• 6/9/16 I flew to NYC to meet with Alexandra and see the center pieces in person in their showroom (first pic attached below)
• A agreed to the arrangement shown below for our wedding day 8/26
• Complete waste of money and time flying to NYC to see the flowers if they were not going to be the same.
• 8/18/16 Alexandra LoBue from Floralia Decorators calls me to tell me that she has quit and will not be at my wedding in 6 DAYS!
• 8/18/16 Alexandra LoBue from Floralia Decorators introduces me to Krista (Who I still have not met) but assured me that 5 months of detailed conversations and knowledge have been
transferred for my wedding day and I would have nothing to worry about. I request to meet with Krista upon my arrival in NYC 8/23.
• 8/24/16 I go to meet with Krista only to find out that she is not available and so I meet with a random person who is reassuring me that they have everything under control for my wedding day.
• 8/26/16 WEDDING DAY AND FLOWERS LOOK AWFUL!!!!!!!
• 8/30/16 We go downstairs to Floralia Decorators to speak with Lawton (The General Manager) and he aggressively tries to shut down our conversation before we even begin speaking.
Once he sees the agreed upon pictures from my June visit and the result of what was delivered, he apologizes for being so rude without any provocation. He says he will look into and get back to us in a week. 2 weeks go by and we hear nothing and so we reach out to Kyela, who we also met while speaking to Lawton.
• 9/14/16 We express our disappointment in their offer of $400.00 credit and have not heard a word from Lawton nor are they willing to give us the name of the owner.

They have handled this with such unprofessionalism its appalling at best.
They dont care about your wedding or your special day. Its all about the money for them.
Waldorf is closing so the flower shop doesnt care!

I got exactly what I asked for, and the flowers were gorgeous. On the day of the wedding we had flowers break before the ceremony and they replaced them immediately, no questions. They were great.

I met with people from Floralia twice. I had to re-plan my wedding in 5 weeks, and Floralia was the most highly recommended florist approved by my wedding location. I first met with a woman who was helpful and seemed eager to please, and she sent me a proposal which I made a few changes to, then approved, within a few days. 3 weeks later I received a call that she no longer worked there, and they needed me to come in and meet with someone new. This was less than 2 weeks before my wedding. The only time they could fit me in to meet was at the end of that week (Friday) - so basically 1 week before my wedding. On friday I had the flu and was in bed, but I made the effort and met with a new person - Mark - about the flowers. He promised to get me a contract and everything would be fine, just as I wanted it. Well, he never sent a new contract. I was home sick for another 5 days, and finally I called the next Wednesday (now 4 days before the wedding!) to ask for the contract which he said he would send. he never did.

Then, when the flowers turned up at the wedding, not only did they get EVERYTHING wrong, they used flowers I specifically said I did not like, and their excuse was that Mark was "out of town". The flowers were AWFUL, UGLY and while I didn't let it ruin my day (which was otherwise perfect), I now have to look at the pictures of my wedding for the rest of my life and re-live the terrible experience.
