This is the second review I've written on this company. I'm so disgusted with the service, or lack there of, from this company. And it's a shame because I actually liked the products that I received from them. I ordered linens from efavormart. In ordering my napkins, I was not aware, because it's not stated on the website, the napkins would be shipped in packs of 5. I needed 70 napkins. When my package arrived there 70 pack of napkins. I did not need 350 napkins! I immediately contacted them to inquire bout a refund. They were not will AT ALL to make any exceptions in their return policy. Not even with the fact that the ordering process wasn't clear. I shipped the napkins back, in a timely fashion. I tried contacting someone today to check the status of my return which was sent back last week. There is no phone number only email and live chat. I had to log off and retry the live chat 2 times because no one would respond. Come to find out even after you send your return, it can take up to another 2 weeks to get processed and another week to issue you your return. I asked would there be some kind of correspondence to let me know if my return was accepted, I'm still waiting for a response. As a bride, and I'm sure others will agree, we are super busy planning our big day and don't have time to deal with this! In addition, if you're on a budget like me, you have to watch your pennies and account for everything. I think companies dealing with couples should try a little harder to understand that. I'm disappointed that my second interaction with this company was worse than the first. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I already had mixed feelings about them from other reviews. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their descriptions are VERY misleading and will cause you to order something that looks entirely different than you THINK it will (or think it should look); then their customer service will talk to you like you're some kind of IGNORANT IMBECILE when you call them on a serious misrepresentation on their page. I ordered napkins with an emblem and when they arrived, the emblem was BETWEEN our names (for our 25th anniversary), so it said "(Husband) 25th (Wife)". HELLO???? But it was MY FAULT for ordering incorrectly... and when I said that I would be posting negative reviews, she said (and I am quoting), "Sure you can, also put a copy of your order invoice so other people 'knows' about it." And when I pointed out what their ad said, she said "we are not responsible for your wrong assumption" ...and..."we are sorry that it was too tough for you to understand" .... SERIOUSLY??? $45+ down the toilet bc these napkins looks so ridiculously stupid printed like this, they cannot be used for our ONCE IN A LIFETIME celebration! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR ORDER WILL LOOK LIKE, unless you have time and money to throw away! I spent over $1,500.00 in several orders with efavormart in just the last couple of months...EVERY SINGLE order has been incorrect, damaged or missing items. When I contacted them with each order, they got super defensive and I was questioned over 2 $12.00 items that were missing from my package, as though I would spend over a grand and then lie about two small items! Unbelievably terrible customer service. I am in the wedding/party planning business, so I am used to dealing with large companies. I ordered several times so now I know that this is the pattern of their business handling, not just a one time bad stroke of luck with them. They are simply incompetent, rude, and have little to no business etiquette. They smash items into tiny boxes to cut corners and then fail to take responsibility when items arrive damaged to buyers. I ordered about 10x of their 100 cube boxes with lids and almost every package had missing lids or bottoms. It was simply frustrating to have to count each and every package to make sure I didn't short my own clients and then come to find out they shorted me with each package. When I contacted them, they didn't believe me! They insisted that I must be wrong because the 2x2 cube boxes are "pre-packaged". Unbelievable. Instead of sending me the missing pieces, they refunded me a percentage of the total, so now I have all these lids or bottoms that are unusable, and I'll have to be short for my clients orders.

Read all the negative feedback on them and you will see a pattern of the same issues others are having.

The quality of items from this vendor was very poor. I purchased many items from them, however the biggest disappoint was that I purchased Heart Tags specifically in Gold. They came to me in an olive green color. After speaking to the customer service dept. I was told it was a gold in color and they would not refund me my money. I actually have a few more items I need to purchase and since this company does not have an honor system I will not be purchasing from them again. I ordered 6 Eiffel Tower vases back in February, they were delivered very quickly however, they were not packed for shipment and 4 out of the 6 vases were so badly broken, I could hardly get large enough pieces out of the box to photograph them for proof. I immediately contacted them and sent photos of 4 of the base and neck pieces and waited for my refund. They refunded me for only 2 vases,even though I clearly stated 4 were broken and had sent photos, and now have closed my request for a refund. Efavormart has just been banned from my supplier list. I ordered Royal Blue Jelly Filler balls for centerpieces, two months before my event to make sure I received them in time. The worst customer service I have ever received! I placed an order with this company on a Saturday night, when I recevied the confirmation I noticed my address did not save correctly. I immediately when to the site and changed it and e mailed them. There is no live chat available on weekends. They e mailed me on Monday at 4PM to tell me the order was processed and I could track it when I received the tracking number. It left their facility on Tuesday evening. I used the tracking number and was told by UPS I could not change the address. E Favormart would need to. They told me it would be an additional charge of 12.35 I refused as I contacted them within an hour of placing the order. After numerous e mails and live chats that were useless, the order is being returned to them as I could not pick it up at UPS. They are chargingme a 20% restocking fee after I was told on live chat I would get a full refund. There is no place on their site to get a phone number or contact them in any other way. I asked six times how I should have contacted them without an answer.

My husband and I are planning our 50th wedding anniversary reception in Jan uary. This is a very big occasion for us. We have been planning this party for the last 6 months. I placed a rather large order with e-favorMart, all for personalized items. The only good thing I can say is that I received order in record time. Due to my illness and being so busy I did not really go through the order till last week. I was so very disappointed. The "gold" balloons were more a cooper and orange mixed color. I ordered gold matches with gold engraving, of which you cannot see the engraving. I ordered Cream colored dinner and cocktail napkins both with gold engraving, which does not stand out at all. I ordered 2 different kinds of favor boxes of which I have no idea of how to put together. A complete waste of money. The tuffle boxes I ordered were white with gold writting of which it looks like that 4 of the characters had excess ink,compared to the rest of the writting. the 2 different pre-cut ribbons were about as bad as every thing else. Now I called this company on Thursday and explain all my problems and the fact that I was very unhappy. All She could say was if it was personalized it was non-refunable. She also told me they had rep. that were supposed to talk with the customers to advised them on the best colors to select with the ink color for engraving. I told her I had not spoke to anyone other than her. She finally tolded me to take pictures of all my products and e-mail them to the customer service dept. and some one would get back to me. I wish I didn't have to rate on Responsiveness and flexibility - because they aren't relevant to my experience. I ordered about $260 worth of linens. Specifically satin table runners and a couple of colored table cloths (most of my linens will be white - I added the runners for a pop of color) The table runners are great - the edges are finished neatly and they came packages reasonably and are not crushed. I also ordered some plan fabric for draping - it is also neatly packaged. Finally I ordered 3X3 favor boxes with our names printed on them. The printing is fine - no it isn't knock your head off beautiful lettering but it is neat and legible and at .40 cents each I feel pretty good about them. Shipping was reasonably fast and I received the tracking number when the order shipped. I didn't have to contact customer service for any reason. We ordered 17 organza overlays for our wedding. Before ordering them, we inquired if they needed to be ironed before they could be used and were told no ironing was required. This, however, was not the case. Not only did they need ironing we were shocked to find out they also needed to be cleaned! After placing the order sure enough we got an email with a UPS tracking number, however it did not update for 5 days at which point we tried calling them, (there is no phone number!) the only thing we could do is live chat with someone who was of no help at all. After telling them that the items were useless unless they arrived at a certain date and to cancel the order unless they could get them to us at their expense we were told to "HOLD" at which point the chatter informed us that it was to late to cancel as it had shipped...even though I Was looking at the live tracking on UPS.com telling me it hasn't even been picked up yet..WOW..

After telling them that the items were useless unless they arrived at a certain date and to cancel the order unless they could get them to us at their expense we were told to "HOLD" at which point the chatter informed us that it was to late to cancel as it had shipped...even though I Was looking at the live tracking on UPS.com telling me it hasn't even been picked up yet..WOW..

So order at your own risk (or at the very least 2 month before your event if you want to take the risk)

I own a small business in Toronto, Canada and found efavormart.com while searching for cheaper products. To make the long story short, they sent me the wrong product which does not match the product photo they posted on their website. I contacted them 10 times in total via email and live chat service (they don’t have a phone number for customer services). They only responded to some of them, never clearly answered any of my questions, and kept insisting that they were right even after I sent them pictures of what they have on the website and what I received. It was talking to a brick wall. How can the first thing a customer service representative tells a client is “We sent you the right thing” without even asking for a proof or simply just asking “What is wrong”? Products they sent me are no use for my business and without admitting that they sent me wrong products,

1) They offered me a refund but refused to pay for shipping
2) They changed the product photo the very next day!

Guess what? I actually thought they might do that so I clipped their webpage before they changed the product photo with the date stamped by my anti-virus program. I caught them red-handed. I can’t believe they actually changed the picture to cover up their mistake. I’ve already filed a report to the BBB and I’m looking for other legal avenues to fight them back. I am also going to contact my credit card company if there is anything they could do since this is clearly a fraud. Obviously they won’t be scamming everyone but there are many cases reported online so please do not buy from them and take a chance. They do carry cheap favours but hey, you could be the next victim of their fraud. Please do not take a chance which could possibly ruin your special day!

These people work out of China it seems from the chat sessions, their english is bad from the couple of chats other reviewers have posted. I asked them where they ship from the "Sabrina" was very reluctant to say China, after asking the question again, "if they ship from the 48 states" she replied saying "CA" what american responds with where they live or work by the Postal Code. I'm in Texas, I've never typed TX when asked where I live unless I'm typing my full address. The prices are reasonable, but just don't appreciate being lied to. Also why is it that they only have e-mail/chat communication for customer service? They have no BBB standing I'm guessing due to the fact they don't pay US Taxes(not being a registered business in the USA) or supporting US Job Growth. Overall, I am happy with what I got. Had some issues with the difference in the colors online and in person, got them returned and exchanged. 3 different orders in a total of 2 months. One of the consumers bellow mentioned that the only way to contact them is by e-mail, or live chat. Well.... That's what I thought too when I was going through all the issues because on their website, there's not a contact number posted anywhere!!! BUT... Their number was on my bank statement... lol.. I did not have a good experience with this company. They ran out of the color I chose for a bulk shipment and rather than tell us, they sent us only half of our order and didn't tell us things were missing. Once the order got to my house. I was given the run around by customer service. I didn't get a refund for the missing parts but instead was given a discount on future orders (which I won't be making). Looked like a good buy originally on the site but not very good service. I won't be ordering from them again.

i ordered the six tier cupcake stand. it arrived wrapped in a beat up carton and the item was wrapped in only cellophane. three of the six plates were defective (warped and scratched).
i've emailed them several times asking for a full refund on both the merchandise and shipping. they have said they will waive the restocking fee of 20%. we have gone back and forth a few times. i detail reasons that i'm entitled to more and they give me the same reply without addressing anything i've said.
i'm very glad that i purchased only one piece from them.

Take a look at what you're giving your HARD EARNED dollars to (keep in mind, this was all a joke on our part but it's unbelievable that they can talk to people they way they do. They then called my Fiance and had an attitude the ENTIRE time. The manager basically told us he didn't care what his rep said and or did because we prompted it due to SO MANY QUESTIONS. They then called my Fiance and had an attitude the ENTIRE time. The manager basically told us he didn't care what his rep said and or did because we prompted it due to SO MANY QUESTIONS. I ordered over $400 in table linens from this company. When i returned from a 3 day vacation (that's right, 3 days!), I found that my shipment had been sent back to efavormart, because i wasn't there to sign for it.

When I explained to the "live help" lady, Christine, my situation, she was incredibly rude and told me it was my fault for being out of town. I told her that I never opted to have a signature requirement (and it doesn't say it anywhere on my receipt), and that the contract her company has with UPS is out of my control. I simply asked to have the package resent, and after telling me how it was my fault, they wanted to charge me $54.92. I'm requesting a full refund.

Do not deal with this vendor. As noted by SEVERAL other reviewers below, they are awful to deal with. I ordered favor boxes from them. I took one out and my (now) husband and I tried to put it together - it was a nightmare! Could not even imagine how long it would have taken to put together 50-60 of them, so I wrote requesting to return them or exchange for something else. I was told once something's open they won't take it back (mind you, they were wrapped in saran wrap). After bitterly complaining, they agreed to take item back. It cost me over $10 to return them, and for the $55-60 I spent, they credited me $26! I was so furious, I will never use them again. Spare yourself the aggravation and deal with a reputable company with a reasonable exchange policy!

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered Blue Rose Petals from here for my daughter's wedding. They were awful looking!!! They looked like some young kids just cut small pieces of material out to different sizes. I was going to order more from this site, but after I received these ugly things, I will not order anything else. Plus, they have no phone number to contact them......What a Joke of a company!!! I just ordered IVORY chair covers from efavormart...they came today and are white chaircovers...I went online to talk to customer service and I was treated like an idiot. Putting the customer first is not a priority for this vendor. I had to literally just take a picture of the chaircover and send it to them to prove to them that they are white not ivory. what kind of crap is that? Here is the convo their representative had with me:

I had ordered some items from efavormart for our engagement party. Unfortunately, the packaging was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! It's really annoying because these gift items aren't presentable anymore! Now we have to spend more money trying to find something else to replace our original idea.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I bought yellow carnations for my centerpieces. Got the order at in a reasonable time, however they are orange. So i had a conversation with the lady "Jen" who from an earlier post is the general manager.

I ordered 275 Chair covers from this company. They are NOT what is advertised on their website as "high quailty" and "extremely heavy". They DO have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Here is the discussion I just had with them:

This place was a TERRIABLE experience! They get 0 stars from me. I ordered ribbon for my wedding favors with our names and wedding date printed on them. The order was received and parts of letter were not printed correctly and it was clearly visible. I asked if they could re-print them or refund my monies. They offered me 20% off the total price and THAT WAS IT! After many online chats and a few emails with pictures of what they screwed up; they acknowledged the ribbon was not correct but still did not want to refund my money only 20%! They had the audacity to say I was unreasonable! So I had to write a formal letter threatening court, sent it certified, return receipt and the FULL refund was finally processed after a 3 week ordeal. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!! The best thing I did was keep all the written/chat correspondance we had during this issue.

I used Efavor mart to buy little glass jars with personalized stickers that you put on the lid. They were absolutely adorable. Minor issue: my original order was placed, but the website told me it didn't process properly. I went back to the site the next day and re-ordered. Well, turns out the first order did go through and so I received twice what I needed. But they did a great job processing my return. We got personalized M&Ms which were cute too, although five pounds was not as much as I had envisioned. It filled about 20 of my little jars.

I ordered candle favors from efavormart.com. They were cheap and we added a sticker with our names and date on the bottom of the candle (we got the labels from Michael's) In all we paid about 30 cents for each candle. The only problem was that the candle didn't stick to the votive holder so they had fallen out of the holders when the box arrived.

I also ordered table runners which I decided I didn't need anymore - I cancelled within 24 hours and got a full refund.

I ordered ribbons for favors. The printing on the ribbon was to be in all capital letters with a date. When the order was placed the requested printing fit in the block provided. When I received my order only the first letter of the printing was capitalized. When I inquired as to why this was done they responded that the printing would not fit in the space provided. I asked them why they did not contact me to see if there was an easy solution such as changing the printing of the date to 04/02/11 instead of writing it out as April 2, 2011. They instead chose to capitalize the first letter only and ship the ribbon out. I have sent numerous inquiries and they are not responding to my complaint. I have spent $126.00 on ribbon that I cannot use. I had to rush order the ribbon from another company.

Ordered my silk flowers and linen napkins from them. Fast shipping and the cost was great! You get a ton of flowers for a very low price and a great deal for the linen napkins. I bought a lot of the decorations for my wedding at efavormart. The prices and selection are great, and I received my orders promptly. The only product I was dissapointed with was the frosted votive candles and holders we purchased for the head table. The wicks in many of the candles were off center and poorly done, one holder was cracked, and they were all covered in a white chalky powder. We ended up washing the holders and they looked ok, but I would not purchase more candles from them again. The best purchase I made was my guestbook/ring pillow/flower girl basket set. They all looked beautiful and we saved a lot of money ordering from them. I would definitely recommend this vendor to other budget brides.

I had nothing but problems with this company. I ordered some floating candles from them for my centerpieces and I ordered 2 different colors. When I received the order they were all 1 color. I thought no big deal because everyone makes mistakes I figured I would just call them and they would fix it. So I e-mailed to let them know and they told me that what I can do is place a new order for the correct items (and pay for shipping again) and then when I get those return the incorrect candles (at my cost) to them with a note indicating why I was returning them. I was a little confused at first because it wasn't my fault the order was wrong they shipped me the incorrect items. I then questioned them and ask so they want me to basically pay for shipping 3 times? They then explained to me well the shipping fee isn't really the shipping fee it is just a handling fee so they can't really refund that or afford to pay for shipping me the new order. I was livid and ended up just keeping the incorrect candles because I didn't even want to deal with this company anymore. There prices are very good but the service sucks and I couldn't find a phone number at all. I would just be cautious before ordering from them and I know I will never order from them again.

Let me start of by saying that their prices can't be beat. Whether you get what you ordered is iffy at best. God forbid you need to return something.

I ordered two 6ft spandex table covers for my husband's birthday party. The cost of the two table covers and ribbon were about $50 w/ shipping. I really liked them but took one out of the package to see what it looked like and returned it to the package. I later realized that I needed 8ft table covers. The website instructs you to place another order and return the original item which I did. After two weeks I get a refund of $17. I contact them to see why I only received a a partial refund. They tell me that the warehouse said that the one tablecloth was damaged. The tablecloth was only out of the package for about 2 minutes and if it was damaged, it was done by them. I only looked at it to ensure that they sent the right thing which is normal. Did they actually expect me to not look at the item??? I also spent $17 to mail it back. The chat person by the name of Christine told me that not only are they not going to give me my money back but that I have to pay them $6.95 to send it back to me. So let me get this right: I paid $6.95 for shipping twice, on the original purchase and exchange purchase. $17 to ship it back to them, and they want me to pay an additional $6.95 for them to send it back because they deem something that I never used as damaged. These people are crazy and have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Luckily I paid through Paypal and have contacted them. They have escalated the matter and are contacting eFavormart. I'm sure that they have more pull than me. This company is not going to steal from me and tell me to basically "f" off. This is ridiculous.

There is no way to talk to a real person. I had an issue with my order and you can only live chat with an idiot named Sabrina who clearly doesnt understand ANYTHING about running a decent company with any sort of customer service. This is the email I sent to Paypal to raise a dispute with this company, very disappointing:

I am very unhappy with the way your company has handled my issue with the missing items. I reported this on the 12th of January on your online chat room with one of your staff and followed this up with an email with a picture to your email address (as requested by your staff) on the same day. I sent another email on the 16th of January again chasing this up as i had received no confirmation of my email or that my missing items had been shipped. I had to contact your company again via your chat room again on the 21st of January and was informed you had not received my emails and so nothing had been done about my missing items.
This has caused me a lot of distress and i am totally disppointed at the way your staff (sabrina) has handled the matter. She as processed a refunded witout my authorisation. All i wanted was my goods to be shipped back to me....
After further consideration and headache dealing with your staff i realised i will not get my goods delivered to me in the UK before i travel for the wedding on the 3rd of Feb. your company has disappointed me once and i know this wil happen again. So i have agreed to a refund , what subrina failled to realise is that the refund has to be on my terms. "The day before my wedding, while putting together the centerpieces I found that the bowls I bought from efavormart were of such poor quality that they broke/ shattered when water and/or rocks were put in them. I watched in horror the day before my wedding as one by one each of my centerpieces shattered spontaneously. I have several photos to show the damage, and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
I not only had to clean up 14 shattered bowls, but had to spend additional time and money finding an alternative centerpiece solution, the day before my wedding."

I purchased all my napkins, runners and escort card holders from efavormart. At first they were awesome. Quick to deliver and got everything just fine.

BUT, then I placed an order and later found out the item was back ordered. It turned into a nightmare trying to get answers out of anyone with their "customer service." They do not have a phone line so you can only chat online with someone. I chatted with 2 different people, both who basically said they would not do anything to rectify the fact that they would not have my napkins in when they provided me with a date for shipment of May 31, 2011. Then after speaking with one girl I got an email stating they were shipping with the tracking number. Well a week later I checked status and they were never shipped. So once again I was stuck chatting with someone online. She stated they were not in stock and had not been delivered but could not explain to me why I was lied to a week earlier.

While the website does provide a cheap alternative for purchasing linens and my tables looked amazing, I would NOT recommend working with this company simply based on their deplorable customer service.

This company is a complete SCAM. They are based outside of the US and don't care for customer service AT ALL!!! My mom ordered items for my wedding and then after weeks of not getting anything in the mail she sent them an email saying she hadn't gotten anything and they sent "Seems like your order was lost in transit by USPS.

Our record shows your order was shipped on ****** and you should have received it by now.

You can check with your local post office using Tracking ID# ******* or, we can reship your order again at 50% off of the original price. "

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! This website was recommended by my planner so I thought it would be ok, but they are some of the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever met! I got one order from them and it came quick and arrived in fine condition, so when i went to order the runners for my tables they didn't tell me they weren't available until days after the order was placed. Then when I cancelled and took a few hours to find a replacement runner, they wouldn't add it to the order. They said I had to do a seperate order and that in no way would they help me with a discounted rate for the inconvenience they put me threw for allowing me to order and pay for runners that were not available. All of the women I spoke to through their live chat were rude, short and had bad attitudes. They are also very slow at their job and have horrible grammar and spelling skills. I have one more shipment on the way that they said I can't cancel because it's already in the truck. So I hope that it arrives in decent condition or I might have another review to make.

Spend the extra dollar and go with a company that is decent.

I purchased little round tins and was going to fill them with mints for my wedding favors. First they sent me heart shaped tins and I had to fight to get the right ones sent. They kept telling me I could just keep the heart ones and use those. I finally was able to get the round ones sent to me.
When they got here I tried filling them with my mints only to find that the lids did not lock in place, making them useless. I spent an hour using their live chat trying to explain how the lids not staying on was a problem. The person kept trying to tell me that the lids will stay on the bottom of the tin, not the top, the bottom. She said if I wanted the lids to stay on the top then I couldn't have anything in them.....that is right. She wanted me to keep the tins empty to keep the lids on.
I again had to fight like my life depended on it to get her to understand that the website had false advertising as to how the product could be used and I would not have ordered this item had I known the wouldn't work. Finally she agreed to not only waive the restock fee but that she would email me a return mailing label. And this agreement only came after threatening to contact the better business bureau.
Worst company I have had to deal with and the worst customer service or lack of customer service.

On 04/09/13 I ordered ribbon from efavormart to use for a wedding. All of the ribbon needs to match so I made sure all items were in stock before placing my order. On 04/09/13, I received an email stating ALL of my items had shipped. When I received my order, 2 rolls of ribbon were missing. The packing slip included in my order listed the full order as being included. I contacted efavormart and they said they would ship the missing items. A few hours later, Johnathan called to tell me my items would not ship for a few weeks and he tried to convince me to cancel the remaining items. I told him I wanted all of my items or I wanted to return the partial shipment. I was told that I would have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping if I returned the partial order that I received. This was unacceptable because it was their mistake. At one point Johnathan blatantly lied about our earlier conversation (I have the transcript). When I refused to cancel my order, Johnathan said, "OK, you want to cancel your order" then promptly hung up on me before I could restate that I didn't want to cancel. After I was hung up on, I checked the website to see if they listed my item as in stock. It appears that they are no longer selling the item and this is the reason my order was shorted and cannot be shipped. Rather than tell me this, they lied and tried to blame me for their error. If I had know the ribbon was discontinued, I would have never ordered from efavormart. Please believe the negative reviews! This company is incredibly unethical and I am shocked they can continue their bad business practices. I recently ordered 140 chair covers with 3 rectangular satin tablecloths and 8 round satin tablecloths. They charged me for the 8 tablecloths yet did not notify me they were not in stock (they conveniently took down the color I ordered AFTER I paid for them). At no point was I notified that they were not in stock however they gladly charged me for them. It was not until I received the other items that I became aware that the round tablecloths were not in stock. I contacted customer service via chat and email and got 3 different responses-they would be re-stocked at the end of the month, they would be re-stocked in 1-2 months, and then they didn't know when it would be back in stock. I am not sure how you can get 3 different responses but I did and have everything documented. Now I will have to try to use the chair covers with a different color tablecloth
