What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
All of our packages are fully edited. Some of our packages include more creative editing making use of black &white, sepia tones, color replacement and slow or fast motion as appropriate. We also offer the unedited footage as an option.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
The only lighting we use is an on-camera light if necessary.
How many videographers do you work with?
We can have anywhere from 1 - 5 videographers at your event depending on your desires. Typical would be 1 or 2.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
The client is always welcome to meet with the videographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We have several packages where the owner and principal cinematographer always does personally.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Each of our videographers are only booked for 1 event per day so he can give you 100%.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes. We always keep at least 1 videographer unbooked as a backup.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We only use the best professional cameras and microphones. We shoot exclusively in HD.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Do you charge overtime?
Additional coverage time is available at a reasonable hourly rate.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes. The raw footage is available on DVD, Blu-ray or Hard Drive for an additional fee.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Not typically. You are hiring us because you have researched our work and like our style and editing choices as creative artists.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Typical turnaround time is 8-12 weeks.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
