As far as easy of booking, responsiveness, and value, Knight's did a fantastic job. The busses were also nice and clean; however, some of the drivers and their navigation left much to be desired. We have used Knight's in the past for airport service & multiple bachelor parties, all with great experiences. Unfortunately on my wedding day this was not the case.

We had two busses for the evening to shuttle guests between the hotel and venue (about 15 minutes away). We had guests at two hotels (literally the next parking lot over).

The one driver I encountered was not friendly in the least, and completely rude. The original plan was for myself and the groomsmen to drive themselves to the venue, to leave the shuttle available for guests. When we were about to leave we found a completely empty shuttle outside the hotel & the driver yelled to me "I am leaving here in five minute whether there is anyone on this bus or not." (there were 75 guests getting ready inside this hotel) He argued with me that he needed to get to the next hotel to pick up waiting guests. After arguing with him that it's insane for him to drive away empty, we decided to put myself and all the groomsmen on the bus instead of letting it go empty (he was leaving regardless of what I said, even though WE are PAYING HIM). We reluctantly boarded the bus and went to the next hotel to pickup the "waiting guests." Exactly zero guests were waiting. We drove away without picking up anyone else. And took the long way, even though we expressed there was an easier route.

Making this wasted trip to the venue with myself & the groomsmen threw off the entire shuttle schedule, causing our final shuttle to be over 15 minutes late. Pushing our ceremony start 15 minutes. Forcing our event coordinator to make an announcement to all of our patiently waiting guests that we were waiting on another shuttle and that we were not being delayed due to a panicked groom or bride. This is not typical of our services as you know and I will be looking into this further to take additional action. This is not the type of driver we want on our team. We are sorry for any inconvenience we have caused you, we would never want to have given you any additional stress on your wedding day as we know it is one of the biggest days of your life.
