Where do I begin? Well, I don't recommend getting your suit here. I would suggest going elsewhere because as we all know, during wedding planning, if something can happen it will, no matter how much you plan ahead. We went in to the St. Johns Town Center store before Christmas to order my husband's suit for our wedding on the 23rd of March. He was getting a seersucker, which we are aware of the fact that it is a seasonal suit. In any case, we ordered his suit in store, we were promised a specific date and price, and we moved on. Well, the closer we got to the beginning of March, I knew it was a better idea to contact the store rather than wait. Good thing we did! The suit was on back order and the warehouse never told anyone. This is not the store's fault at all, but, their actions afterward are. We were kind of pushed aside like "yeah well whatever" by the employees there. It wasn't until we physically went to the store and requested the manager that we started getting stuff done. There were a couple hiccups after that but we ended up getting the suit. She did personally call her tailor in on a Sunday to work on his suit for us (for some reason this was not scheduled). Spend the little bit extra and go elsewhere. It's not worth the headache.

I have to say for the length of time Jos. A. Banks has been in service I was completely disappointed in all parts of our wedding experience with them. From the very first time we walked into the store until we picked up the final tux it appeared that there were plenty of staff but none eager to help. Those that did help had either poor knowledge of how to help or were extremely stressed and overwhelmed to the point where we felt like we were a burden.
There were so many problems with our service I can't even begin! Staff were rude to one another to the point of rolling their eyes and talking down to one another during our initial consultation. Those same staff members were no help with choosing the correct color for accessories pieces and material patterns. We chose a gray tux which the store had no sample for us to use when trying to pick the right vest and tie. When we asked for their opinion we were repeatedly told "it's whatever you want." The swatches they showed us were literally the size of a quarter….which I later saw they had much larger swatches for better accuracy.

Our wedding was on a friday, we asked for the grooms tux to be delivered a week ahead of time in the case we needed to make changes. We were told they could not do this, the tux would be delivered on wednesday and changes could be fixed overnight.

Wednesday came, my grandfathers tux was not there, the order was never even placed. The groom….the jacket sleeves were too short, the pants were too short, and the vest did not match. Then we were told these issues could not be fixed overnight! The tuxedos would not be in until friday by 11….the day of our wedding! The tuxedos ended up being perfect when they came in thankfully but instead of enjoying our wedding day brunch we were at Jos. A. Banks.

My husband went to Jos. A Bank in Tucson to pick out tuxedos for our wedding party. All of the guys went to get fitted in a timely manner but during those fittings the store was out of control, busy and unprofessional. 4 days before the wedding my brother and dad went to get their tuxes. My brother's tux was a joke. It was huge and his shirt was small. My dad decided to go with what they gave him because he knew I was stressed. The shoes were wrong and every employee was unhelpful. The promised that my brother's tux would be fixed. 2 days before the wedding my brother and I go back to try on the new tux. It was the same tux as before with no alterations. They did try to hem the pants but they were horrible. My brother was swimming in his tux. At the wedding my dad's pants were too big and he kept pulling them up, my step son's shirt was 10 sizes to big and my brother looked like he was in his "dad's" tux.

Of course we complained but since we had paid no one care at that point. Horrible customer service, horrible tuxedos. If this isn't your strong suit (no pun intended) then why rent tuxedos? So much for trusting a clothing store with your most important day.

Tucsonans I am warning you please don't get your tuxes here.

My husband went to Jos. A Bank in Tucson to pick out tuxedos for our wedding party. I had the worst experience with Jos. A. Bank for renting Tuxes! The consistently messed up our order, they charged our wedding party different prices for rentals, the made up non-refundable fees, we were stuck running to the store on our wedding day to fix their mistake. Even though our groomsmen all had the same order, they all had different cufflinks, one of them had the wrong color vest (and was stuck wearing our ring bearers vest). Majority of our wedding party\'s tuxes didn\'t fit, buttons were popping off the jackets, shirts were too big/small, pants were too short; the list goes on. When we brought this to the managers attention, all he had to say that it wasn\'t their fault since they go through a third party vendor! It was a very frustrating experience and they took no blame for anything they screwed up on! \r\n\r\nWord to the wise, DO NOT rent tuxes from Jos. A. Bank (at least in MN), there is already plenty of wedding stress, you don\'t need this too!

Whatever you do, do NOT use Jos. A. Bank in Westfield (Countryside) Mall in Clearwater, Florida. If I could give them lower than a 0, I most definitely would.

My wedding planning experience was smooth and stress-free with the exception of having to deal with Jos. A. Bank. -- which is ridiculous because the tuxedos should be the easiest part of a wedding.

I had a $40 off coupon for my groomsmen and not one of them had an easy transaction when renting their tuxes. I had to personally call each location to get them to honor the coupon and/or refund money.

In addition, everyone's tuxes did not fit them and they all had to be altered or reordered. They even tried to CHARGE US for new tuxedos even though they made the mistake when measuring my guys. Even the replacement tuxes/shirts/vests did not fit like they should have... and one of my groomsmen was told to just "make it work".

And talk about customer service... The manager, Joseph Merrando, was the rudest of all and the least accommodating. I work retail and I would be fired for the way he treated me and the rest of my bridal party.

Jos. A. Bank. is a joke. I will never step foot into another Jos. A. Bank. again.

We had Jos. A. Bank do three piece grey suits for our wedding party and they were wonderful to work with. A lot of the groom's attendants live out of town and it was great that they could pick them up locally and have them tailored. We used Jos. A. Bank for the groom, best man, groomsmen and FOB. They were all very helpful at any and every store we went to (we are military and are having the wedding in California with groomsmen in New Jersey and groom in Texas.) They were even very accommodating when a month before the wedding we had to have a new best man. They have a wonderful variety of colors and styles/designs for the men.

The worse Company to work with ever! First of all we went to the Jos. A Bank location in westbury NY because it was close to our reception at Oheka Castle. We booked the mens suites in July and their AC was broken for months and that should have been a sign not to use them. I don't know where to start because they got nothing right! They entered our information into their computer system completely wrong. They had the groom marrying the best man! We are a very laid back couple so when our groomsmen informed us of this we laughed it off..well it went down hill from there. They also forgot to put jackets in our order..really and when we called they said oh you ordered jackets? Who the hell orders a tux without a jacket! Another reason why we went with Jos A can't get anything right is because we had all our groomsmen all around the country and would be going to different locations to get fitted. Well that made things even more confusing for them and it quickly became a blaming game on what store messed up but when all the stores can't get it right that is sad. Not one of the groomsmen suites came as the correct size and all had to go back numerous times to get it corrected. Both fathers got vests that would fit a elephant and my father told the guy in the Riverhead location that his sizes were wrong and he did not listen. My father had to go back twice and they still did not get it right and then they wanted him to come back to the store the day before the wedding to pick up the suite again! Two of the groomsmen suite replacements for the wrong sizes did not arrive until 10am the morning of the wedding. I have to say I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND Jos A Bank for anything even to buy socks because I am sure they could not even get that right. Thank God we had our own ties and pocket squares because I know they would have messed that u too. Oh I almost forgot to mention that they tried to charge my sister $150 each for her two sons as ring bearers!

The suits looked great, but the service I received from the Scottsdale location, and the resulting confusion for the Gilbert AZ location almost made me switch vendors. The only reason I stayed with them isy fiance didn't want to risk this trouble at another vendor. The manager of Scottsdale is awful! She was condescending, rude, and curt. We were the only people in her store, so I don't know where the attitide came from, because it wasn't like we were keeping her from a sale. The next disappointment came from when we had booked a deal where you rent 5 tuxes, and the all inclusive price was $150 for everything in each tux. We didn't get that deal and unfortunatley spent considerably more money. It was too close in the wedding to switch, but the groomsmen definitely got ripped off. The manager at Gilbert was great with my ring bearer, so he gets bonus points for that. But the manager at scottsdale needs a demotion for how she treated me. I would only recommend these guys as a last resort with how many problems I had.

We selected Jos. A. Bank because they had stores around Massachusetts. The tuxes arrived on time and my husband, FOB and RB were fitted. My husband's pants needed to be lengthened and that was not a problem. My father's tux jacket needed to be reordered and my RB's shoes were too small. Both arrived on time and we were happy with the service. They all looked great!

My son chose Jos A Bank because some of his groomsmen live across the country. They had no problem being fitted, etc. I brought my grandson/ring bearer in to be fitted about a month before the wedding. We live almost 2 hours away. The location we went to was 1/2 hour away from the 'registry' location. The manager did the measurements, but when he tried to input them into the system, found that my grandson was not in it and apparently that had to be done from the registry location. My son was with us, he called his contact at the registry store, and that person and the manager at this store were put in touch to get him 'in the system'. Son goes to pick up RB outfit..NOTHING. No outfit, no measurements, no record of him in the system. Panic ensues. RB lives 2 hours away and is now in school. Had to go by known sizing over the phone. Outfit arrived next day, but now daughter in law had to take half day from work, take kid out of school to drive 2 hours to make sure it fit him. This is before wedding rehearsal. Husband accompanies them to location, thankfully outfit fits. Salespeople not very apologetic for all this inconvenience. Husband goes to checkout and is charged $20 more than what we were originally quoted, and also picks up other son's outfit is is charged more than son was quoted for groomsmen (something about a damage fee that was never mentioned up front). Now husband, RB have to drive thru Friday rush hour traffic to get to rehearsal on time ( they were late). I've emailed the service@josabank twice, and have not received even an acknowledgement. Having worked retail for over 30yrs., this is not my idea of good customer service. Word of mouth is your best advertisement, and with the availability of the web, the possibilities are endless.

The location we went to was 1/2 hour away from the 'registry' location. The manager did the measurements, but when he tried to input them into the system, found that my grandson was not in it and apparently that had to be done from the registry location. My son was with us, he called his contact at the registry store, and that person and the manager at this store were put in touch to get him 'in the system'. Since my FH was the one wearing the tux, he had the final say in selecting the tux shop. After looking at several local places, he selected Jos A Bank because he thought they had the best quality attire. I shared with him the WW reviews, but he still wanted to stick with them.

He basically encountered many of the same problems others mentioned. When the tux arrived the Tuesday before our Saturday wedding, it was the wrong size so they had to send it back. The same thing happened to his BM who picked up his tux in other state and brought it with him. Thankfully, when the replacement tuxes arrived on Thursday, they fit.

However, it wasn't until the guys got dressed for the wedding that my FH realized they ordered the wrong tux for his BM. It was supposed to be same style but different color as his, but it was the exact same. At that point, there was nothing that could be done.

I'm torn about our experience with Jos. A Bank Clothiers. We shopped at the Hamilton Place store in Chattanooga. The majority of the employees in the store were very kind and helpful from picking out the suit to ordering it for all of our groomsmen spread out across the country.
But a few notes:
1. A woman, I think named Joy, ironically, at this store was the most unprofessional, rude person that I have ever come across in a customer service position. She needs to be fired in my opinion, if the rest of the store wasn't so helpful and kind, we would have canceled our orders and used another clothing vendor.

We originally ordered my husbands suit, all of the groomsmen attire and our fathers' attire from Jos. A. Banks in Loveland, Colorado. We had our wedding in Mexico, so would have the suits longer than the typical wedding. When we placed our order we asked about late fees and were told not to worry about any late charges. My grandparents were told the same thing. Months later when my parents went to get fitted for my father and brothers did we find out that there were late fees, which totaled almost $350 for my husbands tuxedo, also, they had us picking up my husbands tuxedo while we were in Mexico. After hearing this and talking to managers and area managers I was told they couldn't do anything about waiving late fees, and we would be charged basically the amount of purchasing a nice suit. We were told by managers and associates not to worry about late fees, and we were not the only ones in our party that were told that. I found a place that would work with us, late fees included but much less. I cancelled my order with Jos. A. Banks. I would NEVER go in the store again.

My brothers and dad live in different states. Two months ago, I attempted THREE TIMES to set up websites so that they could easily access the tux that we wanted them to rent. Guess how many of those websites actually worked? Not one - I tried again a few minutes ago, just to be certain...none. I inquired about this at one of the stores and was told 'oh, we know that the site doesn't work well'. Great service they offer.

The 'wedding story' continues...my brothers and dad went to their local stores. One, in Baltimore, opted to pick up his tux at the store he rented from and bring to Michigan - wedding location. The other brother and my dad decided to pick up in Michigan, at the Lansing location. Fast forward a few months, all measurements are in, after a bit of confusion about how to order/what they needed, and tuxes are delivered to the appropriate stores for final fitting. The Baltimore brother and my dad....couldn't have kept the pants up if they had gained 20lbs each. The waist measurements were ridiculously off. The Baltimore store ordered a new pair of pants for that brother - crisis averted. Dad....no time left, so the Lansing store had to rapidly tailor. I was a bit nervous, but what to do? The other sibling went to a store in Illinois - and his pants were about 1.5" too short at pick up. How does this happen? He is 33, and he did not grow overnight?

In the end, all turned out okay, but not before quite a bit of stress for this bride! I give Jos A Banks props for their ability to 'fix' things, but isn't one of their functions to measure people when they are ordering.

EDIT: I've just learned that when my mom attempted to return the tuxes the Monday after the wedding, she was told the store had 'no record' of the rentals. NOT OK. Finally she insisted the mgr write exactly what was returned on a card and sign, or she may still be waiting as they tried to figure out what happened. We will NEVER rent from Jos A Banks again. EVER.

I hate to say it, but Jos A Bank was a complete headache for me the entire time. The store manager (Renne, I believe) at the location I went to (downtown Chicago) was super nice and very helpful, but every other person in the store seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. Here are a few ways that the company managed to screw things up...

-overcharged two of my groomsmen (but not the other three, who all had identical orders).
-sent the wrong shirt for me, so I had to go to a different location to pick the right shirt up.
-sent a completely wrong vest to one of my groomsmen, which we didn't realize until an hour before the ceremony.
-didn't even call one of my groomsmen to notify him his order had arrived
-I was in the store for an HOUR when picking up my order, because it took them that long to figure out how to correctly price everything.

Looking back, I wish I had went with another vendor because Jos A Banks was easily the biggest stress adder to the entire wedding planning process. I would encourage anyone reading this to NOT waste your time or energy with these guys.

Who would have thought the most stressful part of planning a wedding would be the tux rental!!!! These people are the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. When my husband and I first went in there we were told that they would bring in a sample tux for my fiance to try on. He wanted to make sure the fit was right and that he liked the style. Who can blame him? Us women get to try on as many dresses as we want and have several fittings to make sure that the fit is perfect. The manager told us that he would have the sample tux in the following week. We never heard from him so my fiance called to see where it was at. The manager said that because it was prom season he was having a difficult time getting it in. He said it would be there the following week. We called and still no tux. He basically told my fiance that prom season is so much more profitable then wedding season so deal with it. My fiance luckily is a really good sales person and was able to fight the manager to bring in a tux. Finally a month later he was able to try the sample. The size fit perfect. They then told us that the tuxes would be in a week before the wedding. We called a week before and they said that it would not be in until the Wednesday before our wedding. My fiance went and picked up his tux that Wednesday and they ordered the size THREE sizes TOO SMALL!!! We were kind of freaking out because our wedding was a couple days away. They barely got the tux in the Friday before our rehersal. Then when all of the groomsmen came in from all over the country, they went to go pick up their tuxes and none of the sizes were what they were measured at. It was like they just brought in whatever and hoped it worked. One of the pant sizes was 8 sizes too big. The people at the stores are idiots apparently because they did not order or measure anything right. This caused us extreme anxiety right before the wedding as some of the guys were picking up the right sizes the morning of the wedding!!!!!!

We bought the suits during the buy 1 get 3 free sale. We were able to get everyone's suit for $149 each which is a heck of a deal considering that is about what a tux cost and you get to keep these.

Also John gave me great deal on white Travelers at about $21 plus tax, which is a great deal for one of best wrinkle free dress shirts on the market.

John and Jos A Bank made everything so smooth. Received many compliments on the suits!

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of this company. I chose this vendor because they offered a special deal at the wedding fair of $20 off each tux and the groom’s rental is free. As it turns out, almost every company offers this same deal. From start to finish nearly everything went wrong. Here is a list of some of the issues we had: the order was placed with the wrong color for the groomsmen, their online system never synced properly and was completely pointless, after all of the guys got measured their orders were not placed properly and it took numerous phone calls for me to fix the problem, the socks were not included in the rental as we were told they would be, the guys were charged $30 more than we were quoted, and they tried to charge me for the groom’s tux when I picked it up. No matter which employees or managers I talked with or which location they worked at, no one seemed to know what was going on. Every transaction took far too long and the whole process became way too complicated. Of all of the aspects that can be stressful in planning a wedding, tux rentals shouldn’t be one of them. I would not recomment Jos A Bank to anyone for anything ever. The men's suit rental was the most stressful part of my wedding planning. The staff was rude and lazy. We set up 10 suit rentals, and after half the men got fitted, the second half of men were told that suit is not available and they they would have to buy shirts if they wanted to match. I spent entirely too much time on making sure everyone was going to wear the same thing, which is the entire point of renting suits.

My experience with Jos A Banks Gainesville VA location was by far the WORST consumer experience I have EVER had. Reading the reviews of several on here I can relate to all of the issues. The store personnel were incompetent, deceitful, and all together worthless.

My husband and 5 of his groomsmen (including my son) did not have their tuxes until 23 hours before our wedding - and this was after at least 5 trips to the Gainesville store and 1 trip to the Fair Oaks Mall location over the course of the 2 months prior to the wedding, numerous follow up calls, my husband and his best man spending hours upon hours in the store in the two days before the wedding, and ultimately in me having to go absolutely bananas in the store to get the issue resolved.

I could go on and on, but I don't want to waste anymore of my time or energy on this disaster. I will note that the only reason I gave this company anything higher than a zero was due to the experience I had with the store manager at the Fair Oaks location - he went above and beyond to help get many of the issues corrected when we went in to his store a couple of weeks before the wedding.

We got to Jos. A. Bank about an hour before closing on a Monday night. We only took about ten min to pick out the tux. We go to check out, with about 30 minutes to closing, and the manager took FoREVER getting our information in the system, and then he erased it all and had to start over. By this time it is about 5 minutes until closing time, and opposed to working a few minutes late and taking everyone's deposits, he told us to come back the next day. My husband goes back the next day, and comes home with a receipt for $240, about $60 more than the tux we picked out. TONS of extras had been added to our order, and it wasn't even the right vest/tie. Plus, my husbands was supposed to be free. I go back the next day, and the manager was SO RUDE. He argued with me, telling me that was what we had picked out. He never apologized for messing up the order, or offered to refund us. I left, and called the regional manager. He called the manager of the branch and had my husband go back in there to get refunded- by this time I had already fixed our tux order online. So then everyone gets measured, and they accidently erased 2 people's measurements so they had to go back a second time. I called 2 weeks before the wedding to confirm everything with our tux order was in the system to be processed. We get the call the Wednesday before the wedding that the tuxes were in so my husband goes up there, everyone's was there but his.They assured us it would be there Thursday, and that sometimes they arrive in batches. Sure enough, his tux wasn't there Thursday. They forgot to order it! They had overnight it to the hotel we were staying at.It was supposed to be there at 7 am. I had to wait in our hotel lobby to sign for it, and it was 4 hours late! I did not have 4 hours to waste the day before the wedding. Besides that, JAB was able to accommodate even the worst procrastinators--during prom season, no less--including one who was measured about one week in advance of the wedding. I wish that there were more options for shoes, as I would like a more classically shaped toe than the square style of the current trend. His tux wasn't even placed until 4 days before, despite being fitted over a month before the wedding. He, his father, and the best man did not have complete tuxes until an hour before our photos and that was only because the store manager personally made sure they did. Of the 10 tuxes we needed, only two were the right size and delivered to the right store. All the while, customer service was nearly non-existent. I do not like writing negative reviews... but this one is TRULY to help brides and grooms out there who are looking for a place to rent or buy tuxes/suits. Do not go to Jos. A. Bank.

We were not treated well the ENTIRE time. They were inconvenienced when we made any requests to verify our order, only to find out every time that something was wrong in the order. We had to verify 6+ times that our order for 5 groomsmen was right, and every time something was wrong, and they never once offered an apology let along a discount/refund- nothing!

After thoroughly making sure that everything was correct (on our part, they didn't help at all), the items came in not only incorrect (all the ties were the wrong color, two of our groomsmen had the wrong shoes, and one three of the groomsmen's suits didn't fit) but three of the five suit shirts, vests and jackets were DIRTY (including the grooms)! At a minimum they could have ensured that the grooms suit looked good.

They were no help the day we received the suits with all of these errors and said they could get us replacements the evening of May 4th- we were getting married at 9:00 a.m. on May 4th! They didn't offer a refund, or assist in any way. So our groomsmen wore dirty, discolored items.

After the wedding, my husband attempted to go through the store workers to get help, but they were not interested in helping. Eventually, my husband got to a supervisor and they offered to give us one suit for free. ONE. It's terrible.

And then of course, after the wedding a few of our friends asked if we went there, and said, "oh I could have told you they were terrible"! Ha ha. Great help that was!

I just want to give other brides and grooms the chance to not have such a horrible experience. Don't go there. It's not worth it. Go anywhere else, go somewhere where "renting" is their business.

I wish this wasn't what happen to us, but it is... I just hope our review will

I was not happy with this vendor at all. The grooms suit RIPPED as he was sitting down after introductions. THe suit was dryrotted. It did not rip at teh seem, but rather the backside ripped out because fo the rott. It was VERY hard to get this corrected by ht estore, and they were not responsive or caring of the situation. We had to fight to get our money back for the suit. I will NEVER shop there again!

We were told to direct all the groomsmen and fathers to go to their nearest location to get fitted with an event code. When the guys tried to use this event code, most of the locations were unfamiliar with what it was and had to search by last name. While searching under our names, it showed that 3 different profiles were created and all of them had different info. 2 of the guys live out of town and went to their nearest location and they both had different issues. The first one in PA was unable to put his deposit down due to their system breaking. He then had to follow up with them himself since no one called him back. The second one, which was my father in CA, got fitted and paid just fine, however, when we went to our location to check on the statuses of everything, our system showed he did not get fitted! What had happened is that Jos A. Bank was going through system changes and different states were updated with different systems. If we had not checked the status, his order would have been lost in a different system and he would not have had a suit. I had to spend about an hour at our location trying to figure it out before the clerk finally was able to call the California location to sort the fitting out. Lastly, another groomsmen received their suit a few days before the wedding and it did not fit. They allowed the groomsmen to try on a suit (that would work) but then followed with this one is unavailable. We had to argue with the associate to re order something that would work. We had to give them suggestions on how they could help us. In addition, some of the suits were sent to the wrong locations. I can't say I was impressed with this company! We stood and waited for an hour just to be waited on while one employee just stood stood at the front of the store doing nothing! I took a book in that I was handed at one of the bridal events I had just attended a week or so before. I requested to have my guys dressed in a tux that was on the cover... They didn't have it no one could even locate if they ever had it! So I settled for something else. Many of my groomsmen were measured wrong and they had to go back the day before to pick up the re-ordered sizes! We used Jos A Bank Clothiers for our groomsmen, father of the bride, ring bearer, and grooms' tuxes. As the bride I wanted the bridal party in a khaki colored tux and my groom in dark brown- I was unable to find the colors I wanted at those "other" rental stores, and boy am I glad we went with Jos A Bank! The service was above and beyond all the other rental stores- I felt like they actually cared about our wedding and not just our money. Some of our bridal party was from out of state and they were able to get measured at another location and have delivered either to their store or our store. It was wonderful. We used Jos A Bank Clothiers for our groomsmen, father of the bride, ring bearer, and grooms' tuxes. As the bride I wanted the bridal party in a khaki colored tux and my groom in dark brown- I was unable to find the colors I wanted at those "other" rental stores, and boy am I glad we went with Jos A Bank! The service was above and beyond all the other rental stores- I felt like they actually cared about our wedding and not just our money. My husband wanted suits that looked polished but appropriate for our rustic, outdoor wedding, and Jos. A. Bank really delivered! They helped us find the perfect suit and coordinate it so that the groomsmen in different states could just go to their closest Jos. A. Bank and get measured. I would not recommend renting Tuxedos from Jos. A Bank. All the groomsman were measured at JOS, and none of or tuxedos fit - we got re-sized and they still did not fit. The tuxedos look, fit, and feel cheap. Unfortunately, you can't try them on before hand, so you have no idea what to expect... Every time I look at my wedding photos I am reminded of how disappointed I am with the quality. It's just your wedding day...so is it worth the risk?

We had a small wedding party, so I needed tuxedo's for myself, my best man, and future brother-in-law. Shopped around trying to get what I wanted and yet try to save a couple bucks. Jos. A Banks had what I wanted but not much of a break in price. So all fittings went on without a hitch, best man, and brother-in-laws tuxedos no problem. Mine different story, the trousers you could fit about 3 of me in. same for the jacket, the shirt I would have fit in about 10 years ago. The shoes fit. Well with 1 day to go, I had to wait until mid-day until "correct sizes" arrived. Shirt fit, trousers a little better,still couldn't adjust tight enough, full vest helped slightly. Jacket sleeves a little long. Asked If the tailor could do something, answer was no beacuse of other suits etc. that had to be worked on that day, and that they cannot alter these tuxedos. Do yourself a favor go some place else for tuxedos.

My groom needed a suit at the very last minute and they were able to provide including alterations and everything. Just remember to never pay full price for anything here, especially suits, as they seem to always have a great sale going on or coming up very soon.

My (now) husband decided to use Jos A. Bank based on his pleasant experiences with buying suits and tuxedos from them. However, we painfully regret using Jos A. Bank for our groomsmen's tuxedos.

His groomsmen lived in different cities and states and they all visited their closest Jos A. Bank to get fitted. However, the Jos A. Bank rental system is not centralized and each store has their own "system", so trying to get information from each Jos A. Bank that was involved was like pulling teeth. We had to personally call each Jos A. Bank to get information on our groomsmen. Each tuxedo that our groomsmen picked up were either too long or too short and had to be realtered. Additionally, nearly all of our groomsmen were given the wrong tuxedo shirt.

Jos A. Bank may be great in their tuxedo and suit sales, but they are clearly NOT meant for the tuxedo rental industry.

Joseph A. Bank Clothiers location in Kansas City had a very helpful female clerk who took her time with my fiance, making sure they ordered exactly what he wanted for him and his groomsmen. She was attentive and even followed up on making sure all the groomsmen's measurements were taken down and were sent to our destination area Joseph A. Bank location. They all worked with us to make sure all of our out of town groomsmen were situated and that all of the rentals came to the store in time. If there were any issues, they followed up with us immediately.
