"I was sent the completely wrong item according to my receipt and the customer service team practically laughed in the face of my misfortune while repeating that they would not be paying for my return shipping after their mistake, would not be refunding my order price without an absurd %20 restocking fee after THEIR MISTAKE or my EXCESSIVE 2 day shipping I paid to receive a bogus product in time for Valentines Day so that I could be disappointed at not only opening the wrong gift that I paid extra for but having my Valentines Day surprise ruined. I WILL NOT EVER be buying from this company again based on how the customer service team treated me so impersonally and insensitively. There is a time and place for businesses like this. Efavormart is the equivalent of the As-Is section in a furniture store. Some of the pieces look good for the price. Some are so busted up that they're 70% off and still no one ever buys them. But for all pieces, the original packaging is gone, the warranty is gone, and its a no-returns situation. The problem is they dont ADVERTISE it as As-Is so people keep thinking its just really super cheap and expect perfection. FIX YOUR ADVERTISING AND GET BETTER REVIEWS. I purchased 6 manzanita trees. They put 2 trees loose in each cardboard box. So of course they rubbed the paint off each other all the way to Canada. But they weren't new to begin with, they have obvious stains that didnt come off the box. They're likely floor models or returns. You can buy the same exact trees on etsy for $70 more per tree, that probably come in the manufacturer's molded styrofoam packaging so the paint wont come off. That packaging would also be pounds heavier and expensive to ship. So understand, you are getting exactly what you pay for when you buy from them, just don't take the photos as fact. For $70/tree I can touch up the paint myself. And for those curious I ordered a pack of 6 mirrors that came intact despite being against each other without dividers. So overall, the price was a steal but some assembly required.

Please do yourself a favor and do not expect your purchase to resemble the pictured item, or for it to be of any quality. I purchased a flower girl dress and the quality is horrible, falling apart as I take out of box. The dress was pictured with a sash and it said the sash was sold separately. It did have a sash included, though I purchased it separately from them. I now understand they do not accept returns for refund. I will not order another item from this company. Too bad!!

DO NOT ORDER from the vendor - I ordered items 2 months in advance for my event. touched base with them twice to check on my order both times they assured me that I would get my items "way before the event not to worry". I ordered some plastic wine glasses and tumblers from them. The tumblers were on the small size, but ok that's on me for not knowing how big they'd be based on the size listed, no biggee. However, I ordered the wine glasses SPECIFICALLY because the listing indicated they were one piece. The actual listing did not specify it was two pieces (when every other listing did) and the picture did not look like two pieces. I was confidant this was a one piece unit. Nope, two pieces.

When I looked at the restocking fee and amount for return shipping, I decided to keep them. However I will not do business with this website again.

I recently placed an order for 2 packs of ostrich feathers needed for bridal shower centerpieces. When the order arrived, there was 1 one pack of feathers. I contacted customer service through the live chat option. I explained the situation to only be told "from our shipping record, everything in your order were packed and shipped. Please empty the box and check again all the missing items should be there. In case, if you do not open the package then please check it with the first person who opened it." I again explained that the order was incomplete and that the packing slip only stated one item was packed. The operator asked for a picture of the packing slip. It was then that I noticed the packing slip was addressed to someone else. I informed the operator of this and sent a picture. After being placed on hold for a third time, I was asked when my event was. My event is in a week. The operator informed me that they will refund me for the missing item. I asked if the item can be expedited and was told the following, "I am sorry for the trouble, but it will cost us more in shipping to make it on time". I asked to be connected to a manager, told to hold for a few minutes, and then the operator actually said, " I am sorry for the trouble, here if you can pay $8 then we can expedite the shipping." So, let me get this straight, I already paid for two items and shipping fees, only received one item, and then am being asked to pay to have the missing item sent to me. One pack of feathers cost a little over $15. The first reason they could not expedite the package was because it would cost them more to ship than to refund the product. How is $8 more than $15 and then to ask the customer to pay for the shipping costs of the missing item. It is truly unfortunate that a company who wants their customers to think of them as a "faithful friend" treats these same customers in such a way that deters them from returning or recommending others. I'm going to do some math here for you all so I can explain why I reported them to the BBB and why I'm telling you to learn from my mistake and NEVER do business with them.

I ordered some vases for my wedding for $79.99 + $6.95 for shipping. I decided that they simply are not going to work and asked for a return label, thinking it'd be another $6.95 out of my refund. No. It will cost me $25.27 to get a return label from them and there's a 20% restocking fee. So, to be clear, I gave them $86.94 for the items and the shipping, and after I give them back their items in perfect condition to resell to someone else at $79.99...I will be eligible for a refund of $38.72. I will have no vases, and I will be out $48.22. If they resell the vases, and I'm sure they can, they will have made a profit of $128.21 on one set of vases. I will give them quite a bit of money for literally nothing.

EDIT: Finally opened the box with the vases in it -- no bubble wrap, no paper. They used styrofoam. Oh, and one of the vases is now a powder coating the bottom of the box. The reason why I thought the vases arrived intact is because it was such a fine dust that the recipient (my mother) didn't hear any tinkling sounds of broken glass in the box when she moved it. So, they paid for cheap and sh!tty shipping upon sending me the items, which caused one of the vases to break, but they want me to pay $25.27 to send it back to them? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

The company, also on their website in their return policy, does encourage you to come to them for a return label since, according them, it will absolutely and definitely be cheaper than going to UPS/USPS/FedEx directly. When I confronted them regarding the cost being the same, they told me: "The return label cost is the actual shipping cost charged by the courier." They acted like I had some strange idea about a return label from them being cheaper.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Oh, they also own www.tableclothsfactory.com. Don't trust it.
