an understatement) the entire weekend and pretty much all events were planned outside, so we had to relocate our ceremony from Pena Peck House and move dancing inside as we planned on using the rooftop at the White Room. This caused me to stress out last minute (tent not an option due to the high winds) because we had to rework the decor, the flow, everything. Lindsay was very calming and in the end everything turned out beautiful and our guests had a blast! I highly recommend her and the Coastal Celebration team!!

Most brides would have completely lost it if they found out the day before they were to be married, that the venue had cancelled all events. My wedding coordinator, Andrea called me that Friday morning to tell me our venue had to be cancelled due to heavy storms and flooding in downtown St. Augustine. She immediately went to work, handled ALL of the details, to make my wedding what I had always dreamed of. She spent all day Friday locating another facility for us and that Saturday no one would have ever known we had to change last minute. Our new venue was decorated beautifully! The tables were perfect, everything flowed wonderfully and both my husband and I had the greatest time of our lives! Thank you so very much Andrea for taking over and making my wedding a truly memorable experience! I cannot say enough how much you saved the day!!

The team at Coastal Celebration did an incredible job allowing our wedding planning and wedding day run smoothly. Andrea was so attentative and worked diligently to ensure that every detail or our day was attended to. I can not imagine how our day could have gone any better. Andrea was present to every question or need that we had and when the wedding day came, she blended into the background, working in a way that everything simply fell into place...there was no big production, Andrea simply worked and communicated so that the whole day was seemless. If there was a single flaw to our wedding or reception, I never saw it or heard of it, which is exactly what a bride wants. My parents were also able to enjoy the weekend and when it was over, they were able to leave without having to worry about any final details. I would recommend Coastal Celebrations to any bride!

I wish I could give more than five stars to Coastal Celebrations! Andrea was our consultant. She is a true professional and extremely good at what she does. She is organized, prompt, and a very good communicator! I was not quite sure that we needed a day of coordinator or what her role would be. From the very first meeting when she presented the packages of services that Coastal Celebrations offers, I realized that she would be a key player in my daughter's wedding day. We got even more than we bargained for! The week of the wedding, I asked Andrea what she expected from me on the day of the wedding. Her response was that she expected me to enjoy my daughter's special day. I am a very "hands on" type person and I was unsure of how I would or could accomplish everything that needed to be done as far as decorating and cleaning up the chapel and the reception venue. Andrea saw that our every need was attended to! She was soft spoken and seemed to quietly blend into the background, yet she kept the timeline on schedule and saw that our every need was met! My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding festivities and our family and guests!
I also want to add that even though Andrea was our consultant, Lindsay was also always available. These two ladies make a strong team! I always felt that we were valued clients and it was always easy to get in touch with them. I would strongly encourage anyone planning a wedding in St. Augustine, FL to use Coastal Celebrations!

Lindsay was absolutely amazing! She is extremely organized and can seamlessly keep track of a million things! She is extremely responsive. My mother and I and emailed her a lot with a ton of questions and requests. She always responded promptly and had no problem answering our questions and helping us with all of our requests. On the day of our wedding, she handled everything. I had no knowledge of little problems and questions that were coming up throughout the day because she took care of everything. I didn't have to worry, and instead I could enjoy the day stress-free!! I highly recommend working with Lindsay at Coastal Celebrations.

My wife Jenna and I got married back in April, and could not have been more pleased in working with Coastal Celebrations. Lindsey and her staff were outstanding to work with. We live in Phoenix, AZ and planned almost our entire wedding long distance. We heavily leaned on many of their recommendations as they had worked with both our photographer and venue before. Lindsey did an incredible job of keeping everything on schedule, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Many of our guests commented that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. I used Coastal Celebrations for officiant services as well as a set up team for our wedding b/c I had done everything else. I also used Coastal Celebrations for chair and linen rentals. Lindsay was amazing and very patient as we made our decisions on tables, linens and colors. She offered her extensive knowledge on wedding planning and was never farther than a phone call away. During the week leading up to the wedding, she made contact with my vendors and the representative at the facility and coordinated arrival times for the day, which I didn't ask of her, or expect her to do since she was only setting up.
During the rehearsal, she dealt with one of our moms, who wanted to change the entire ceremony. Lindsay was amazing! If you want an opportunity to not have to worry about an aspect of your wedding, call Coastal Celebrations, Lindsay will make it happen!

Without Andrea, we would have been lost. Plain and simple. I was planning a Florida desintation wedding from Virginia and really was having a hard time. That was until my DJ suggested Coastal Celebrations. Immediately Lindsay made my life easier. She secured ALL of the rentals (tables, chairs, centerpieces, decorations, etc.), contacted all of my other vendors and was in constant contact with me. I met with her a few days before the wedding, dropped off a bunch of boxes and viola! Our venue and reception were EXACTLY what I had dreamed of. Coastal Celebrations was easy to work with, never hard to get in touch with, and are the reason our wedding was so beautiful and went of without a hitch. I can not thank them enough!

Andrea was our officiant; however, we worked with both Andrea and Lindsey throughout our planning. We had only hired them to be our officiant, but they both went above and beyond. Any questions I had about ANYTHING I knew they could and would answer and quickly. They had our rehearsal run smooth and our wedding day run smooth! Our vows were exactly what we wanted. They made our day special!

Lindsay was fantastic to work with and Drea as the officiant was a real pleasure. As a destination wedding, there is only so much a couple can do from afar... I had found most of my vendors, but Coastal Celebrations handled everything on the day of (as well as a ton of follow up during the process) and really brought this all together for us making our day wonderful and worry free!! Major bonus - they brought us drinks during pictures on the beach - which probably saved my groom!! And added a Very nice touch at the end with rose petals on the bed and champagne waiting in our room! I would HIGHLY recommend the folks to anyone having a wedding in St. Augustine!

Lindsay came highly recommended to me and I can't even begin to think how I could have gotten through the big day without her! I was very hands on throughout the planning process and reluctant to relinquish control, but after meeting Lindsay and working together for a few days I knew I was in good hands. Not only was she extremely thorough and professional but we really connected which made the entire process more enjoyable. Any and every thing that came up was handled with the goal being to keep me calm and relaxed, especially the day of the wedding..if only every day was like that! Guests and family members repeatedly commented on how organized and professional her team was in keeping things running smoothly during the reception. She knows every vendor in town and helped with everything from escort cards, to transportation for out of town guests to delivery of guest room bags. I highly recommend Lindsay and her team to any bride in the St Augustine area!

I worked closely throughout the wedding planning process with Lindsay; she was absolutely a God sent! She not only was able to answer all of my questions, she thought of things I wouldn't have even thought of. She was able to save the day by extending our contract last minute to include the day of coordination. We initially went with her for just the ceremony/officiating; but, when our reception venue fell through on providing an experienced coordinator for the reception, Lindsay was able to move things around, and take on the additional tasks. She is VERY PROSSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE! I can say that if anything didn't go as planned that day, I was unaware...she took all the worries away, so I could enjoy the best day of my life!

We debated whether or not we needed a coordinator, but after speaking with Lindsay a few months before the wedding, we decided to hire her. I don't know how we could have done it with out her! Our ceremony was on the beach at Anastasia State Park and the reception was at the White Room. She organized and ran our wedding rehearsal perfectly, arranged trolley transportation for the guests, created a very detailed day-of timeline, coordinated and confirmed details with all of our vendors, delivered information packets to hotels for guests, and set up all of our personal decor and pictures at the reception. We hired a pedi-cab company to pick us up after the reception and when they didn't show up, Lindsay grabbed a horse and carriage off the street and paid for it our of her pocket. At the end of the night, Lindsay and her team delivered all gifts and personal belongings to our rental house.

Lindsay went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We were truly able to relax and enjoy the day knowing she had things under control. No need to debate this decision. Hire Lindsay. It will be the best wedding decision you make!! We recommend her x1000.

Coastal Celebrations was incredibly instrumental in making our wedding weekend everything we wanted and more! We wanted to get married in St. Augustine but live 6 hours away so we decided to hire a wedding planner and that was best planning decision we made. Our rehearsal dinner location went out of business about 6 weeks prior and then our back up cancelled 3 hours before the event!! Both times Lindsay had solutions for me at the same time she told me the news. Lindsay was on top of everything from reminder emails to facing our rehearsal dinner challenges head on. I would recommend Coastal Celebrations to anyone getting married in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area!

My husband and I were very satisified with the work that the girls did. Lindsay was awesome. I received tons of compliments during my wedding about how "on it" she was. When it rained during my ceremony and I wanted things a certain way for my "plan B" she made it happen. She stayed on top of my vendors and communicated between everyone to make sure my big day went as smoothly as possible. If I was missing things for the ceremony or reception for decorations, etc. she would bring something from the shop without even asking. She was always on top of EVERYTHING, and I would definitely recommend her.

Just make sure you start on time ladies! Otherwise you are charged a fee, but it's all explained in your contract! Other than that, thanks to them I had a BEAUTIFUL ceremony!! Everything was checked, double checked, and then checked again! These ladies were on top of it and had wonderful vendor recommendations!

Coastal Celebrations was the greatest help for my wedding day. We had scheduled an all outdoor ceremony and reception and it rained all day. They managed to keep my guests dry, still squeeze in the outdoor ceremony I so wanted, and move the rest of the event under cover (all without me knowing about any of the drama or chaos on the wedding day! I just got to be a bride). As far as day of coordination goes, they were the best. Lindsay helped my groom and I get everything done, while still allowing us to enjoy the day and not rushing us from one task to the next. It was little things like handing us water or wine as we greeted out guests, or when she realized we were taking a bunch of pictures with our friends, slipping me my lipstick. She thought of everything for the day of, and made our part seem effortless. We never had a question of where or what to do next because she would direct us, but still never felt like she was overbearing. We were thrilled!

In the planning leading up to, their checklists and checkins kept me on task, but there was sometimes slight confusion between emails. The best meetings were via phone and in person, but sometimes thoughts were lost in translation in emails. Going into the wedding day, I would recommend them to a friend with a few caveats, but after the amazing job they did saving my wedding, I would recommend them hands down.

I have to say, I am not sure that I would have had a wedding if it wasn't for Lindsay! My wife and I have a very demanding schedule with work, school and family but she managed to ensure the day was as magical as we dreamed of. She is extremely professional and worth every dollar. I will be honest and say that I was skeptical at first, particularly because I kept seeing my wedding cost rise and rise and rise! By far, it was the best decision for us and Lindsay was just outstanding at what she does. If you need some help, support, suggestions, or comfort...She is your girl! She was as cool as the other side of the pillow through everything even when plans changed. If you look up PRO in the dictionary, You will find a picture of her. If you are getting married, you need her help, trust us!
