The Fuller Craft Museum is gorgeous, and was a wonderful space in which to celebrate our marriage. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, unique, affordable venue, with the caveat that the service we received from the Fuller Craft was not ideal. When we signed a contract with them, we met someone named John and discussed the details of the contract as well as our wedding plans with him. However, when we returned to the venue for a walk-through with the caterer one month before our wedding, we were told that John had been removed from his role as event coordinator because he was "giving misleading information" to couples (like us!). The new coordinator, Alicia, told us that the tents we had been promised to cover the outdoor patios at the museum were "hole-y and moldy" and that it would be a mistake to use them. In fact, she pushed us not to use the outdoor patios at all (one of the main features that appealed to us at the museum) and should instead hold our cocktail hour in a hallway outside the main dining/dancing room (um, no.). We had also been told by John that the museum owned two chuppahs that we could choose from for our ceremony, and were informed by Alicia that this was in fact not the case. As these problems arose, Alicia's attitude and the attitude of other museum staff was cool and dismissive. We were told that it was not Alicia's or the director's fault that the previous coordinator had provided us with misinformation and that we couldn't expect the museum to take responsibility for his promises. In the end, everything worked out--the museum cleaned up one of its tents and surprised us with it on the day of the ceremony, and Alicia put together a simple, but beautiful, chuppah--but we were disappointed in the level of stress we experienced at the last minute due to the museum's unreliable service. Again, because the venue is so beautiful and affordable I would recommend them to others, but be prepared for lackluster service.

Loved the museum and my guests did as well. It was perfect, not too big and not too small. Our guests also were able to tour the museum. It was perfect!

Loved having out ceremony by the pond and reception in the Great Room. Setting is beautiful. Big plus that they let you choose your own caterer. Kelly is easy to work with; occasionally will take a little while to get back to you due to her hours. The only big issue was that the air conditioning unit was not sufficient to keep the temperature comfortable with the doors propped open since they set up the bar on the patio. There were times I had to leave my own reception because it was just too hot!

My husband and I had a beautiful ceremony and reception at the Fuller Craft museum with the help of family, friends, and with the museum's amazing event coordinator. She had tons of useful ideas and was always willing to go the extra mile. She made everything very flexible and easy to work with.
