Do you self a favor and use Nice Price favors. I ordered measuring spoons for a wedding favors from eFsvor/ Ya Ya. The quality was absolutely horrible. Then there was no way to contact a live person. When I finally got somebody on the online chat, they told me I had to pay to return the favors and a restocking charge. They were all defective...... I then contacted nice price favors to order the same type of favor. Not only could you order a sample with a minimal shipping charge, but the quality was so much better. They also have a phone line and a live person answers right away. I have spoken with them twice, both times they were professional, polite,and knowledgeable. We now have a number of samples from nice price favors, and we're having a hard time choosing which ones to buy in bulk for the wedding. Stay away from efavors!

After searching online for a company with good reviews in regards to silk flowers, I landed upon this vendor. I was excited by the reviews of other customer describing their product as looking as real as actual flowers. So with these reviews in mind, I happily ordered my silk flowers. Well, my order arrived today and I am beyond disappointed. These are the cheapest looking silk flowers I have ever seen in my life. I went to write a review on these horrendous flowers, and OF COURSE they review ALL posts on products and reserve the right to disallow any negative reviews. I was tricked into believing these flowers were a quality product because they do not let actual customers post honest reviews.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I hope this reaches more brides to be before they too have to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Go to your local craft store for silk flowers, I guarantee they are nicer then poor quality this website offers..

HORRIBLE! Don't waste your time or energy with them! First of all it took the rep on the chat 15 mins just to reply. And I emailed them the day before and no reply. The customer service is AWFUL!! And when you have experience in customer service/telecommunications I have ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BAD SERVICE. It's too much of a hassle to return items and then you can't speak directly to anyone. I would rather pay a few cents more for better quality items, and better customer service. There are lots more vendors that would be honored to have us as customers !

I ordered 10 round table cloths, 6 rectangular table cloths, 12 burlap runners, and a sequin gold runner. Shipping was delayed about 2 weeks as they were out of stock of the round table cloths, but I ordered anyway knowing that. As soon as my order was placed, I received a confirmation email detailing the delay and offering to substitute with another item if I needed by shipment right away. I ordered my tablecloths way in advance to avoid headaches in case my order didn't arrive on time. So big tip is to allow for delays like that. Other than that my order arrived quickly and each table cloth was packaged individually. NO stains, tears, or deficiencies. The sequin table runner is exactly like pictured. Everything was perfect!

I ordered four 12 dozen TEA LIGHTS from this company to put in luminary bags for my wedding. When I received them I immediately noticed that there was not an on and off switch. When pressing very firmly with both hands on the bottom of some of them I get a VERY DIM light that showed and the others nothing happened at all. There was no way this would work for my luminary bags. I looked online for there very unclear return policy, and somewhere it said 10% restocking fee and in another place it said 20% restocking fee. So I reached out to the company via email (no phone number listed) I sent a message letting them know I will be returning them and wanted a full refund with out the restocking fee because it was very unclear on there website. I shipped the lights via fedex next day air. I received a response, "Hi We are very sorry about this situation, could you plz tell me what kind of problem ur facing ? is the bulbs not working ?or the batteryes not working ?". I explained what was going on with the lights as I did above. There response was, "Hi

I emailed them asking them for my refund and for them to re read my previous emails. 4 days have passed with no refund and they have there merchandise, I sent a e-mail this morning asking for my refund and I received an email back saying my message could not be sent to the sender. Dont order from this company. They screw up on my order. Order 15 napking of the same color. They send me 2 tones of green. They didnt offer to replace it . They called it a "minor issue". However I am spending money to purchase a beautiful matching table set up and place a decent amount of order. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Quality is so cheap and obviously there colors are not the same. They will send what they have.
