The website is misleading when ordering. I called customer service in an attempt to understand why the order confirmation did not come back as I had ordered it. They told me that I should just cancel and I wasn't reading the clear instructions on the website. I had spent 800 dollars and they did not try to assist me. When I said ok cancel my order they told me I had to send an email and couldn't do it over the phone. She then proceeded to say have a good day and hung up.

The website is misleading when ordering. I called customer service in an attempt to understand why the order confirmation did not come back as I had ordered it. They told me that I should just cancel and I wasn't reading the clear instructions on the website. I had spent 800 dollars and they did not try to assist me. I thought I would save money when ordering bouquet from this site. I order a trial first and the flowers was great and came on time. Then when I order 6 bouquet for my bridal party , only 3 was shipped to me. When I called customer service to ask what had happened to my order, they simply say " I'm sorry, the farmers were out of flowers and they shipped only 3... Pleas understand that the flowers were shipped internationally, we are sorry for any inconvenience... " this company is Not helpful at all !!!!! My wedding was less than 24 hrs and they are telling me they ran out of flowers to make the remaining 3 bouquet ?!!!!!!!! What kind of company is this?????! They screw me over on my wedding day!!! I will never use this company again!!!!!

The flowers from here are pretty affordable. It's really hard to tell the shades of the flowers on the website though. I thought I was ordering deep orange roses, but they ended up being light orange roses with deep orange/pink tips. They were still gorgeous, but not what I had envisioned. I ordered calla lilies and they came completely wilted and rotten. I called and they said that there was a problem with the truck they were in and that they would provide me with a refund if I provided photo proof, but would not send new ones as they came from South America and they could not get them to us in time for the event. That was really disappointing. Most of the flowers were nice though and very pretty. Just wish they would've lasted a little longer. I actually went to Costco and purchased some additional flowers. I would recommend for the price, but have a backup plan just in case! It's hard when you don't get to see the flowers in person first. Also, we used the same flower vendor for my sister's wedding and her flowers turned out perfect so I guess it's hit or miss with certain things. Mostly happy though!

I decided to use Global Rose to create my centerpieces for my reception in June. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We ordered 100 roses to make centerpieces for our daughter's wedding. We ordered them to be delivered 48 hours in advance, as recommended. When they arrived, there was no floral food, which they insist in their directions needs to be added at regular intervals in order for flowers to thrive. Within 48 hours (the day of the wedding) the flowers were drooping and MANY (if not most) of the petals were brown. We had to SCRAMBLE four hours before the ceremony to find enough good flowers to make 12 centerpieces.

After the wedding I contacted Global Rose for a refund. They insisted the food was packed and must have been lost in transit (which is their problem, not mine); then they stated that the food isn't needed anyway....even though ALL their directions state the importance of the food!

They then said that they needed photos of the damaged flowers and an exact count of how many flowers were damaged. We didn't take photos, as we were scrambling at the last minute to put together decent centerpieces just a few hours before the wedding. And ALL the roses were damaged to some extent, we just used the roses with the least amount of droop and dead petals.

After explaining to them that I don't have pictures, they replied with a brief email stating that they won't issue a refund without pictures. So -- we are out of luck. THIS WAS A DISASTER. The flowers were terrible, we had a VERY stressful wedding day experience trying to salvage them, and now they won't even consider a refund since I didn't have the presence of mind to take photos of the damaged flowers FOUR HOURS BEFORE MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING. Please, please, please find yourself a different resource for your flowers....DO NOT take your chances on this website!

AVOID!!!

I had ordered 7 bouquets to use as centerpieces. They already come arranged, so the only work left to do is removing leaves and cutting stems to the right length. The FedEx delivery was on time (2 days before the wedding) BUT unfortunately I received SOMEONE ELSE'S PACKAGE! It had my address on it, but a completely wrong order ID sticker.

I had ordered 7 medium-size bouquets called "Christmas Elegance" - they were supposed to be red (roses and matsumotos) and white (asiatic lily, novelty poms, baby's breath) with a hint of green (novelty poms).

I received 12 small bouquets called "Simply The Best" - they were white (spider mums, roses, 1 stock flower), a bit of red (alstroemerias, 1 rose) but mostly purple (3 giant stems of purple statice).

Customer service said they'll try to track down the package with my actual order ID on it, so that FedEx can switch out the packages. They said they'll call me back ASAP. 3 hours and no update later I contacted them again and was told that whoever is handling my case is on lunch break. I insisted on immediate help since my wedding was in 2 days and I had no time to waste. I was told they could not find my package and that they could not re-deliver anything in time for the wedding. They asked if I could use any of the flowers I had received. I said I could use the roses and perhaps the mums, but I'd have to buy filler flowers (more red ones, and baby's breath for texture), plus any purple stems were useless since that color clashed with our decor.

I was offered a 25% refund (keeping the flowers). What an insult considering I could use less than half of them and had to go buy more flowers at retail price, take 12 bouquets apart, and assemble them into 7 bouquets! The representative finally offered a 50% refund - received quickly - but I had so much last minute stress making the flowers work (thank God I had some free time to do it!) that I wouldn't have agreed to this experience even if you paid me.

I would give this company 5 stars, but the website had serious problems overtime I tried to look at my account info. their is a chat feature which I also tried to use and even though I was "connected" with an agent each time, no one ever actually responded.
