The night before my wedding we were at our rehearsal dinner and after dinner I went to pay the bill and you guessed it I was over my credit line. I called my Credit Card Company and guess you guessed it; I was over my credit limit. Embarrassment, shock and anger flowed through my mind. Luckily my best man was there to help me. The devastation was overwhelming. So I get back hotel to try and get some rest, I knew nothing can be done and then the “executive” elevator was out of service. I didn’t mention that I thru my back out a few days before I got to the hotel so there was no way I was going to carry my bags to my room. Now its 12:15am the day of my wedding, I’m in the hallway and I see a maintenance attendant help one of my guests in the wedding to another room. I request him get me a room due to my injury. 35 minutes past and nothing, so I took my thing downstairs and spoke with the night manager Anita. She was cordial and willing to help.While on our honeymoon I noticed an additional charge for my room, which I thought that the hotel front office manager, Brandon M Fragale, was going to take because of the embarrassment that occurred in the restaurant, but to no avail nothing. His reasoning was because of the way he handled refunding the duplicate charges. Really I am supposed to be happy about that when it was the hotels fault. Amazing. His second claim was the way they accommodated me the night before my wedding. His claim was that the hotel was almost sold out; well I would to think so due to the 30 plus rooms in our wedding block. By the way did I mention the large water bug in the room? My sister rented a rollaway bed and discovered bed bugs!!! She contacted the hotel manager who observed the bed bugs for himself and only credited one night for the usage of the rollaway. Seriously unprofessional and he was looking at his bottom line numbers instead of overall customer satisfaction. Read less
