Our artists take pride in their ability to create perfect wedding cakes; from intricate traditional designs to the hippest themed cake. With three showrooms that feature thousands of photographs for you to peruse alongside our model cakes in the gallery, we are happy to book a private tasting appointment with a free personal design consultation.
Our "mantra": NOT FONDANT, NOT FONDANT! We appreciate the beauty that comes with the use of fondant, and are proud to be able to provide that same smooth finish with our expert application of real butter creme frosting. Our skill with butter creme is legendary in the industry, and the taste, magnificent. Forget fondant. All of our cakes are certified Kosher (dairy) and contain no milk, so they are able to be on display without the need of refridgeration during your event. We are thrilled to now offer a gluten-free option (also Kosher) for an additional fee. Owner Patrick Hansen is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking. He is the only baker in Southern California with FDA, City, County and State Approval.
Hansen’s Cakes has taken our legendary recipes and translated them to perfect cakes in the miniature. We are pleased to offer our delicious layers for the cupcake afficionado. Presented in three sizes, our cupcakes are not only moist and delicious, they are visually stunning accents to your event. Our designers offer a limitless variety of decor options to coordinate with your theme. We can even put individual portraits of the bride and groom on each cuppy!
