OMG!!! I knew right form the first time we met with this company that they were the most experienced and best fit for us. We had always heard of all the horror stories about planing the perfect wedding. Our first meeting was almost 3 hours and we were totally impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and ideas that went back and forth. Our wedding was this June and people are still talking about how much they danced! Our DJ was Joe Reynolds and his music knowledge for all ages is just incredible. He even took the flowers from the bridesmaids so they didn't have to hold them during our first dance. Last night we picked up our proofs and cannot believe how incredible the pictures are. this company made my dream wedding a reality and I already have two co workers using them!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I made the mistake of hiring Interactive Entertainment in Fairfield NJ (Owner: Joe Reynolds) to capture our precious moments at our wedding. I hope this review is helpful and guides you to making the best decision.

HOW IT WORKS
After your wedding your images are posted online for friends and family to purchase from Pictage. This takes about three months or more after your wedding day. After the “sale” of your images are over, you wait another two months and you can pickup your promised items. So, I thought.

THE WAIT IS OVER
There are no words to express how excited I was to finally be able to pickup our album and disc. We met with Joe Reynolds, the first thing he said to us was you guys didn’t buy anything online. He handed us two proof albums. I was a bit confused. I said, Joe were is our disc? Joe looks at me and says, you have to purchase a professional album from me first, then I’ll give you the disc or wait for your year anniversary. I said well that’s not in our contract. He said to me his policy has changed since then. I said it’s not in my contract, he said I know. Purchase an album and you’ll get your disc this is how our studio stays in business, or wait for your year anniversary. No where in my contract does it stipulate that I have to purchase an album from him in order for me to receive my disc. Nor does it say If I don’t buy an album I will get the disc on our year anniversary.

THE PAINFUL LESSONS IN LIFE
Interactive Entertainment blatantly and so cruelly breached our contract. Our contract states “IMAGES”. Did I get images? No! Joe Reynolds made new rules as he went along. Our one year anniversary we will get our “images”, NOT IN MY CONTRACT. I have to purchase a professional album from him, then he will give us our “images”. NOT IM MY CONTRACT. My Images are Copy Written, that’s why I can not give you your “images”, NOT IN MY CONTRACT . His policies changed without any notice! all these excuses, all of these made up rules that were never spelled out in our contract. It just not right!

I hope you make the best decision for your Wedding Day. I truly wish I had some idea of what I was getting into. It’s too late for me, but hopefully not you :)

You were told many times that you cannot use copywrite protected images to make your own album. It is illegal and you keep writing these reviews. You received all of your proofs and decided not ot order an album thru us. That is your choice. If you want an album you must pay for the rights with the studio that shot your wedding. Stop with this nonsense

I met with Joe Reynolds in October of 2008 and I hired this company to video my wedding on 11/08/09. I was told that it would take 6 months to receive my video. I called numerous times, after the 6 month waiting period. After over 8 calls I became sick and tired of not getting a response and went to his office in July of 2010. My husband and I met with Joe Reynolds and he told me that he was running a few months behind and that I was 3rd in line to receive my video. It was still at the editors. He said it will take another week or 2 and I should have it. In October 2010, I went back there again, with my father. He said that I had moved up to 3rd in line. He said that he was having money issues because it has been slow and that he should have claimed bankruptcy a year ago, but I will get my video as soon as it is ready. He said that he cut me a deal with the video and didn't make any money on it. To make a long story short.... I filed a lawsuit for my money, in hopes to get my video worked on sooner or at least get my money back. He left me a rude message about how I would have to pay for HIS lawyer if we go to court and that he is required to bring one. We went to court and he was rude to the mediator and said "I told her she will get the video when I can afford to have it edited" He walked out before the case was tried, and told the bailiff that he didn't have time for this. I won the case and when the court officer went to collect the money, he and his whole business was gone. I am totally devastated about this and wanted my video, more than anything!! I am thinking of contacting 7 on your side and Shame on you to see if they can find him. I think everyone who has been affected by him should do the same.

I have no idea how other people are giving Interactive Event Center high scores...I have a feeling Joe Reynolds, the owner, is probably filling the reviews out himself. My husband and I booked Interactive Event Center to video our wedding. We paid them the entire cost of the video. Two years after our wedding, and we still have NO VIDEO. Joe Reynolds has given excuse after excuse...."You are 7th in line..."....."My company is near bankruptcy"...."You'll have the video at the end of May..." This man is so frustrating and unprofessional...not to mention a pathological liar. This has been our only regret and disappointment as we think back to our wedding day...thank GOD we didn't book them for anything else.

I have been married for over 2 years now but have never received my wedding video. I tried to get my video from Interactive Entertainment in Fairfield, NJ. Every time I call no one an answer. I paid $1,500 and nothing. Mr. Joe Reynolds the owner of Interactive Entertainment told me that I would have everything in six months to a year and this was back in July of 2009. A couple of months back the videographer that was contracted by Mr. Reynolds found my number and called me to see if I wanted my raw video, but that I would have to pay an additional $800 because Mr. Reynolds never paid him for working at our wedding. Unfortunately, I do not have the $800 to pay for the raw video. I am going to have to sue this guy in order to get my money or video..Very sad!! Don't trust him!!

Everything I can say about this company is wonderful! They went above and beyond and made my wedding the best that it could ever be! Joe Reynolds organized everything for us and even went to the wedding to DJ just to make sure everything went okay. We also hired our photographer and videographer from the same company. I didn't even realize at the wedding that they were taking pictures or videotaping it; that's how good they were at blending in with the crowd. My husband and I just received our pictures online and they came out so great that we almost started to cry again! Included in the package we also received all of our negatives on disc and they also put them online for people to view and we also received two albums with all of our pictures! This company was definitely worth the money and would definitely recommend to our friends!

Joe Reynolds organized everything for us and even went to the wedding to DJ just to make sure everything went okay. We also hired our photographer and videographer from the same company.
