Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
We highly recommend appointments for the bridal department so that there are enough staff members to accomodate all your needs the moment you arrive.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Bridal gowns can take 6 months to arrive on a normal delivery. Bridal party dresses can take 3-4 months on a normal delivery. Most manufacturers offer rush cut for an additional fee for faster production.
Do you carry new or once worn gowns?
All our gowns are new and once the manufacturer discontinues that style, we send it to our OUTLET location where it is discounted.
How often do you receive new dresses?
Most designers showcase their lines bi-annually and we receive selected styles in the Spring & Fall. They are not shipped at the same time(s), so we are checking in new styles every month.
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
All orders are guaranteed to arrive before the given event date.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
Yes, we have an entire team in the alteration department to service the needs of our clients as well as anyone else who may have purchased their garment elsewhere.
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
We carry gowns that can be worn to debutante balls and quincenera parties. We also carry dresses for the entire bridal party as we as social occasions. We also sell the undergarments, shoes, jewelry, and hair accessories.
