I searched all over Arizona for a perfect wedding dress, but could not find it. I must have tried over 100 dresses. I was recommended to go to this shop by my cousin because she also found her wedding gown here. After speaking with the owner over the phone, she said she had the perfect gown in mind for me. My mother and I flew out to CA the next day, and the owner was there to personally help us out. She took one look at me and pulled a dress off the rack. This was the dress for me! I could not ask for better customer service or a better selection of beautiful gowns!!

In the Olde Manner is tucked away in downtown los gatos and was a great find! I would never have gone in based on the window displays, but they have a fantastic selection of gowns. Not a lot of princess-style ballgowns, but a lot of lace and more vintage looking gowns. Very reasonable prices!!

Azita was so great to work with and she had such beautiful dresses in her shop. I found the most beautiful, vintage looking, hand embroidered, beaded dress at a steal of a price. She was able to work with my budget and ready to help get me into whatever dress I wanted to try on. She is so sweet and friendly and really what made my experience so wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about this store.

The dress styles are inspired and non traditional. If you don't feel comfortable in a traditional wedding gown, then this is the place for you. You will find great designs made from top quality fabric (silks and silk blends where ever possible) for the same price as a high end david's bridal dress.

I bought a gown from them in December. Then I lost almost 20 pounds, which was great, but the dress was no longer a good choice. They let me RETURN the dress for store credit, which I used to buy my final dress. I was so impressed with their flexibility and service that I bought all my other accessories from them.

I can't say enough good things. The owner has a close working relationship with an excellent seamstress in town. My dress needed some serious alterations, but they were done at a very reasonable price. I had several fittings and came away feeling really beautiful.

In the Olde Manner is a beautiful boutique with pieces inspired from the Victorian age. My dress was absolutely gorgeous and I loved it, along with everyone else; I wish I had somewhere else to wear it! The service is great. The saleswoman there definitely pushes to make a sale, so if you are not sure, stand your ground! But she lowered the price of my dress so I could afford it, and it arrived a month earlier than expected (handcrafted in Italy!). Another plus is she works with a seamstress who will do all your alterations with no cost to you! She also has gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous accessories and veils!

When I tried on the corset and skirt combo I eyed in the window, I fell in love.

The store owner fitted me for the corset and skirt and told me to come back in a few weeks. When I did, the store owner put me in the altered skirt and told me that it needed further alterations. She sent me to a nearby seamstress who told me the length was just fine and didn't make any changes.

Everything was great, but they cut the ribbon too short in the front of the corset. So the store owner offered to redo the front ribbon. Then the color didn't match (I had to point this out), so she redid all the ribbon. When I went to the store to get dressed on the day of my wedding, the corset was strung differently, and didn't look quite as good as in my fittings, but at the time I couldn't figure out what was different.

The dresses are expensive, but I loved mine. It wasn't perfect (it has some strings hanging from it and one of the corset loops was torn a bit) and I expected a higher level of precision for the price, but I would have to say that if it is in your budget, you should consider dress shopping here, especially if you like corsets.

We also bought scarves here for the bridesmaids.
