We worked with Brian as our sales person. I went in by myself to pick out a setting. I tried on several and he was very patient with me in choosing one. During the shopping experience, we were served sodas and wine. It made the whole experience more fun. My fiancé and I picked out the diamond together and we had a lot of fun doing it (I had more fun than he did). Overall, we spent several hours with Brian and we never felt rushed or that he was anxious to make the sale. He let us look at several diamonds until we found the right one. We also purchased our wedding bands at the same time. After the purchase, Brian only contacted my fiancé so that there would be some element of surprise. Not long after having my engagement ring, I damaged it at work. They were able to fix it on the spot and cleaned it for free. My only compliant is that they made a mistake and made my rings in white gold rather than platinum which they quickly fixed using the same mold for the rings. Extremely nice staff and excellent service!

I really liked how I was treated as a customer when I was in the store, but I felt that the communication between appointments was lacking. I waited for our salesperson to contact us about pricing and a setting, and the person never called. I had to call to see what was happening and then was able to get information I needed. Overall, our experience as customers was good while in the store.
