I was quite pleased with this vendor. They have a great variety. My favors were delivered in a timely manner. They were inexpesives yet NOT cheap. All was good until just now when I did an online chat with a representative and after she answered my question she never even responded to make sure she had done all she could to help me. The tables they're being used for as accents are six foot rectangles; if the round overlay is ivory, what color should be the rectangle? and should I order shorter rounds to accent the six foot rounds or are the 120 in good for these too?

I did not have a good experience with this company. They ran out of the color I chose for a bulk shipment and rather than tell us, they sent us only half of our order and didn't tell us things were missing. Once the order got to my house. I was given the run around by customer service. I didn't get a refund for the missing parts but instead was given a discount on future orders (which I won't be making). Looked like a good buy originally on the site but not very good service. I won't be ordering from them again.

My venue provided white table clothes, so I opted to buy my own black overlays- such a great investment. I have been able to use them over and over again, and they still look great. Think about buying your own, it will be cheaper than renting, and you will have amazing tablecloths afterwards!

i ordered the six tier cupcake stand. it arrived wrapped in a beat up carton and the item was wrapped in only cellophane. three of the six plates were defective (warped and scratched).
i've emailed them several times asking for a full refund on both the merchandise and shipping. they have said they will waive the restocking fee of 20%. we have gone back and forth a few times. i detail reasons that i'm entitled to more and they give me the same reply without addressing anything i've said.
i'm very glad that i purchased only one piece from them.

My Fiance and I decided after reading all of these reviews, that we would have a little fun with this company to show how HORRIBLE their customer service REALLY is. Take a look at what you're giving your HARD EARNED dollars to (keep in mind, this was all a joke on our part but it's unbelievable that they can talk to people they way they do. Wait till you get to the part where she actually suggests I go to Party City instead).

Take a look at what you're giving your HARD EARNED dollars to (keep in mind, this was all a joke on our part but it's unbelievable that they can talk to people they way they do. Wait till you get to the part where she actually suggests I go to Party City instead).

I ordered over $400 in table linens from this company. When i returned from a 3 day vacation (that's right, 3 days!), I found that my shipment had been sent back to efavormart, because i wasn't there to sign for it.

When I explained to the "live help" lady, Christine, my situation, she was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault for being out of town. I told her that I never opted to have a signature requirement (and it doesn't say it anywhere on my receipt), and that the contract her company has with UPS is out of my control. I simply asked to have the package resent, and after telling me how it was my fault, they wanted to charge me $54.92. I'm requesting a full refund.

I purchased all my napkins, runners and escort card holders from efavormart. At first they were awesome. Quick to deliver and got everything just fine.

BUT, then I placed an order and later found out the item was back ordered. It turned into a nightmare trying to get answers out of anyone with their "customer service." They do not have a phone line so you can only chat online with someone. I chatted with 2 different people, both who basically said they would not do anything to rectify the fact that they would not have my napkins in when they provided me with a date for shipment of May 31, 2011. Then after speaking with one girl I got an email stating they were shipping with the tracking number. Well a week later I checked status and they were never shipped. While the website does provide a cheap alternative for purchasing linens and my tables looked amazing, I would NOT recommend working with this company simply based on their deplorable customer service.

I purchased all my napkins, runners and escort card holders from efavormart. At first they were awesome. Quick to deliver and got everything just fine.

BUT, then I placed an order and later found out the item was back ordered. It turned into a nightmare trying to get answers out of anyone with their "customer service." They do not have a phone line so you can only chat online with someone. I chatted with 2 different people, both who basically said they would not do anything to rectify the fact that they would not have my napkins in when they provided me with a date for shipment of May 31, 2011. Then after speaking with one girl I got an email stating they were shipping with the tracking number. Well a week later I checked status and they were never shipped.
