Do you have liability insurance?
Describe your DJ style:
We play a wide variety of music. We use state of the art equipment and we handle business professionaly. We play music requests accordingly.
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?
If our clients approves it and is happy with it, we are more than welcome to play it from the bottom of our heart.
What is your usual attire?
It really depends on the occasion from party Luau to Tuxedo.
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
We are subscribe to a paid music subscription so most likely we have the music.
How many other DJs do you work with?
1 DJ and we have 2 EMCEE/party motivators and Dance instructors so far.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
We usually play not less than 4 hours
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
We meet with our customers at least 2 times before booking. But we have to understand that booking our client is first come first serve booking.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
We encourage Couples to list all the music that they do not want to hear on their special day.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes and we bring back up.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Uplighting and spotlight.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
I usually ask for at least 2 hours to make sure that all equipments are working properly before the party. And No we bring our own table.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
We will adjust whatever the size of the venue but we visit the place ahead of time so we are prepared for the placement of the equipments.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
yes but if they prefer not to show it, we are flexible about it.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We have professional Emcees. We only talk where we asked to talk. We work with other planners and we hate CHEESY MC.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
We play popular tune that everybody would dance and we also offer Dance Instructions on site.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
No. We read the crowd. If we play recorded music, Ipod DJ is the best choice.....and no breaks.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We always are prepared for any circumstances. most likely we are there. I work with fellow Professional DJ (DJ that I'am very close to) to do my event in case of any circumstances.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
NO. I would focus on 1 and only client on that day.
What is your overtime rate?
$150.00 per Hour
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
It is negotiable
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
We require a non-refundable $250.00 deposit to secure the date.
