On a corporate level we handle Gala Dinners & Luncheons, Charity Balls, Award Ceremonies, Fundraising Events, Annual Meetings & Conferences, Silent/Live Auction, Benefit Concert, Donor Appreciation Party, Walk-a-thon, & Charity Golf Tournaments to name a few. On a social scale we design and produce Cocktail Parties, Birthday Parties, Retirement Celebrations, Fundraisers, Baby Showers, Wedding Anniversaries, Family Reunions, Theme Parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, Housewarming Parties, Summer Soiree's, Dinner Parties & Holiday Gatherings. We are certified Wedding & Event Planners and love any idea you can throw at us to make your dream of your special day a reality. We love weddings. We have 4 tiers of planning services available:
DAY OF COORDINATION
One Day of Coordinator for up to 12 hours of service on the day of the event to direct (only) set up & clean up, meet, consult with and direct vendors to insure accuracy and punctuality, set out the clients "little touches" (including setting out programs, aisle runner, reserved signs, menu cards, place cards, seating chart, guest favors, card box, guest book & pen, cake cutting set, bride/groom toasting glasses, easel with picture, or other small personal touches requested) insure distribution of payments to vendors, insure that the timeline is adhered to, assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony & reception. Unlimited correspondence.
ORGANIZING THE FACTS
Create with the initial structure of the event (referring and picking your vendors and venue location, preliminary organization of your personalized event costs and payment tracking system based on requested individual aspects of the event, setting up your vendor follow-up confirmation timeline, payment timeline and day-of timeline, etc.), and Day Of Coordination package. Unlimited correspondence.
FULL EVENT PLANNING
Set up and tract the full pre-event, day of and post-event timeline, correspond with, confirm and follow up with with all vendors, attend and direct rehearsal dinner, assist with guest seating arraignment plan, organize the structure and tracking of guest's RSVP status, and Organizing the Facts and Day of Coordination packages. Unlimited correspondence.
ABOVE & BEYOND
Full planning of and on-site Day of Coordinator for pre and post-event parties, assist with running errands before and after the event(s), distribution of thank you cards, and Full Event Planning, Organizing the Facts and Day of Coordination packages. Unlimited correspondence.
