I bought my garter here! They were always very friendly when I walked in and willing to help. They have a good variety of wedding and prom dresses.

Found what we were looking for at David's Bridal in Las Vegas and they helped with the alterations. A bit pricey on the alterations ... but happy with the result. Salespersons sometimes snobby. Maybe only at the Sahara store.

My first visist was with my maid of honor in tow and it went great. but when I returned (alone) during my layaway period to make a payment on a dress not yet ordered, I had changed my mind for the fact that not only the date but the entire theme of our wedding had changed and the first dress choosen no longer tied in with the new plans. I was rushed thru the process, shown few options and was really made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted as a customer. I purchased the second dress, paid cash and and left with the dress. I was told they would clean and perform any alterations that would be needed as it was 11 months before our wedding and I was still on a diet to lose wieght (had lost 50# then, 101# by wedding day!). I'm sure that these things were told to me just to get the dress out of thier inventory and myself (an older bride at 46 then) out of thier store. Months later when the cleaning and alterations needed to be done so I could wear my beautiful dress, I called the store for an appointment as I had been instructed months before I was informed that they couldn't possibly do any of those things for me stating if I was going to have alterations the appointment would have been made at the time of purchase (they said then i needed to wait until closer to my wedding to avoid reated fittings as I continued to lose the pounds. Again I felt as if I was accused of trying to somehow get services/goods for nothing and rip them of in someway. All in all... A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL!! Thanks for nothing David's Bridal.

I went to the David's Bridal on Sahara. The staff were very helpful in choosing my dress, the consultant was ready to help me at my assigned appt time. I had no idea what I wanted and she helped me narrow down my options until I eventually found the one. The seamstress was also very helpful in altering my dress. Although alterations there are really expensive, I had the dress hemmed, taken in on the side and bustled and it was close to half the cost of the dress.

soo, I initially went to the DB in Clackamas, OR i had a great consultant and found a great dress. However when i got home to Las Vegas, I looked online DB.com and found a cheaper dress of my dreams. They allowed me to revoke my layway on dress#1 and i got my #2 dress shipped right away. my fittings were one on one, however there still was never more than 2 people to help everyone that came in the store. this was the LV location by Galleria Mall. My dress was amazing for the price, just the service was so-so

Frustrating and painful to get the invitations right. Once they were done however, they came out beautiful. If you have questions along the way, customer service is less than helpful. I guess this is the price you pay for doing it online.

I got my dress for a good deal on sale, but the customer service and alterations are a nightmare. We had made an appointment one night for after I got off work. My mom showed up about 15 minutes before I did (about 10 minutes before our appoitnment), and they told her to browse around the store but they wouldn't let her pick out any dresses or get a dressing room until I showed up. There wasn't a single person in the store at that time, and there were about 4 or 5 ladies just standing around talking. We had shopped online, so we knew the 8 dresses I already wanted to try on, and all they had to do was look it up by the code in their computer system. When I arrived, 2 or 3 other walk in brides had arrived, and were being helped. We were told to wait because there was no available consultants, and we were not allowed to go back to the back without a consultant. So my mother already had dresses picked out for me to try on and we waited about 20 minutes before we ended up going to the back by ourselves. Finally, one of the consultants confronted my mom and asked if we needed help. My mother explained what had happened and the consultant was more then willing to solve the problem, even though no one else in the store seemed to have cared at all. That consultant was just finishing up her shift for the night, but went and spoke to another consultant and got us taken care of for the rest of our visit. Because I have heard horror stories about their alterations, I took my dress to a friend of ours to have it altered. But all of my bride's maids complained about the price and the service of the alterations. It cost them almost the same amount to get it altered as it did to purchase the dress. While they have quality clothes at decent prices in the store, their customer service and alterations are almost not worth purchasing anything from there. They also jack their prices up so much for everything they have in there. Veils run about $100.00. I chose to take the tulle off the front of my dress, and my mother used that to make my veil. The tulle was softer then any veil in the store, and the beadwork my mom did was better then any of the veils David's Bridal has to offer. Neither my mom or I are very crafty, she found a pattern she liked and copied it. She had never done anything like this before. Anyone can make the veils that they are offering at an outrageous price. It would be one thing if they had the quality to go along with the price on some of their items, but most of the time they don't. The dresses are about the only thing I would be willing to purchase from them, everything else is a rip off and you can get for at least half the price somewhere else.

I went to the David's Bridal on Rainbow & 215. Inside the Walmart shopping center. My dress was and is gorgeous! I loved loved loved my dress! AND the best part is that it was on sale! The representatives were extremely helpful! I bought my wedding dress, shoes, tiara, and jewelry there and I LOVE it all! I also bought a bridesmaid dress and a flower girl dress and really like the way it turned out. Very nice material, not cheap looking at all.

I loved my dress, and it was a great deal. I didn't want strapless, so I had to have straps sewn on. It ended up being a litte scary because when I purchased the dress, they told me it wouldn't be a problem. Then when I went in for my first fitting, they said that it couldn't be done. They didn't have enough fabric, and there wasn't time to order more. However, I arranged another fitting with their master seamstress, and she worked it out. It ended up being perfect. Their hours are nice and convenient, which is good for flexibility. But, on the downside, they seem to have more rigid rules about pick-up and how long they'll keep your dress for than some other stores. They seemed more attentive when I was actually picking out and buying a dress than they were after I bought it. I loved my dress though and would definitely do it the same next time! I just might order extra fabric right away, rather than trusting that they have the strap situation under control.

I actually ended up using David's Bridal in several locations - I chose my dress at the Sahara location, bought some accessories at the Henderson location, had the dress pressed in Arizona where my wedding was held, and one of my bridesmaids worked with the Denver location. That is a big plus with this vendor, the locations!

The staff when we were shopping was friendly and helpful, I was frustrated however with how they told me the dress would take many weeks to come in and then they called shortly after to say it was in and if I didn't pick it up then they couldn't guarantee what would happen to it. I was in the middle of a move and didn't like that they expected me to pick up the dress asap. They also charged for the garment bag.

The dress was what I wanted and I liked the bridesmaid dress choices but you have to be careful with pricing on accessories. The tiara quickly took on a rusty look after the wedding and was certainly not worth the price paid. You'd be better off going elsewhere. I believe I got the dress for about $400 and then had to get the underthings as well. It is pretty affordable if you don't go for a train and then bustling, etc. etc. Watch for the extra charges. I went with them mostly because they had the unique style I really wanted (strapless with a lace full length jacket) and I never shopped around so I can't compare them to anywhere else. The multiple locations are a HUGE plus for an out of town wedding.
