What music genres are in your collection?

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes
Is there a limit to the amount of music that can be requested?
Our DJ's will do their absolute best to ensure every requested song is played during the allotted time of the event.
What is your usual attire?
Our professional staff dress in Black slacks, long sleeve black dress shirt, and a tie (upon request, we will color match our tie to that of your wedding).
If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
If the pre-requested song is that of a major record label, then no. All pre-requested songs that are given to us within one week of the event are guaranteed. If the song requested is not that of a major record label (ex. garage band, demo etc.) then yes, the client will need to provide a copy to their DJ a minimum of one week prior to the event. Currently, we have a 60k song library that is constantly growing.
How many other DJs do you work with?
We currently have two DJ's on staff.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
We do not set a minimum amount of time, though 4 hours is ideal. From our experience, this is enough time for, Dinner music, Speeches, Toasts, Announcements, First Dance, Special Dances, and time for the group to have a little fun.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Absolutely! There will be as many "in person" meetings as needed to ensure all of your questions and concerns are answered. Plus, these meetings help our DJ's get to know your personality and assists them in planning for your special night!
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We are open to all ethnic and international event types. We will do our absolute best to accommodate all special requests, and look forward to learning about different traditions and/or ceremonies.
Can the client submit a do-not-play list?
Of Course! This night is about you, and what you want!
Do you bring your own equipment?
All equipment is provided by our company. The only necessary item to be provided at the venue is an area for setup that is with 25ft of an electrical outlet.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
Currently, each DJ has the following equipment at each event.
 Turntable/Mixer
 1500 watt amplifier
 4 monitor/horn speakers
 2- 18 inch 800 watt powered subwoofers
 2 wireless microphones
 1 wired microphone
 10 ft lighting truss
 2- LED dance floor lights
 2-Multi colored moonflower light shows
 2- strobe lights
 1 Laser light show
 1 JellyDome (Similar to Disco Ball Effect)
 1 Fog Machine (only used if bldg fire code permits)
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
Our setup crew requests a minimum of 1.5 hrs. This ensures time for setup and sound checks to be accomplished.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
Our equipment can be setup many different ways to accommodate limited spacing, though an 8ft x 10ft space is the ideal. Space allocations can be arranged during the consultation.
Do you have a sign or banner that you use at events?
No. Your reception is not about us marketing our service, It's about you! We will only handout business cards to those individuals who request one.
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
Your DJ will emcee the event along with making any requested announcements. They will interact with the crowd and ensure everyone is having a great time.
How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?
Our "Fun Loving" DJ's are determined to make sure people are having a good time, even if they need to get on the floor and show people the dance. We never have a set playlist, it will change throughout the night. Our DJ's are trained to constantly evaluate the crowd and create a song list that matches what people are requesting and dancing to.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We work our breaks around the event, even if that means not taking one! If a break is needed, arrangements are made to ensure the party keeps moving. A meal break is not required, and the client should not feel obligated in any way to provide a meal to their DJ.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
Absolutely! We try to avoid this as much as possible. We make every attempt to assign a second DJ to your event to prevent any breaks in music. If a second DJ is not available or declined during booking, appropriate steps will be taken to ensure the music does not stop!
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
In the event that we become unavailable for your event due to a short notice emergency, we will make every attempt to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be found, we will refund any amount that was paid to reserve our services. We make every attempt to ensure this does not happen!
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day?
We have two DJ's on staff currently. We ensure that your assigned DJ has the day of your event completely blocked and at your disposal. In addition, we attempt to assign a second DJ to your event to assist in the entertainment. This option can be requested or decline during booking. This option is at no additional cost to you.
What is your overtime rate?
We have a stanard hourly rate of $125. This amount increases at 2am to $150 and hour.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
There is an additional charge if the event is more than 40 miles away from our Belleville location. For every 10 miles over, there is a charge of $20.
What is the required deposit to secure your services?
We require a deposit of $150 to be made at the time of booking to ensure your DJ's date and time are available.

"I Do" Entertainment did a wonderful job at my wedding. Ronny Rust and his team were extremely professional, and incredibly helpful when planning out my wedding. I do not live in the local area anymore and was working with Ronny through my mother, and he made the process extremely easy and smooth. He was very responsive when picking out songs for the wedding. He has an excellent selection of music and has something to suit people of all tastes. His suggestions were also top notch when my wife and I were stumped picking out a song for all the different parts of our wedding. His ability to tune into what we wanted was amazing.

My wife and I also purchased the laser lightening and the photo booth for our wedding. Once the dancing really kicked off, the laser lightening was awesome. It really set the mood for the night, and was to look at. I would definitely recommend the lights to anyone who wants to do something really fun for their wedding. The big hit of the night was the photo booth. The booth was so much fun for everyone that attended our wedding. The option to do either the standard 4 photos with the wedding name on the bottom or take videos was the best. The booth also came with a ton of hilarious props that my guests just loved. Once people were done the booth would print out 2 copies of the pictures; one for them and anther to glue into a scrapbook that was set up. We also received a digital copy of all the photos taken in the booth. It was one of the best parts of our wedding, and I would recommend it to everyone.

The only problems we ran into during our wedding was that the venue that we had chosen was older and couldn't handle all of the electronics that Ronny and his team were trying to use. That was not at all Ronny's fault. The manager at the venue was not helpful at all when it came to setting up the equipment and thus the music suffered a bit in the beginning, but it turned out great anyway. We compeletly, 100%, recommand to any couple to use "I Do" Entertainment for your special night. Our DJ Ronny was more than helpful. They're quick to reply to any questions or last minute changes we had. He kept they music going so there was never a dull moment. we constantly had people on the dance floor and it was alot of fun. My wedding was thrown together way after than originally planned due to unforeseen circumstances. Ronny (dj) was so unbelievably flexible and went above and beyond to help make it as smooth as possible with planning. Without much help from me he put together an amazing list of music and kept the dance floor full throughout the entire reception. So professional and handled things I had completely forgotten about (like mics for the speeches...duh! Lol) at one point he had my nephew in his knee "helping" him dj! All the guests were beyond happy and so were we! One hundred percent reccomend I do entertainment for ANY venue!!!
