Ceremony or Program suggestions, layout, editing and printing
Direct/offer suggestions at the rehearsal/setup, if needed
Assist all guests and party members as needed on event day
Organize wedding party for procession and recession
Work behind the scenes to cue musicians and avoid interruptions
Create a seating chart for guests
Be the personal assistant for the guest(s) of honor
Confirm all vendor services the prior week
Game plan coordination with photographers and videographers for locations to shoot from
Coordination of Reception including first dance, dining, toast, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc.
Coordinate band staging and setup, attire and managing the pace of the evening with the bandleader through repertoire and sound levels
