We Custom-build each package uniquely for every couple. We also offer Raw Footage for those who want it.
Describe any special editing services you offer:
Same-Day Editing - Allow us to capture your Wedding Ceremony, and then present an edited montage later in the day at the Reception. This is an incredible "wow" moment for you and your guests, and our specialty.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, lighting is required although we do not normally use lighting in churches due to church rules/regulations. With HD, lighting is extremely important at the Reception, and all of our lights are professional and are diffused through umbrellas, making them soft and not an eye-sore for the crowd.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have a team of Videographers, and you can have up to 2 Videographers with 3 Cameras at your event.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
I allow every couple the opportunity to meet with their videographer...however, more recently, we get a lot of out-of-state couples where this is not possible, which is why we offer extensive and easy online communication before and after the wedding day.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. In 9 years and over 450 weddings, I have never missed an event, even with family emergencies, inclamate weather, or other occurrences.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We can accomodate 3 wedding events on any particular day before we are booked out completely. Most weekends in May - Aug book up completely up to 12 months in advance, so it is always a good thing to plan ahead.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes, a complete backup system is in place on the day of every event.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Cameras, tripods, bags, lights, etc.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, including additional cameras, batteries, cords, bulbs, and tape.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I NEVER "require" a meal break, but if food is given to us at dinner, we do not charge for that hour...that would just be wrong!
Do you charge overtime?
We never "clock out" at your wedding. However, if you hired us to film until a certain time, we will approach you if the event is running super-late, with the option to have us stay longer.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
We offer Raw Footage for an additional cost due to the footage having to be converted to DVD for viewing. With some weddings yielding over 10 hours of footage, this process can be time-consuming, thus, the additional charge.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
Yes, our contract states that we can use footage from your wedding for promotional purposes only, however we never disclose the last names of any of our clients.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Yes. Prior to the wedding, the couple is sent a series of "Video Questionnaires" where they have the opportunity to provide as much, or as little, input into the video as they would like, including music, style, and what is captured. Most videos are a blend of couples' input with our expert creative touch.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
The average turn-around time is 3-8 months from the time of the wedding until the day the video is received.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
Since we Customize to every couple, this is negotiable.
