Andrea Trubiro was an excellent wedding planner! Best value out of everything that went into the wedding. She is professional, flexible, timely, has a positive presence. She fit in with my family and did everything she said she would. I couldn't imagine having to plan my wedding without her! We all enjoyed her and appreciated everything she was able to do.

I wish WeddingWire did not limit me to 2,000 characters because it would take a while to describe the unprofessional way this company treated me and my wife. After paying approximately $5,000 for flowers and decor, I expected all the details would be covered.

We arrived at the reception site to find blue LED lights in place of where real candles were meant to be placed. The one-thousand dollar lounge furniture was missing in action and I later found it outside on a patio squished against the existing patio furniture which rendered it useless. What is worse is when I tried to resolve the issues with the company afterwards, the general manager Marty Mundo could not even bother to return phone calls in a timely manner.

Unless this company changes the way it treats customers, I don't think trusting them with the biggest day of your life is worth the risk knowing how they will treat you after the check is cashed.

The team at LT went above and beyond to make sure my bouquet was truly one of a kind. We didn't know what to do or how to decorate our venue since we would be having a destination wedding in Las Vegas. All of our guests were flying in from all over the place to come to our wedding at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino and I did not want to disappoint them. We contacted LTevention last year and have been talking on and off with Andrea for the past year. She was always available to answer emails within a few business days and always had great alternatives if I didn't like a particular item. We set a budget with her and she was willing to work with it (of course the budget always change) but she was on top of it. She sent me pictures and gave me suggestions of what would look great and even work around some ideas I had of my own.

Getting close to the wedding day, I was so worried about how the venue is going to end up looking like and she kept reassuring me that everything would be perfect. We hired her for the rehearsal and all-day coordinating and it took loads off our backs. I was so stressed and nervous but knowing that Andrea is there to make sure everything is on point made everything so much easier. I didn't even get to see the venue until they open the doors for me to walk down the aisle but when I saw the ceremony.. I was in awe. I was trying to concentrate on walking down the aisle but all I can do was look around and think 'omg it's like heaven!' the beautiful chiffon backdrop, the flowers, the columns, the glass candle holders on the aisle.. everything with a focus on the beautiful purple lit backdrop. I couldn't imagine it being so pretty but it was. Even the caterers at the hotel and the person who manages events in the ballrooms were telling me how unique and beautiful the setup for both the ceremony and reception was. He said that he did hundreds of events there at PH and this one has got to be the best. The reception was as gorgeous as the ceremony. I wanted purple/white lanterns floating around and our centerpieces had tall glass cylinders with flowers on top and crystal goblets cascading the long rectangle tables. The layout was perfect. I was scared that the space might seem cramp for more than a 100 people but Andrea reassure me that it would not be a problem. We had more than enough room and everything was setup perfectly. The dancefloor was right in the middle, our sweetheart table was the focus point with our bridal party on the sides overlooking the guests tables. The food stations were on the other side setup very nicely. The bar was setup right next to the photobooth so that guests can take pics before/after getting a drink. The dj booth was right at the edge of the dancefloor. I can go on and on about it because the event was so great and I knew it was all thanks to Andrea and her team. We literally went off weddingwire's top choices and we can say it was the best decision ever. WE HAD THE DREAM TEAM! From Digs Photography, Memory Lane Video, DJ Harry O, Caesars' Entertainment (PH), and LTevention! It was the greatest day of our lives and nobody will forget it! Thank you so much Andrea for your help! Everybody kept complimenting on what a wonderful job you did and we can't thank you enough! I wish our flight didn't leave out so early the next day for our honeymoon or else I would've see Andrea and thank her again and again even though I did a bunch of times that night. We didn't know what to do or how to decorate our venue since we would be having a destination wedding in Las Vegas. We brought our centerpieces and linens in through LTeventions for our Mandalay Bay wedding and they were phenomenal-- we had large ostrich feather centerpieces with blingy linens, candle holders, and napkin holders and the whole room looked gorgeous. When I went on a wedding scouting trip to Vegas prior to my wedding, two LT employees met with me to show me exactly what they had in their stockroom that matched my vision--they were very sweet and helpful, and were able to pull together several items to make a tablescape that completely nailed what I had envisioned!

According to my wedding coordinator, they were set up early on wedding day and everything was ready well in advance of when she needed it to be. I got so many compliments on the decor and though it was a lot more than we probably should have spent, it really made the look of the reception. Totally worth it, and LT had some really interesting selections and were great to work with to really make our party shine.

I used LTeventions for my centerpieces and chair covers, I worked with Andrea. Everything turned out perfectly! Andrea and I communicated over e-mail for everything and she was always very responsive. I sent her a picture of how I wanted my centerpieces to look (like margaritas - including straws and fake limes) and they came out even more pretty and fun than in the picture. In fact, I still have family and friends tell me how fun they look and how they actually remembered the centerpieces, which is rare. The chair covers and chair ties were perfect and the room looked beautiful - down to the smallest details. Andrea was also incredibly helpful and put-out my favors for me so I didn't have to ask the staff at the reception hall to do it (who would have charged extra). I was incredibly impressed with Andrea and LTeventions and would use them for any event!

The best decision I made in planning my wedding was hiring Andrea Trubiro to be our day-of-coordinator. Andrea is the LTevention point person for weddings and she is amazing. Even though I did all of the planning myself and felt that things were under control, she made sure everything went smooth and really took care of me all day. Having her as a day-of-coordinator was extremely reasonably priced and she was there the whole day. Many of my venders were extremely happy when I told them that Andrea would be there all day (they all said Andrea makes their job easier because she takes care of everything).

Here is an example of just a few things she did at our wedding that were so helpful: make sure the groom and I always had food and drinks; had the toss bouquet ready for me when it was time to toss the bouquet (even though I left it in the back room); worked with the hotel to make sure the room looked beautiful; and lined up everyone for the ceremony and reception walk ins and told everyone when to go. That is just a fraction of all of the things she did. Andrea also served as a point person for everyone if there were any problems or issues. All in all there are always small issues at a wedding (like our hotel didn’t leave enough space behind the head table to put the backdrop up) and the whole day of the wedding I did not deal with any problem because Andrea handled ALL of it (the only reason I even knew there was a problem was because the hotel started complaining to me about it for about 5 seconds before Andrea swooped in and told them to work with her instead of bothering me). I had an amazing, problem free day and I owe it to Andrea and LTevention.

I also used LTevention for all of my decorations including centerpieces, a head table backdrop, and linens. Over half of our wedding guests told me they were the most beautiful decorations they have ever seen. LTevention worked with my budget and they can accommodate ANY budget (they even went way under-budget on a few things). Even though setup costs seemed high at first, my groom and I noticed the day of the wedding that LTevention had about 15 people setting up our reception, making sure every single detail was absolutely perfect. My groom looked at me and said “wow, they earn every part of that setup fee.”

Whether you need just one thing or your whole wedding decorations and setup, start with LTevention. They have an amazing warehouse with anything and everything you could possibly imagine (it’s like party planning heaven) and have the best staff in the world.

LT was recommended to us by Paris where we were having our reception. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. We did all of our communication by email and it worked out fine. They did a great job on our chair covers, chair ties and other miscellaneous linens. They were also able to setup our favors and table numbers for us. I thought that the 25% service charge was a little much. Plus there was also another service charge for using your credit card to pay them.

Don't go anywhere else! I decided to use LTeventions because an extended family friend actually founded and owns the company. I wasn't sure what I was getting into at first and actually thought I might not go with such a large event company. I wanted something personal and cost effective, and I was sure that a smaller company would deliver that better. Wow- was I wrong! The wedding staff with LT is above par with their professionalism and eagerness to make this day all about you. When I first met with Andrea, I knew that I was in great hands. She took time with my mom and I as I walked her through my vision for the day and she got to know my style, likes and dislikes. After that first meeting, it was as if she knew exactly what to show me and what not to show me! Dealing with someone this good made my wedding day planning easy!

Since I was very hands-on, I couldn't have asked for a more patient and including person to work with! Andrea made sure that I was in on every detail and spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with everything. LTeventions provided my chairs, linens, special backdrops, lighting, and all of my floral for the ceremony and reception. They also did it at a very competitive price! They were not afraid to listen to what I wanted and how much I was wanting to spend, and work within my budget to create an individualized look for me. The educated me on costs of flowers and different items so that I knew what I was getting and why it was costing me what it was. They also made a lot of creative suggestions to help me achieve the over-all look I was going for.

LT was also extremely flexible in taking care of items for me. I actually made some changes up to the week of the wedding!! Andrea didn't even bat an eye as she took in all of these things and made them happen for me.

She was there first thing the morning of my wedding, and stayed until everything was set up and in place before it began. You will get more than you expect if you use LTeventions for your wedding!

**Note: I actually booked with a different florist and had a contract with them for my floral. They were more of a mom and pop shop and I thought I was getting a better price than my original quote from LT, so I went with them. Turns out, they really couldn't offer what I was envisioning for my day. They didn't have half of the creativity that LT, Andrea and her team and floral designers had, and I realized I made a huge mistake. I actually spoke with Andrea about how I regretfully booked them instead of LT, and she told me she wished she would have known pricing was an issue in the original quote because they would have worked with me to get it to where I wanted it to be. Surprisingly, only three months before my wedding, my original florist cancelled on me and I was left without a florist for all of my ceremony and reception floral. I immediately contacted Andrea to see if her staff could get me in to add floral. She responded with an instant yes, and within the week I was sitting down with her and Sue (the floral designer) to create my dream floral for my wedding. It ended up exceeding my expectations, and being far greater than I think the original florist could have ever designed!

Don't go anywhere else! I decided to use LTeventions because an extended family friend actually founded and owns the company. I wasn't sure what I was getting into at first and actually thought I might not go with such a large event company. I wanted something personal and cost effective, and I was sure that a smaller company would deliver that better. Wow- was I wrong! The wedding staff with LT is above par with their professionalism and eagerness to make this day all about you. When I first met with Andrea, I knew that I was in great hands. She took time with my mom and I as I walked her through my vision for the day and she got to know my style, likes and dislikes. After that first meeting, it was as if she knew exactly what to show me and what not to show me! Dealing with someone this good made my wedding day planning easy!

Since I was very hands-on, I couldn't have asked for a more patient and including person to work with! Andrea made sure that I was in on every detail and spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with everything. They went out of their way to make sure everything was prefect. They even do some setup before the wedding for my mom so she could go and get ready, they didn't have to do that it was really sweet.
