Quality of Service
When I thought of using this venue for my reception, it seem like it was worth the money, boy was I wrong.At the beginning there was a very nice catering manager that was very helpful in helping me plan everything. In the middle of everything, I found out that she found a better job and left. so she was replace by someone else who I had to bring up to date on the already done process. What a headache!! I paid for a package, so most of my vendor were already included. Finally it was settle and almost time for my big day. For weeks I was telling the hostess that I would be dressing at the hotel, good thing I double checked a day before, cause she had the limo schedule to pick me up at home. What a disaster that would have been. The day of my wedding, a black limo came to pick me up.A black limo for a wedding!!!, The florist also got the time mix up and almost didn't get there on time. She was pissed about having to rush across town, but too bad. My photographer got to the hotel late so he didn't get any pictures of me dressing, but proceeded to start taking pictures to make up for his tardiness, so I ended up getting to the church late. Same thing after ceremony. Got back to the hotel 1/2 hour late. The banquet staff was very rude and the half of my guests food was cold and had to be kept reheating.Long wait for others to get their plates. The food was horrible. The potatoes were very salty. so not alot of people ate. The staff was very much in a rush. My guest who stayed at the hotel, had to keep changing rooms cause of toilet overflowing and just plain bad smelly rooms. I would never use this vendor for anything else. I felt I wasted my money.They are all talk, until they get your money.
