Worst customer service of my life! Completely ruined my wedding day! After my ceremony my wedding party, husband and I went to get into our limo. After I started to get in I got out to wave goodbye again. At that exact moment my husband said "oh my gosh..." I looked and he back of my dress was black from the limo. I immediately started to cry. I hadn't even had my wedding pictures done yet. Over 400 guests saw what happened and needless to say I was bombarded with hugs and apologies from everyone EXCEPT the driver. The driver was on his phone the entire time...I thought it was because he was notifying the company of what had happened. I waited to contact harmony until I returned from honeymoon a week later so I would be calm. I called them for over a month trying to get an answer and never received one. One day I finally got someone to answer (turned out to be the owner Jay) I explained to him what happened, he had no idea so obviously the driver was not on the phone with the company the day of the wedding. I explained to him that my dress had been to three different dry cleaners who could not get whatever the black grease was out of my dress... I explained how upset I was that I haven't even been given an apology and that I had tripled my wedding budget for this dress... The owners repose was " if you were wearing something that expensive you should have known better." EXCUSE ME... What!? Iter talked to jays wife weeks later that told me she wouldn't do anything about it and wanted to offer "life lessons" to me since I asked my Facebook friends what to do since I couldn't get anyone to answer me and needed to know if anyone had any other way to contact them. Needless to say my newsfeed was flooded with unhappy customers from harmony. Thanks for ruining my dress and day!

Driver was professional and on time. He got us everywhere we needed to be :) It was expensive, but the best option for the size bus we needed. Ahead of time we were told there would be an ipod dock, but there wasn't and the driver didn't know anything about it. Also, the tv wouldn't work...we still ended up having a good time listening to the radio.

our aunt paid for the transportation... only to be double charged on her credit card. anytime i called it seemed that i would get forwarded to someone in the middle of something. we also had to stick to a very stringent time slot (2 hours for party bus) lest we want to get charged an extra $150. i will say that the guests loved having the stretch hummer transportation to and from the reception venue and our party bus driver was very friendly, but a little more professionalism from the office would've been appreciated

The limo arrived 1 hour and 5 minutes late. received 3 stories. Caught in traffic, lost and delayed with construction. The service was from Springfield to Decatur. No apology from driver. I talked to Jay the owner on Mon after the wedding. He agreed this was unacceptable and even said the driver left the facility at 1:30. He ask me if he refunded 1 hour of the fee and gave me a certificate for a free limo rental would I used the service again. I said if you are willing to make this right then yes. Over 1 month later I have not heard a word from Jay despite several emails and phone calls on my part. They usually don't answer the phone but on the 2 occasions the secretary answered once she said she forwarded my voice mail t Jay the other time she said he was due in the office soon. Today is Sept 12th and no phone call, email massage or check.
