It is so disappointing to give a bad review and I hate to do it, but I wanted to warn everyone about my horrible experience with EventMasters. The staff was extremely rude every time I emailed them with a question or needed to make a change to my order. They made me feel like I was bothering them or interrupting their day when I needed some changes made to my order. I hated calling them for anything and it just made the experience horrible. The day after my wedding they came at 7 a.m. to pick up the rentals. Seriously! 7 a.m? How am I suppose to get up that early the morning after my wedding to make sure that I have gathered all the rental items and make sure that there is nothing missing? So of course they email me immediately with this list of missing items and the bill for those items. First of all, why are they emailing me anyways when I purchased damage insurance which covers any missing items. I proceeded to remind them that I had insurance and that I shouldn't be billed for any of the missing items. Luckily they understood; however two days later someone else emails me on June 19th reminding me that I haven't returned the missing items and I have until June 18th to return them! Wait, wait, wait. This representative emails me on the 19th of June and tells me I have until the 18th of June (which had already passed when he emailed me) and said I still have time to return the items. Wow! I can't even express how I felt about that email. So I responded to the representative letting him know that my account had already been resolved and asked why I was still being emailed. His response was, "I have been out of the office and was catching up on items". Really? You're going to sit here and make excuses for your mistake.

Anyway, this has to be the worst company I have ever worked with and this is the first bad review I've ever had to write. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I really don't want anyone to go through what I experienced. Don't pick this vendor!

I rented linens and drink dispensers from EventRentals.
They were always professional, responsive, made suggestions, and easy!
My DOC picked up the linens without a problem and my brother returned them without a problem.
They were a great price and they made it so easy to rent from them. I would choose them any day!

Event Masters were great! From the very beginning they were professional and helpful. They have a wide range of rentals to suit every desire, but they helped me narrow down my choices to fit the style of my wedding. They were responsive and cheerful, even when I called them to make some of my numerous changes (as the guest count and weather fluctuated). They arrived when they said they would, and didn't stress over small changes. I didn't have to think about the rentals on my wedding day- and that's the way it should be.
