FizzyArtist Custom Glassware is truly unique from the rest of the pack! Not only are these glasses cool to look at, but you'll find our signature design on the inside and bottom as well. Each glass has a clear label tag so you can appreciate the beautiful color of your favorite beverage. As you drink, keep your eyes on the bottom of the glass for some sage advice: "refill A.S.A.P.”

I ordered 5 wine glasses from FizzyArtist. Four for my bridesmaids and 1 for myself. My wedding was on October 20, 2012. As of today, I am STILL WAITING for one of my glasses. My first package arrived AFTER MY DELIVER BY DATE. When I contacted FizzyArtist a few days before my expected arrival date, they said other customers had weddings before mine, so they were finishing those first. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE DELIVER BY DATE??? I was going to hand them out for my bridal shower.... but I was not a priority, so this could not happen. When my package did arrive, one of the glasses was broken. They sent a replacement, which got lost in the mail and arrived 2 weeks later (one week after my wedding) and completely crushed. When I contacted FizzyArtist, THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A FULL REFUND, EVEN THOUGH IT IS STATED IN THEIR OWN POLICY!! "If any item is done incorrectly or broken please contact me immediately. You can choose to have me send out a new item to you within 1-4 weeks (free of charge), send you a full refund, or give you credit to use in my shop." They offered me a refund on the broken glass..... HOW CAN I GIVE MY BRIDESMAIDS GIFTS TO ALL BUT ONE GIRL??? And they offered me a free Mr. & Mrs. mug set. Instead of sending me something I didn't want in the first place, how about sending the wine glass that I ALREADY PAID FOR!! I am STILL WAITING for my last glass to arrive. We used Fizzy Artist for the groomsmen gifts and they turned out awesome. We had custom pilsner glasses made for all the guys and they thought they were really cool. We choose Fizzy Artist because they were a unique idea that we had not seen any of our friends or family use before.

When I found FizzyArtist's shop on Etsy I was hooked. The glassware was adorable and the perfect gift for my bridesmaids. I got each of my girls {and myself} a personalized champagne flute. Initially, the cost was more than what I was planning to spend but when I received the glasses they were worth every penny. My girls absolutely LOVED their glasses and we have great pictures doing a champagne toast the morning of the wedding. Bethany was so sweet and great to work with and did an absolutely incredible job! I don't know how she does it!

Bethany did a great job. The glasses were a huge hit as gifts for my bridal party. She is really good at getting your product to you on the date you asked for. I ordered the glasses 6 months before the wedding, and got concerned when two months passed after initial contact was made. I sent her an email expressing my concerns. She is a little slow answering emails, but when she did answer she did everything she could to calm my Bridezilla tendencies. We all love the glasses, and it something that my husband and I will use and treasure for a long time.

I have been a long time admirer of Bethany's work and hate giving a negative review, but I felt this was necessary.

On December 29, 2011, I ordered two glasses and did not receive them until September 6, 2012,TWO days before the wedding. After sending two emails to two different emails two weeks ago, she did not reply to either one of them. One week ago, I sent another message that was accepted by her assistant and was told that they did not receive my order form but they'd be willing to get it to me before I left for town, which didn't arrive in time. She sent it via USPS Express on September 4 2012 at 4:50pm. Even if there was a discrepancy with my order form (which I filled out 8 months ago), she basically accepted my money and never planned on doing my order.

If you do not believe me, PLEASE check her Etsy account and read her reviews. I would have loved to leave feedback, but seeing after it was 120 days, I could not.

In the Shop's Announcement, she even addresses her reviews with "Feedback on Feedback" stating to ignore the negative and neutral comments because they were "unusual circumstances" but they still have a 98% positive feedback of 381 purchases (which is great considering). Because I've had a long time to wonder about this, I researched a little more. If you read into the first three pages of her reviews, this is the outcome: 14 out of 60 were neutral, 6 out of 60 were negative, and only 39 out of 60 were positive. This means the positive feedback is 65% of 60 purchases since July 11, 2011. 65% is terrible! I've read the reviews and most address the poor communication. I can only assume she's had a rough year and had too much on her plate.

Now, I must write a card to the bride and groom stating that I'll have to send their glasses after the wedding, which now the glasses are pointless. I haven't even seen the glasses and they may be beautiful, but it doesn't matter. I'm so disappointed. Yes, another "unusual circumstance".
