I love what I do, and I always try to bring out the best out of my images. I constantly try to improve myself to find ways to improve my craft as you may find in the post-processing technique in my work.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I enjoy shooting under different lighting conditions and make the most out of it. A lot of times those challenging conditions actually help make really awesome images.
Is your media preference film or digital?
I shoot fully digital with Nikon gears.
How many photographers do you work with?
I usually work with 1 assistant or by myself in smaller weddings. On larger events I work with 1 other photographer + assistant
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
My presence is guaranteed.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We do not do multiple events on the same day. It's quite common that we have two events over a weekend.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Studio associate photographers and other professionals within the circle.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two Nikon full frame camera bodies with an array of professional grade lens, lighting gears, and backup equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
I have redundant equipment in case of emergencies of malfunction
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Typically my packages cover the entire event.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
additional O/T shooting is rated at $250/hr, with processing charges included.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I do not schedule breaks for myself during wedding days.
Do you charge for travel?
We welcome destination weddings - rates vary and we will provide a custom quote over the entire project. For locals - additional destination charges may be applicable if wedding is held over 100 miles away from studio.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
usually initial screening is ready within the first week. Online review for all pictures are usually available within 8-10 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofing will be done online via a password protected site and digital proofs will also be provided on a DVD.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
proofs are yours to keep, and you may make your own prints
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
I do retain copyright for the images, but you are granted with printing rights.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
yes I do retain publication rights to the photos
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
I do provide digital copies to clients, and I strongly encourage them to make prints to be able to really experience the pictures in larger formats!
Will images be available for viewing online?
yes, images will be available for viewing on an online gallery, proofs and prints will also be offered online for friends & familes to order.
What kind of albums do you offer?
top-tier flush mount albums, linear bound albums, coffee table style books, and they're all hand designed and can be customized.
When will the client get the final album?
Typically albums are delivered in 6-8 weeks from the date the final draft is approved and sent to the printing lab.
