Everything we bought was very over-priced. I did not buy my dress here but I did find all of my accessories for myself and bridesmaids and flower girls here. There selection was not very broad, and the staff always seemed too busy to help.

I loved my dress. Alterations from here are pretty expensive though. I like the fact they have the credit card plan. They really didnt have good customer service they were always to busy with not enough workers so usually i just helped myself

Overall I was VERY disappointed with the service I received from David's Bridal. I know that they are a chain store so my expectations were not very high to start with, but where I live we don't have too many other options. When I first began shopping for dresses they were great. The consultant helped us find a dress I loved. After adding in all of the accessories it was more than what I really wanted to pay, but I loved this dress and I was willing to pay for it.

My wedding was at the end of May, so the consultant told the bridesmaids that they needed to order their dresses by Jan. 1st so that they would be ready on time. I was a little frustrated and confused that the orders had to be placed so early because one of my bridesmaid's (who lives out state) ordered her dress in September and received it in October. We knew that the dresses did not take 4 months to come in. I was even more frustrated in EARLY December when DB would call me every almost every day to tell me that if the dresses weren't ordered that week that they would not arrive on time... when the bridesmaid's would call the store directly they were told that they had plenty of time to order. It was pretty obvious that the consultant was simply trying to get paid her commission for the sale in time for Christmas. My frustration rose more when all of the dresses did arrive approximately two to three weeks after they were ordered and then DB would call again almost every day telling the bridesmaids that they needed to pick up their dresses right away. Then when I went to order my daughters's flower girl dress in February I was not able to order the dress I wanted because they said it would not arrive on time. It seemed ridiculous to me that they were not able to provide a more accurate timeline.

I guess me having a total of 4 bridesmaid's was too confusing for them because they replaced one bridesmaid's order with another. Thank goodness both girls wore the same size dress, because we did not find this out until the dresses came in.

I had them do the alterations of the flower girl dress I bought from them and they charged more than $75 to put a 2" hem in the dress.

They would not press my dress for me even though I purchased it there because I did not have it altered by them.

I was not one of those brides who complained about everything. In fact DB was the only place where I had an unsatisfying experience.

If you have the option, I recommend going anywhere else.

I purchased an Oleg Cassini about 5 weeks before my wedding. They were able to rush order it and get it to me so fast!

My fiance, now husband, actually helped me hem the dress from a floor length to a tea length, which I wore for our first dance and ended up keeping it on for the remainder of the evening because my long one was too cumbersome.

I ended up wearing it again for a formal night on our cruise and my videographer got some amazing footage of my husband and I jumping in the saltwater pool in it!

I've taken it to get it cleaned and it's still holding up. Great quality!

Couldn't be happier with the girls at the store, they had so much fun helping me find a dress and trying them on. It was a great experience.

Walked in not expecting to try on dresses just look for Bridesmaids and ended up leaving with a dress. When I went to pick it up and try it on the counsultant commented that I needed to loose weight in order for the dress to fit. I went back in for my alterations and they were great with helping me try on the dress and advising me how to hang my pedicoat and bra. When I went for my 2nd fitting the same consultant that commented on my weight saw my dress and said it was beautiful and I was as well. My busel held the entire night for the dance. Alterations were pricy but worked great for me!

I attended a dress fitting and found the perfect dress. I ordered the dress almost a year in advance and had it shipped to my parent's house. 5 months before the wedding I took it back to David's Bridal to have it altered. She promised it would be ready the first of May. It was ready the second week of May and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly. It was pricey to have it altered, but it was worth it!
