Similar to the other review, I Do Digipics, failed to back up our wedding photographs and experienced a computer crash and lost our wedding photos. No back-up of any sort. They failed to return calls and replied to emails under an alias of Tony Soprano. He drank alcohol at our wedding. Were promised 2 photographers, his wife showed up for a couple hours and then left. Dressed inappropriately. They took away the memories that no one can give back to us. Since the wedding, we have lost two very close family members and we have NO picture of us with them on our very special day. Returned our money with an empty engraved album, blacked out return address as if we were to find them. They broke our hearts and took away something we can never have back!

Mr. and Mrs. Beardall were hired to photograph our wedding as well as an engagement photo session.
1. The engagement session had to be rescheduled numerous times - often without more than 1 days notice due to issues with the photographers. The photos did turn out great when they were finally completed.
2. We were promised "all day photos" but when we asked them to accompany the groom/groomsmen to Floyds for shaves we were told they don't do stuff like that with the grooms and it was inconvenient for them - they stayed for 1/2 hour only.
3. During the reception Mr. Beardall was drinking from the open bar and seemed to be more interested in flirting with the female guests than taking the photos we requested (his wife had left by this time) - at one point refusing to take a family photo the bride and groom requested until he finished his beer.
4. After the wedding (August) and returning from the honeymoon we immediately began asking for proofs or other prints so we could begin building our album. We were consistently told they were very busy but as soon as the wedding season slowed, they would send us discs with our photos all edited - they told us how amazing our photos looked. In October we were told there was a problem with their computer but there would be no problems with our photos since they were backed up. A few weeks later we learned the truth. Mr. Beardall had failed to remove our photos from the photo cards until late October. After downloading our photos he erased the cards to use on another wedding. Mr. Beardall failed to back-up our photos and his external hard-drive crashed erasing all of the data - INCLUDING ALL OF OUR WEDDING PHOTOS. We were destroyed. The "professional" photographer had failed to even download our photos for over 2 months following our wedding and lied to us about it the entire time. He then failed to back-up the photos onto a CD and then even though he knew the hard-drive was malfunctioning, he still erased the memory cards and took photos over ours.
This company should be avoided at all costs. We hired another photographer to re-shoot my wife and I so we could have some photos but it was not the same as we only had our family and friends photos from the wedding.

After all of the heart-ache they caused, Mr. Beardall made a big production of returning our money and giving us the engraved book we ordered. STAY AWAY FROM i-do Digipics AT ALL COSTS. Give a disposable camera to a 4-year old you will at least have photos.
