Although they do accommodate ceremonies and receptions, I can only comment on our reception in the main hall on 11/17/12.

First off, the venue is absolutely beautiful with one whole side being high glass. The hall definitely provides a unique shape being an eye shape from the top view. When you rent the venue, it also includes tables and chairs as well which is a nice plus. They also have plenty state of the art things like electric blinds, hanging projectors, speakers hanging from the ceiling all over and a huge Sony screen!

The only issue was the responsiveness from the venue. Kelly, the event coordinator, is amazingly hard to get a hold of. She is super sweet, very polite and courteous though. She told me they just started doing weddings within the last 2 years and this year they had an overwhelming response, hence the lack of responsiveness. I really hope they get her some help because the venue is so beautiful, they're good people and you're helping out a museum!

The one factor that absolutely stood out to us though is they agreed to move our cocktail hour into the lobby instead of the courtyard out front with ONE day notice! The weather reports changed last minute and it rained pretty good on our wedding day. They really saved our butts and our guests a lot of problems there. I can't thank them enough for being so accommodating!
