Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Appointments are recommended but never required for gown selection. Appointments are preferred for alterations consultations and fittings.
What specialty dress and attire items, such as a Kimono or Sari, do you provide?
Saris are available on special request.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
We sell off the rack, so you can take your gown home the same day. Our special order gowns standard delivery time is 12 weeks, and rush cuts are available on bridal, bridesmaids and flowergirls gowns! Custom veils are also available, and we can meet your deadline!
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
All of our gowns are brand new, never worn or altered and in pristine condition!
How often do you receive new dresses?
We receive new gowns every two weeks.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We provide on site alterations and pressing, and we alter gowns purchased at other locations. We also offer vintage restyling, and we have a design team that can do very special changes to an existing gown so that it reflects your distinctive personality!
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We feature Andrew Adela and Eden bridesmaid collections and flower girl dresses by Jessica Lynn; we can custom make style, fabric, and flowers and trimming are dyed to match!
