David's Bridal was good to work with. On the day that I went to try on dresses, they were so busy that my consultant kept walking off to get another dress for me, so my MOH had to help me get in and out of my dresses. The consultant was really friendly though.
Alterations was really great to work with, and they did a great job on my dress.
We also got our Bridesmaids dresses from Davids. We picked the dress on our own, and didn't really have any imput from our consultant, but I don't think they help with BM dresses anyway.
Overall, David's was good, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Davids only because I saw a dress of theirs in a magazine that I really liked. I wound up getting the dress, and I liked it, but it was of poor quality. Same thing with the veil. I was very careful with both the dress and the veil, and they are already ripped. I would recommend them only as a last resort or if you saw a dress that you really loved there.

My bridesmaids found theyre dress online, tried it on in the local store so they were sized right, then ordered it online because they didn't have lilac in the store . The store employees were every helpful but the website was not user friendly.

I found my wedding dress online, tried it on in the local store to find the proper size, then ordered it online because they didn't have the color I wanted (white) in the store. The store help was very helpful and friendly and gave me wonderful suggestions.

Online, however wasn't as helpful. They were out of the size I wanted and didn't say spefically when they would get it in. Furthermore, there was no contact information for me to be able to ask about this problem. When I called the store to ask about this, they said they are seperate from the online store and didn't have any contact info either. Weird.

The good thing was that once the dress was actually in stock, they ship it within two weeks. Plenty of time. So, I just had to wait until the dress came in or I felt like there wasn't enough time before the wedding.

The last thing I want to comment on is the seamstress at the store which is where I did my fitting. She was not easy to work with, and actually got me way more stressed out when I talked to her. I also had to repeat myself several times before she grasped what I was saying which was totally annonying.

The workers are so SNOBBY!! I'm really confused as to why we actually decided on buying from here. Sure, the dress was great, but the service has room to improve.
