Do you have a showroom available for the client to come preview rental items?
How far in advance do you suggest reserving rental items?
Summer is our busy season, and I recommend reserving 6 months in advance. We book many of our jobs months or years in advance, but many as late as one week before.
Can the order be modified close to the event date?
Specific details such as time or location of the event can be modified any time. If the day needs to be changed, it is dependent on booth availability.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable.
What are your hours of delivery?
The attendant arrives with the booth one hour before the event begins, and stays with the booth the entire time.
