I looked at several conventional bridal shops with no luck saying "YES" to the dress. Then I found Jessica McClintock. Her styles are classic and beautfiul. Simple yet elegant. I found my perfect dress! The staff was friendly, the pricing was beyond reasonable and they were able to ship it to me in Oregon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my Jessica McClintock wedding dress! I kept getting compliments all day long. It was very figure flattering. The value was good too.

I had gone to the Santa Clara Boutique prior to going to the SF one and I would say that I had a better experience at the Santa Clara one. Maybe it was because of the time of year I was going (there was a huge sale going on with all the wedding dresses being discounted in order to have room for the new season dresses to come in) but they had one dress in my size and the rest were either way too big or way too small. The girl that helped us kept on letting me know that they wouldn't be cutting any more fabric for the dress I thought I wanted and that there were only this many left in my size, ect...The sad thing was that we were the only people there (it was a Monday morning) and she didn't really help us at all. I had to keep on going back to her to ask for sizes for multiple dresses. In the end, I didn't buy the dress I thought I wanted (the color looked weird in the SF store) and left saddened

The women at the Jessica McClintock in San Jose were very professional. My dress was sent to my home and was too big. Without any problems they ordered 2 sizes for my try on in the store and then I was able to exchange the larger dress for one that fit so perfectly that no alteration were necessary. Plus the dress was gorgeous and inexpensive!

I went to the Jessica McClintock outlet and got the most fantastic dress for $75. We had to get it cleaned and altered, but I got so many comments (and guesses on the cost!). I wish I could wear it everyday. Note - the outlet is hit or miss. Full of puffy princess dresses, but this one was one of the few that popped out and screamed my name!

I was determined not to spend a fortune on a wedding dress. I searched many wedding dress outlets, discount wedding dress stores, and other stores (such as David’s bridal). I was almost about to give up and increase my budget when I found the perfect dress at the Jessica McClintock flagship store in San Francisco (where I live). My dress was ivory, had no train, lace around the waist, and a small bow. It was only $250 and it turned out not to need any tailoring. It looked amazing…people could not believe how little I had spent on my dress and said it looked like it was made for me. I am super happy with the dress, but I didn’t receive the best service. I did receive a “thank you” card in the mail, but when I went in to look at veils and accessories I was told I didn’t need an appointment but then everyone was too busy to help me. I ended up buying my veil elsewhere.

I knew I didn't want to spend a fortune on a dress, and budgeted myself for less than $500. After going to David's Bridal without any success, I went on the internet to find something that would suit my style. After searching for a few hours, my FSIL mentioned that she just got her prom dress from Jessica McClintock and she saw some really cute (inexpensive!) wedding dresses there. I went on their website and my "dream dress" was the first picture I saw. I always knew I wanted a pink sash and this dress had it with a very dreamy bustle skirt. I absolutely fell in love with it online and called the local store in San Francisco for an appointment. The saleswoman was very nice and told me that no appointment was necessary and gave me directions to their store which is right in Union Square. She also confirmed that she had my dress in stock and there were various sizes available. The store is located upstairs from the Gucci store and very close to the parking garage in Union Square. The store was quite empty for a Saturday afternoon, and there were two saleswomen present. I easily found my dress, and went to the dressing room to try it on. The saleswomen didn't have to accompany me in, and the dressing room was nicely sized and private. I knew the moment I saw myself in the dress that it was "the one." Plus, it was only $450! The quality of the dress is really good - I had my grandmother check who's been a seamstress since she was young. So I purchased the dress the same day. The store doesn't have an alterations department and they didn't have a recommendation list either. Besides that, the customer service was excellent and everyone complimented me on my dress and I don't' think many realized that it cost less than $500.

They were VERY helpful, my dress was beautiful and they helped me chose a veil that best suited the dress I had chosen.

All the dresses here look the same. But I bought my junior prom dress from here so I guess it's not so bad.

I tried on a bunch of dresses here since Jessica McClintock is very affordable. They were not very comfortable and many were very heavy and difficult to move in. The fit was completely wrong, but maybe it's just my body type. One thing I didn't really like is their wedding dress is pretty much a normal jessica mcclintock dress but in white and more expensive. Also, I was surrounded by teenage girls trying on the same dress for prom. =P

I was looking through a wedding book and found my dress. I had to have it so I called everywhere I could, and found it in Las Vegas. I paid full price and had it shipped. When I got the dress it was so horrible. They sent me a used dress for full price. There were yellow stains (and I don't want to know) and dirt all around it. The lady at the store was so not helpful when I called to complain. So I went to the store in San Francisco where I live and showed it to the manager. Julie was so helpful called the corporate office to get me a brand new dress, shipped back the one to LV and kept in touch with me on my order. I then had to deal with the corporate office as the size that I was and the sizes they were are not close. Their dresses run 3/4 sizes less what you are. But all in all the response I got from SF store and corp. were great. I did tell the rep. at the corp. headquarters that this is my wedding dress and I was not running off to a chapel in vegas and that the fact that I was sold a used dress for full price was unbeliveable and I wanted action taken as when I called and spoke to the manager in LV she was rude and did not care. Of course I went off on her, but made sure that the company knew that her people person skills as a manager where not acceptable.

But all in all my new dress was perfect and the service I then received in San Francisco was great.

Their dresses are unbelievably elegant, and the prices were outstanding. The only small problem was that I had to send back my dress twice, once because the lace was stained, once because the seam was bunched. They did replace the dress without hesitation both times, although it did take over a month each time because they make so few dresses, they had to wait until another one in my size was available. My advice would be to use them, but to plan well in advance.
