Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the services provided the Cuttin Inn. They were the only Vendor I had any issues with. There was a misunderstanding, on whose part I am not certain, and during my trial run I was informed that the price list I had was not the "On-Site" Price list, but they couldn't provide me with an "On-Site" Price list, but they instead wrote the prices on my incorrect list. The new prices amounted to a 40% increase a month prior to my wedding. Since I had already entered into a contract, I could not cancel without losing my deposit. At the Trial Run, Lori nor Sally were willing to offer to resolve this misunderstanding, even when presenting them all of the written information that they had provided me when I booked them.

When I cancelled my four bridesmaids' appointments a week or two later, only then was the Cuttin Inn willing to resolve this misunderstanding, and offer me the prices on the list they had originally provided me. However, I cancelled the appointments and made new ones for the bridal party with another salon.

On my wedding day, the Makeup Artist, Andrea, was on-time and did lovely work. The Hairstylist, Rose, was an Hour Late and did not arrive until after 1:30 p.m. for my 4:30 p.m. wedding. The hairstyle did not match what Rose and I had practiced during the trial run I had paid for. I was most upset because I've seen her work, and this was not even close to her best. The saddest part is that I have so many photos of a hairdo I really hadn't expected nor enjoyed. Rose's inability to arrive on time had a negative impact on my ability to get ready before my wedding.
