One of the first decisions my wife and I made when it came to planning our wedding turned out to be the smartest. Hiring Theresa at Hustle and Bustle was a no brainer. From the first initial consultation through to the end of our big day she went above and beyond all expectations we had.

She recommended great vendors, and was more than happy to work with any we found ourselves. She listened to our vision of the event and provided guidance where we needed it. Through several personal meetings and walkthroughs at our venue she took something that could have been extremely overwhelming and not at all fun and turned it into a great experience for both my wife and I.

On the day of the wedding she and her team were on point the whole time, making sure my wife and I could enjoy ourselves and relax! We had some last minute changes to the itinerary and she stayed flexible and worked hard to make sure it all happened the way we wanted. We’re getting constant compliments from our guests on how flawlessly the entire day went. Everything was perfect.

Theresa of Hustle & Bustle is an absolute gem, and my husband and I are so thankful we found her to pull together our big day! Being a type-A perfectionist, I had spoken with more than 10 wedding coordinators and always felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me with their "hourly rates" and "package add ons" and time limits. Not Theresa! Though we booked H&B only for their day of package, from our very first conversation Theresa was always there to answer questions, bounce around ideas, help with finding amazing vendors, coordinate with the venue, and whatever else I needed- always promptly, and with a smile. But don't let her sweet demeanor fool you- she was more than capable of laying down the law, be it with an unresponsive vendor, a pushy venue liaisons, or dealing with unexpected wedding crashers. The lovely H&B ladies took care of all this and more on our big day, ensuring that it went off without a single hiccup. Most importantly, even as a control freak bride, Theresa and her assistants left not a single detail for me to worry about the entire day of the wedding. From decorating the venue and setting up the dessert bar, to making sure my elderly relatives were seated in the shade, to dropping to their knees with a glass of club soda to rub out a chocolate stain from my dress, these ladies brought as much love and caring to executing the details of our day as I myself would have, so much so that we had guests remarking on how great our wedding planners were. I could absolutely not recommend H&B more highly- and I can guarantee once you meet these ladies you will love them as much as we do!

We couldn't have pulled off our Old Hollywood themed wedding without Hustle & Bustle. Theresa not only organized the contracts & communication with our vendors, but also referred us to great vendors in her network. Her professional persistence helped us get difficult vendors to return our calls and kept them aligned to our vision. She also gave me creative & constructive decorating ideas for the items I already started to collect.

The day of the wedding felt like silk. Smooth sailing for the bride and groom because Hustle & Bustle took charge of the logistics and agenda!

Best investment ever! We were so glad to have booked Hustle & Bustle and after our first meeting with Kaci we knew she would be the perfect coordinator for us especially since she worked at Saddlerock Ranch (our venue) before which can be tricky. Kaci has the perfect balance of great energy, excitement, and a perfectionist nature. I am perfectionist myself and it was nice to have Kaci the day of worrying about everything and not myself for once. We got the day-of package, but it came with so much more as Kaci was right there with vendor referrals, unlimited emails, and checking-up on us to ensure we were on track. She spent several hours with us the week of the wedding to go over our day-of schedule, and took our plethora of boxes which housed all our extras (like escort cards, wooden signs, favors, etc.) Kaci also has this great sense of ensuring everything happens on time, but making it seem organic and part of the flow, rather than cheesy. Kaci was also great the day-of dealing with family, making sure the vendors were on track, and all the behind the scene drama. My go-to line was "go ask Kaci" and it was so nice to not have to be the regular hostess and problem solver. Even my hairdresser said Kaci was one of the top two vendors that stood out to her. If you are thinking a coordinator is not needed, think again. And choose Hustle & Bustle ASAP!

Love Kaci! She was my Day Of Coordinator, but was always available to answer questions in the months leading up to the wedding. Our wedding was flawless. Kaci and Tanya were not only completely on the ball and professional, but also incredibly sweet and resourceful!

Where do I begin? Theresa was a godsend. I hired her for the "day-of" coordination package but she helped me for months before! Every time I had a question about ettiquette, how to handle no-RSVP's, what do the guests do between ceremony and reception, etc., etc...she was just an email or phone call away. She met with vendors, did floor plans, set up reception, and a million other tasks, large and small. Her extremely friendly and competent assistant, Kacey, spent the entire day with us until the very end and when the last guest had left she was still there making sure every napkin was accounted for and everything packed in cars. She even had food boxed up for the Bride and Groom to take on their road trip. If you do nothing else, hire them. It is hands-down the best money you'll spend.

Theresa was amazing! I had forgotten my toasting glasses & cake cutting set & she went and bough me the same ones! She went above and beyond what I had expected (and dealt with the craziness of my friends and family along the way). There were issues the day of the wedding, and I had no idea until weeks later! I could not believe how helpful and spectacular Kaci and her assistant were at my wedding! First of all, included in the price was 2 meetings and a rehearsal. At both meetings Kaci went over everything and spent as much time as was necessary to get things hashed out. At the dinner she fit in like one of the family and after dinner organized my ceremony quickly and clearly. She helped to handle ALL of the little details like taking over all my DIY table markers, signs, card box etc. and setting them up. (it doesn't seem like a lot, but TRUST ME you need someone to handle these things). The timeline she set up went off without a hitch, and when a carpet crisis occurred (the red one we had was filthy and covered in spots), everyone freaked out and I said "I will just call Kaci". She just said, "No problem, I will pick a runner up on my way over to the venue"= PROBLEM SOLVED. She handled contacting and coordinating all of the vendors and she was always super friendly, great to talk to, and always calm and in control. I feel like the amount I paid for Hustle & Bustle's services paid for itself three times over, and was quite frankly a steal for my day going off just the way I wanted and dreamed. Ladies, take my advise, if you are on a budget and thinking about not getting a planner you are making a huge mistake. You really don't need that chocolate fountain, but you do need Kaci and Hustle & Bustle.

My husband and I knew that above all, we wanted to enjoy/remember our wedding...and that's where Kaci comes in. Kaci was amazing right from the start and we're so glad she was a part of our day. She put me and my family at ease and kept everything going at good pace. She was our go to gal on the day of, so that we didn't have to stress out.

It will be impossible for me to find the words to explain how incredibly grateful and BLESSED we were to have Theresa as our wedding coordinator. Simply put- our wedding was a dream BECAUSE of Theresa. When my husband and I look back on the day, and whenever anyone asks us what the best thing we did was, it always comes back to hiring and befriending Theresa.

We got engaged in October and it became abundantly clear that we needed a wedding coordinator to help us stay within budget, help keep our vision for the wedding clear, and someone who could manage our loving, but highly opinionated parents. I met with a couple of other coordinators, but we just never clicked. Finally, my husband I met Theresa at a coffee shop, and it was an instant connect. My husband later said that I was sitting on the edge of my seat laughing and talking and dreaming about the day with her. She just got us. She knew that I was the girl who never dreamed about my wedding and did not know peonies from daffodils, but I had a feeling of what I wanted and we both knew it was possible for us to achieve this together.

Theresa came with us to meet the florist, pick out linens, do walk throughs of the wedding venues, and talked me down from spending an exorbitant price on programs that we could easily do ourselves. My vision became hers, and she had a way of making sure I never got overwhelmed by everything there was to do, and enjoyed the entire experience.

On my wedding day, I never experienced a moment of stress. Not to say everything went perfectly, but Theresa and her team (there were 2 assistants as well) just ran everything seamlessly. Right before I was about to walk down the aisle, my MoH stepped on my dress and tore off the button that bundled my dress. I just turned to Theresa, she laughed, pulled out a sewing kit and fixed it. I never worried that she couldn't fix anything.

Hire Theresa; besides marrying your partner, she will be the best decision you make that day.

First off let me say, Theresa of Hustle and Bustle IS THE BEST!!!!!!! It was such a pleaser to work with her and her team. They were super professional and sweet

My fiancé (at the time) and I were on a budget and I had an idea of what I wanted for our wedding, so we chose the “Day of” package.

I expected minimum contact and little input since we got the cheapest package, HOWEVER that was not the case. She made it a point to let me know I can email or call her whenever I had a question or needed some suggestions.

She was so helpful, whenever I had a question I knew I could email or text her and she would reply promptly.

One the day of my wedding things ran so smoothly thanks to Theresa and her Hustle and Bustle team! They made sure everything was on schedule and that our guests were having a good time

If you need a wedding coordinator you must hire Kaci, She was INCREDIBLE AMAZING! I found Kaci through yelp. On my first meeting with Kaci I knew she had to be my day-of-coordinator. I can't think of anyone else who would have been as friendly, amazing, understanding or helpful as her. She is so patient and completely understood all my needs.

Before the day, she made sure to have everything in order and I always felt comfortable knowing our day would go perfectly in her hands. Anything I had a question about she always had an answer for. Kaci, also thought of all the details of our day that my husband and I would have never thought about. Our day went smoothly because of her. There were certain parts of my reception that required special attention and Kaci was there to get it done. She was well organized and worked together with every vendor I had.

There is absolutely no way we could have coordinated our wedding day all by ourselves, and my husband and I are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Kaci!

Nothing went wrong and it's all because of Kaci and her team. She made perfect time lines, kept everyone where they needed to be and never once stressed me out or made me feel like I was doing anything wrong. I’m a bit of a control freak and usually afraid to let someone else run the show for me when I’m working on a project but hiring Theresa and her team from Hustle and Bustle Events was one of the best decision I have ever made! Upon the first time I met Theresa, she was bubbly, easy going and open to hear any ideas or concerns I had. Out of all of the coordinators that we met with, Theresa was the one I could trust in executing the vision I had for my wedding. From the day we signed on, Theresa was always accommodating to all of the questions I had.

The décor, ambiance and entertainment for my wedding was superb. I hand crafted most of the decorations for my wedding and the Hustle and Bustle team executed the décor better than what I had envisioned. I also asked Theresa to help decorate my cake with my handcrafted paper flowers and I was so happy with the outcome of my cake decor. My wedding was perfect in every way because I never worried about one thing during the day.

Our events were scheduled perfectly. Theresa contacted all of our vendors before the wedding day to ensure timely attendance, delivery and setup. Our wedding party and family photographs were scheduled on time because of the list Theresa helped coordinate. My mother said that it was so helpful to have our family lined up for photos since there were more than forty family members just on my (bride) side.

My grandmother is eighty five years old and can’t move about without her walker. Kaci, Theresa’s associate was so kind to bring a plate of dinner with one of everything. It really meant a lot to me because my mother didn’t have to worry about preparing an extra meal for my grandmother. My mother never agreed when I added an extra wedding expense to my budget but she was so thankful that we hired Hustle and Bustle!

Since everything was running so smoothly on schedule, my husband and I had plenty of time for dinner and was able to eat a full meal. Theresa and Kaci brought appetizers to the bridal suite where my husband and I shared some alone time to gather ourselves before the reception. Kaci and Theresa always made sure we had a drink in our hands.

When the evening was over, Theresa had mentioned that a child had put their hands through the bottom tier of the cake. I would have freaked out had I known during the evening but Theresa and her associate plucked rose petals from an extra centerpiece and covered the damaged portion on the bottom tier of the cake. I was amazed because I thought I got a freebie from my florist throughout the whole evening but it was actually Theresa who decorated the cake with fresh flowers.

Theresa also referred us to an amazing DJ, Jason Michaels. It’s been almost a week since our wedding and our guests are still raving about how smoothly our wedding ran and how wonderful and fun the entertainment was. By the end of the evening, our newly engaged friends asked Theresa for their contact information for their upcoming wedding. I also heard our photographer mention that she would also recommend Hustle and Bustle for her clients’ upcoming weddings. Like our family, friends and photographer, we would recommend everyone to hire Hustle and Bustle Events for the day of coordination! It will be the best investment you can make to ensure that your wedding day is perfect!

My husband and I were married on August 6th in front of nearly 250 family and friends, and the entire day was perfect. Kaci did a fantastic job! There were a lot of personalities involved in all aspects of my wedding and Kaci navigated them flawlessly.
We hired Kaci within hours of our first meeting, and felt confident from the start that she "got" what we were trying to accomplish. Kaci was enthusiastic about the blending of my Armenian customs with the more typical American traditions.
Kaci had a list for everything and reminded us of things we hadn't even thought of yet. The rehearsal went smoothly and when I handed over everything that night, I knew we were in very capable hands.
I know every bride thinks her wedding was the best ever, and I am certainly no exception. Kaci and her assistant (whose name escapes me), took care of everything. If anything went wrong, I was and I guess still am, blissfully unaware of it.

Hustle & Bustle was recommended to me through a recently married friend of mine because I was having a serious crisis trying to plan a wedding while preparing for PhD exams. Needless to say our planner, Kaci Mallat, was a god send! She was always good about emailing me promptly on any number things, setting up meetings to discuss our vision of the wedding, and hooking us up with fabulous vendors.

We had a cross-cultural wedding, with a very traditional Hindu ceremony in a temple, followed by an outdoor garden reception in the evening. Since I am not Hindu, I was really worried about planning, but Kaci has had experience doing this and anything she didn't know about more specific regional customs, she did her research on by contacting the priest and conferring with other sources. I'm so happy she went above and beyond!

I know some people hesitate when they think a planner is going to cost them too much money, but Hustle Bustle is very reasonably priced, and because they work closely with vendors, we got excellent deals on a number of things we needed. And...you can actually enjoy your wedding day! Plus, I passed my exams, and I truly feel Kaci was in part responsible for that!

Just to think I was so close to not hiring a DOC and my wedding could have been a crazy, stressful mess. Theresa was the best investment I made for my wedding and the nicest thing I did for myself. She was so on top of EVERYTHING and allowed me to enjoy the day without worrying about the small details. Here are just a few things she did on my wedding day:

- She arranged my DIY centerpieces, frames with the table names, and champagne flutes on all the guests tables beautifully.
- The way she set up the entry way was better than I could have done myself. The placements of the gift table, escort card table, and my photo booth were all perfect. She really had an eye for how these things should look.
- Okay, my caterer was a pain and a tacky pain too! He had one of his waiter spread out their catering business cards on EVERY guest table during set up. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw it. I just kept saying, “Seriously, who does that??!!!!” Luckily, Theresa stepped in, talked to the caterer, and had the business cards removed (despite a little fit from my caterer). Theresa saved me from some major embarrassment and I am so thankful!
- She did an amazing job keeping everyone in the loop with what is happening and on track with the timeline.
- Theresa actually started loading presents into the car before the wedding was over; my family barely had to do anything. My Uncle was so impressed by her work ethic and professionalisms, he thought she was fantastic!

Beyond kicking butt on my wedding day, Theresa was simply the nicest person to work with in the weeks leading up to my wedding. She checked in with me periodically to make sure I was fine/not too frazzled. She called and made arrangements with some of my vendors, and answered my e-mails the same day (if not within an hour of me sending it) -- This was seriously a HUGE plus!!! I had vendors who did not return my e-mails for weeks!! Theresa was so good at e-mailing and calling me back and I love her for it! I think most brides out there know how frustrating it is to have to wait days/weeks for a vendor. Theresa will be there for you!! :o) Hiring Theresa to be my DOC was a very smart decision and I would recommend her to anyone!

I cannot say too many nice things about Theresa and her staff. She was my wedding coordinator. She was so knowledgeable and provided so many useful resources and vendors. We had no idea how much work went into planning a wedding. She walked us through each step and provided just the right amount of guidance. She gave us list of reliable vendors, gave us tipping guidelines and planned out our wedding ceremony schedule and coordinated all the vendors both prior to the wedding and on the day of the wedding.
On the day of the wedding, our wedding went off without a hitch, it was so smooth I had nothing to worry about. We had no stress or worries. My husband and I just enjoyed the evening if there were any hitches I did not know about them. Theresa took care of everything. I would highly recommend her for any party coordination.

When people ask me how I pulled off such a beautiful wedding, I turn around and credit Theresa with Hustle and Bustle. I was having the hardest time getting my wedding planning going at first, and it wasn't until almost 8 months into the engagement that I realized I would need some serious help to get my act together. I started by interviewing several Day-Of Coordinators (I thought that would be all I needed), and while many were very nice, I didn't sense that connection I needed to trust someone with such an important day. All that changed when I met Theresa.

I originally hired her (at a very reasonable price) for DOC. After a few months and her first visit to the venue with me, I think we both knew I was looking for something more in depth. I ended up expanding her contract to include helping me find more vendors and creating the "look" I wanted. It was SO worth it! I had this jumbled mess of small ideas in my head, and she helped me craft it into a beautiful wedding! I seriously would have been lost in the planning process without her.

Theresa's package included unlimited emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings (very rare among other planners), amazing vendor referrals (she hooked me up with the best DJ, Florist, and Photographer and went with me to a few meetings), complete oversight of the wedding day, a peace of mind that is worth millions of dollars, a sense of humor, last minute vendor procurement (we decided to add a popcorn cart one week before the wedding and she booked it within hours at a very reasonable price!), and basically the best wedding anyone could ask for!

Her company's name really speaks for itself... during my reception my dad commented that she was REALLY on top of everything. She brought 2 assistants, one of which was always within eyeshot for anything we needed. I don't think I spoke to any of my other vendors up until the wedding day, but they all knew exactly what they were doing and what the timeline said, thanks to Theresa.

For me, the most invaluable service that Theresa provided was reassurance. I was very unsure of myself and my ideas, but she thought that everything I came up with was worth exploring (even my crazy ideas!) When I had trouble deciding something, she was patient and helped me see that I had already made up my mind even when I had second thoughts. She stood beside me at my venue appointments to ensure the staff there knew exactly what I wanted, and asked questions I never would have thought of. At the end of the night she made sure we had extra food, hot coffee in our car, and everything packed up nice and neat. I can't imagine what the day would have been like without Hustle and Bustle! Worth every penny!

Theresa from Hustle & Bustle was truly a gem! She was not only a delight to work with, but a true professional. She (and her team) are organized, timely, responsive, creative, managerial, and CALMING! I am a very Type A person, and bride, and I needed to work with someone who was a calming influence; someone I could release to and delegate to and have faith that my vision would be implemented. Theresa was exactly this person. Had I known how wonderful and thorough she was, not to mention a darling, I would have hired her for more than just day of coordination. Although Theresa's "day of" package does allow much access to her well before the day of, I should have hired her for the month of and paid her more for more time because she is worth every penny! Weddings are very stressful, so trust a seasoned bride when I tell you an exceptional coordinator is what you need, and Theresa is that coordinator!

Due to an illness in the family I only had 3 months to plan our wedding and after working like crazy to book the major vendors I realized it was just to much to do on my own and decided to seek out a day of coordinator! I came across Hustle and Bustle Events on here and decided to contact Theresa! She was a joy to work with from the very beginning! She met with us many times before our fast approaching wedding to make sure that all of the details were in order and I knew after handing her everything on our rehearsal day that our event would be beautiful! She was careful to follow my detailed instructions on some of our decor elements and took liberties with the less specific elements and we were blown away! Everything looked beautiful! When I first met Theresa, I was blown away by her attentive nature. She was so genuinely interested in knowing and understanding my vision for the big day. After meeting her I instantly knew she would be the best person to coordinate our wedding day. She was always accessible in various ways and whenever I went to her with anything, she always would give options and provide me with answers. While planning I became overwhelmed by all the vendor options for florist, limos, invitations, and so on. All I can say is WOW! The first time I met Theresa I knew she was the one to handle my wedding. No matter what question I threw her way she always had an answer for me no matter what time of the day it was. Not once during my planning did I regret my decision to go with Theresa. She became more than a planner to me, I consider her a friend!!
She is very organized and assertive. I'm a very organized person and I need everything to be perfect and my ceremony/reception was just that! She saw my vision and did not disappoint, I was able to enjoy my night and didn't worry one bit. If something went wrong, I didn't hear about it. If you're getting hitched and want your wedding day to also go off without a hitch, you NEED Theresa! My fiance (errr, husband!) was the one who found Hustle & Bustle Wedding Coordination through the PW reviews, and as soon as I met with Theresa for the first time I knew she had to be our day-of coordinator. I can't think of anyone else who would have been as friendly, amazing, understanding or helpful as her.

Our venue (Orcutt Ranch in West Hills, which was equally as awesome, btw) was very DIY, so we pretty much did all of our decor -- we were going for an antique & vintage-inspired wedding, so all of our centerpieces were old books and one-of-a-kind finds from flea markets, garage sales and thrift stores. Theresa was so incredibly accommodating and set up all of our carefully-planned decor perfectly; in fact, we couldn't have done it better ourselves! She understood exactly what we wanted and what our needs were!

My husband and I were absolutely clueless when it came to planning the details of our ceremony and reception, and Theresa went over the entire schedule with us and made sure it was what we wanted. There were so many times she asked us questions about things that had never even occurred to us to consider.

She also made sure we followed our schedule and hunted us down so that we were on time for everything. There is absolutely no way we could have coordinated our wedding day on our own, and my husband and I are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Theresa!

Theresa did an amazing job at our 4th of July wedding. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Hustle and Bustle through projectwedding. She was the 2nd person I contacted and met with and decided shortly after our meeting to hire her for a day of coordinator. Theresa went out of her way to meet with me on more then one occassion as well as respond quickly to all of my phone calls. Theresa drove to our venue a few months prior to become familiar with the staff and location. She always had a calming effect on me and made sure the day of our wedding that everything went as smooth as possible.

This is a short list (maybe not for the reader) of the services provided to us by Theresa:

Theresa was the best investment I ever made for my entire wedding experience and overall happiness and peace of mind! Our wedding was very unique as it involved multiple ceremonies and multiple cultures. My husband is Indian and I am Taiwanese, and our wedding was a fusion of both of the cultures. We had 4 events in total that needed to be managed during our wedding weekend - all of which were 100 person plus.

We had a 120 person Sangeet Menhdi, a 200 person Chinese Banquet Rehearsal Dinner, a 10 person wedding rehearsal, and a 320 person Hindu and Western style wedding day - all within one weekend.

The most taxing event was the wedding day itself, which was a 16 hour day with 2 different ceremonies (a Hindu Indian ceremony AND a Western style "American" wedding) and included a guest list of over 300 people. There were so many little details and cultural nuances that needed to be managed throughout wedding day, and the schedule had to strictly maintained in order to fit all the events in (2 ceremonies, pictures, cocktail hours, speeches, dinner, cake cutting, dancing, etc). Theresa did an AMAZING job keeping everything under control and following all the right cultural mores and protocals to make the events run smoothly. On the wedding day, there was an emergency mishap that occured when the ice caterer broke a pipe on the estate property where the wedding was taking place, and I didn't know anything about it or needed to worry about it all.

Theresa handled all the details large and small with aplomb and poise, never stressing the bride out and always keeping me sheltered from trouble on the big day. She was truly magnificent as our day of coordinator. She is flexible, adaptive and extremely sensitive to every person's needs in the wedding. In both the Taiwanese and Indian culture, it is customary that the wedding is as much of an event for the parents and family as much as it is for the bride and groom. As both of our parents were still very much rooted to their native Taiwanese and Indian cultures, they definitely needed special acknowledgement from a coordinator to adhere to some of their needs. Theresa was very aware of that fact and respected and followed all of the parents' quirky requests and cultural needs. It impressed me beyond words as my wedding was the first Hindu Indian wedding Theresa had coordinated, but with the way she handled everything, it was as if she had been doing Indian fusion weddings for a lifetime.

Beyond Theresa's amazing competency, professionalism, intelligence, and excellent management skills, she is just such a beautiful person inside and out. She is humorous, charming, kind, down to earth, and gets along with even the most difficult and demanding personalities. I felt like we became good friends in the short time we spent together during the wedding planning process (we started working together only a month out from the wedding). She is so real, so approachable, and you never felt like you were just "another client". Every meeting we had together, it was super productive and thorough. And being budget conscious, you cannot beat Theresa's rate. She was the most fair and best value among the 10 coordinators I interviewed.

Thersa truly made my wedding weekend so special and filled with many happy, happy memories! =)

I booked Ryann and Theresa from Hustle and Bustle about a year prior to my wedding. I had a general ideal as to what I wanted so they provided my husband and I a partial planning package. Through our many conversations, meetings, and email correspondence, I had the joy of feeling like we had become great friends. By the time my wedding came around, it was so wonderful having them to rely on. It was important for me to throw a vintage inspired, yet, stylish event and those girls really gave me some fabulous ideas and I gave them the go ahead to achieve my dream look. I hired Theresa at the beginning of the planning process as my day of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made. She provided advice throughout the planning making sure I was on track, and swept in during the last two weeks when I was most stressed and took over all the vendor confirmations and management of the rehearsal and day of. On the day of the wedding I just had to show up, focus on my husband, friends and family, and listen to her instructions as she guided my husband and I through the whole event! She had assistants available throughout the night and everything was taken care of. My family also loved her and the assistants because they didn't have to do anything, just enjoy the wedding.

She was very responsive via E-mail and text leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding she was a God-send, anytime I had a question about something she was one step ahead of me. It was so helpful to have someone else handling the details so I could relax and enjoy the day. The venue was also set up beautifully before we arrived. The only reason I did not give a full 5-star rating is we warned our coordinator during our final meeting about an item of decor that was unusually large. She was confident that it would fit in her car and dismissed our worries. In the end, it didn't, so it created some extra hassle for the groom as he had to get it to the venue the morning of the wedding. However, things happen and we were extremely happy with all other aspects with our day-of coordination, we would absolutely hire Tanya again and highly recommend her and Hustle & Bustle.

Worst experience ever!!! If you care about your wedding, make sure you finish reading this review before making any decisions. You know when people tell you about their wedding experience and how it went... well thanks to Hustle and Bustle our wedding was almost ruined.

We went ahead and trusted the 5 star reviews (big mistake!) and set up a meeting with them to do our wedding. At first she seemed super enthusiastic and happy to do our wedding. So we went ahead and hired her to be our wedding coordinator. The date was for set for a Saturday and it was a very important date for my wife and I cause the next day we booked a family cruise. Anyways after a few months Kaci suddenly sends us an email saying that the vendor is the most expensive she has seen and that the price has gone up! Huh? Didn't she research this? Why is she telling us AFTER we put down our deposit and many months later? Then she tells is that our ceremony is 30 minutes long and that the reception is 3 hours!

Huh? Did we not talk to her about this? Why is everything changing? We sent out the save the dates and we put down a deposit so obviously we are freaking out.
So we contacted her and this is word for word what her reply was ... "Sorry :("

A sad face?! A sad face?! Yeah your wedding date just went to hell and your venue fell through and the company that is supposed to watch your back during this process just sent you a sad face. Now you think with Theresa, she would have a little more experience and tact. But when my wife called her asking for help, she said something to the extent of "that's what happens when you try to save a buck". Yes we got a dress maker that that her company recommended and now she is telling us this. Never again!
