We had been planning to etch our favors by hand and thought this company was going to make things easier by printing for us. Unfortunately, their web platform is super janky and they can't seem to access things you upload to them. SIgh. Anyhow, if you go with these folks, plan at least 2 months of extra time you don't think you need. Initially they gave us a delivery date that was eight days before our wedding (great!) and then screwed up their process twice (couldn't access the design i built ON THEIR SITE, then had me email it to them (as in download it OFF THEIR SITE and email it them?) and THEN they emailed a proof that was missing all of the text of the design, made me go through exactly the same downloading process, but somehow this next time they were able to get the image right (from literally the same file)?! Anyhow, after days of this rigamarole (yeah, i said rigamarole), they tried to tell me I had to pay extra to get the jars even by the wedding date (!)... and that's before they had even printed them (at that point, the wedding was still over two weeks away, which apparently was suddenly not enough time due to their mistakes). Their people are nice but their systems are extremely flawed. Also each time I worked with a different customer service rep, who seemed completely unaware of my work with the previous rep. So when one rep suddenly was insisting I needed to pay a fee, it was the day after a previous rep told me she had already fixed the delivery date problem. Overall, I basically spent as much time on the phone with them over the course of three days as I'd have spent just handmaking the freaking things for 1/4 of the money.

I am really disappointment that I had such a bad experience with them, and I have never left a bad review about a company but I feel I need to share my experience. I was ordering water bottles for my company, and a representative talked me into ordering 120 instead of 100 in order to get a better discount. They then called back after I had paid and checked out saying they could only do increments of 50, and tried to charge me more per bottle for 100 even though I had already paid. After being on the phone for an hour they agreed to the original price, then called later that day and put me on hold for an additional 15 minutes to tell me my order would be delayed a couple of days. My order should have come March 15, with the delay I was expecting March 17 or so, so when they didn't come by March 21 I checked my order saying that they should get here by the 23rd. I got an email the next day saying that our order had been "put on hold" and that the earliest they could get it to me was the 31st, which is two and a half weeks after they had originally promised and well after the date we needed them by. I called customer service and was on the phone with them for an additional hour and had to leave but requested a call back and an email of who I can talk to to pick up where we left off but received neither and now have to start over to see what happened to my order. I have had such a terrible experience with this company and will absolutely never work with them.

I ordered 50 glasses, and 100 shot glasses for an event I was hosting and the estimated delivery date was the 9th. Not only did they change the estimated date on me a day before my event, they also sent my singular order in three pieces, that still haven't arrived yet. There was no communication about any of this to me, and after calling three times about this issue, I received a measly $48 refund on my $1000 order, and was hung up on my last time calling. They are not worth the hassle, their estimated delivery dates are incorrect, and they are extremely rude on the phone. You can find better quality and better service elsewhere, I know that I will be doing so in the future.

Do not use this company!!! I repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They totally dropped the ball and didn't complete my order on time, despite reassuring me that they would on three separate occasions. I paid for expedited shipping, and they missed my deadline. Then I called and paid an additional expedited shipping charge and they missed that deadline, despite promising me that I would have it on time, every time I called. I have no idea as to the quality of their products, because they still have not arrived. The final deadline, as well as all of the buffer time that I had built in has been blown and I will not have my items from them for my event. In case you missed it - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

When I first ordered it was a positive experience. It was cheap and easy to order from. But when I received my order it was wrong. Took me 2 weeks to get someone to fix it. The good, the bad, and the ugly: I placed my order in early June for champagne glasses with an est. ship date of 6/13, plenty of time for my 6/26 wedding. There was a problem with my artwork (fonts I used in their design studio as an uploaded image) and was told they could fix it on their end. Their idea of fixing it was to completely change the font. It took me 5 days to get the issue worked out with their art department. 1st I had to send them a better quality image, which wasn't a problem if they had just told me that in the first place, then they went and changed the one font in four lines that was actually theirs. 5 days went by fixing these errors, and I responded promptly to each request they made. But somehow this pushed my ship date back 10 days. Receiving my personalized glasses on 6/23 for a 6/26 wedding was too much of a risk. Here, I will say their customer service was outstanding. The woman understood the problem immediately, communicated with the warehouse and the production department, and got me an updated delivery date for the 18th. All very reasonable. She assured me my glasses were going to production that Monday. On Friday I got an email saying our particular glasses were out of stock. They offered us an alternative, but we had to pay an upcharge. It's now the 10th, my glasses should be shipping in 3 days, and I'm being told they aren't even in production yet AND I have to pay more for them. I had to wait all weekend for cust. service (they had an online chat available, but were unable to approve my order at the original price). Thanks to some quirk of fate, I got the same customer service rep they have back on the phone (this woman was the only saving grace of their company). She got me the glasses for the same price as the original ones, rushed the order and got them shipped the next day. The quality is so so, there is a smudge of ink below one of the words, and the lines aren't straight. But, you get what you pay for.

I had nothing but horrible experiences with Discount Mugs. We were supposed to get our bags by the 16th of May for an event on the 21st and they sent them to us before then, but 150 of the 250 were branded with the wrong name. They shipped us more than half of the wrong bags. So we spoke to them on the 11th and they said they would ship us the rest of the correct ones. We called on 17th after we didn't receive the bags and they said the person forgot to put the order through and we'll get them by the morning of the 20th. On the 20th we still had no bags and when i checked on the FedEx website they were all the way in Tennessee with no chance of being at our door in Pennsylvania that day. When I called and was finally put through to a supervisor, after dealing with nasty customer service people who told me it wasn't their fault it was ours for saying we needed them by the 20th, she was so rude and told me I had to wait until 5 pm because that is the time block that they are allowed to deliver til. 5:00 rolled around and we kept our office open longer so we could see, and fedex never came. I was promised a refund and a week later we still have no refund. I am DISGUSTED with discount mugs. They are the most inept group of people and most poorly run business I've ever worked with (and I work for the government so that's saying a lot!!!!!) 100% do not, under any circumstances, recommend this company.
