We got my engagement ring at Dianne's and it is perfect. The staff really made us feel like family and when we had to have the ring rebuilt after a mishap, they have an expert jeweler there that did an amazing job. We went back to get the ring cleaned before the wedding and they remembered our names and were very excited for us. What a great experience.

My husband and I purchased all our rings at Dianne's: engagement and two wedding bands. Their selection changes pretty frequently given that they deal in estate jewelry, although they do have some new men's rings to fill out their selection a little.
My engagement ring is beautiful and more detailed than any rings I saw in stores that sell brand new jewelry. It's from the 1940's but looks as good as new. They were patient and not pushy when my husband went in to pick out the ring by himself. When we went in to look at wedding bands they were also very patient with me while I tried on just about every ring they had in platinum, sometimes more than once.
As wedding rings tend to, they gave us a bit of sticker shock, but they were willing to work with us on prices so we could get the rings we wanted. Really, every jeweler we went to was willing to adjust price, but Dianne's was the most pleasant to talk to.
Best things about Dianne's?
-They give you jewelry cleaner and polishing cloths with every ring. They even gave us a bottle of champagne with the engagement ring.
-They do all their jewelry adjustments (sizing and polishing) in house, and they are experienced with platinum which can be hard to work with. That stuff is also included when you buy your ring, and they told me to come back any time to get a sort of check-up on my ring, make sure the stones are secure, etc.
-You can bring your rings back before the wedding to get them cleaned and polished for free. (:

Issues?
-After I had my wedding ring sized, I noticed there was a line left where it was adjusted and had to bring it back to be fixed. It was really minor and they were really cooperative about fixing it. I also had to ask them to buff out a dent that the sales person had told me would be buffed out before, but that was just a lapse in communication to their jeweler, and he buffed it out while I waited in the store. Easy!
