Madison square gave me my dream wedding!!! Very friendly staff, Stefano made sure all my questions were answered and made the night run so smooth! The food was AMAZING!! My guests are still talking about the food!! We had prime rib and chicken, and the portions were huge and very good size of side items as well!!! Prices were also affordable and they really work with your budget!! I recommend 100%

The Venue Was Absolutly Beautiful. The Communication with this place is Horrible. They Tell you one thing then turn around and do something completely different. We Free Well Bar for our Guests, WE requested Coors Light beer to be on Tap, The night of the wedding we find out it is Bud Light! I hate bud beer. Then we had Served Hordevoiurs. Which my husband nor the wedding party got any of. by the time we were done with pictures they were finished. WE were RUSHED through the Whole Night! Our DJ Warned me prior to the day, I should have Listened! He said they rush you through everything so they can go home early. WEll WE paid Wellover $10,000.00 For our Wedding and reception, And I should have gotten to enjoy it, But instead I was miserable.RUSHed,Starved, And disappointed in this Hall! actually not the Hall. Stefano is the real problem! He is the one that did everything. Buyer Beware!!!!!

Deposit was given in August of 2008 for wedding in March 2009. I was shown several different menues and packages. I stressed that I wanted only specifics and asked if they could accomidate. I emailed specifics and was sent a proposal. His packages included three hot hordovores, fruit and cheese display, dinner, champagne toast, cake, and centerpices. This package was $41.00 per person. I explained that I also wanted the ceremony there.
My needs were for the fruit and cheese display, the meal and beer and wine for my guests. I also wanted chair bows of which his venue owned. No cake, no centerpices, no hodovores, no champange and I paid for an extra hour for the service. It lasted 20 from start to our introduction right before the first dance. We also paid for a bar tender and a dance floor that 72 hours prior to the wedding he mentioned that if I wanted one that I would have to rent it for $180 more dollars. This total being over $38.00 per person. I was given a bill of $684.80 after the end of the reception and was told it was a cunsumption bar. My husband figured out he even tried to bill us for our bar we paid cash to the bar tender. This man obviously thinks that everyone assumes that catering lingo is included in everyones vocabulary and we have all planned such activites and we should have asked better questions. Maybe he should have explained in better detail that he was going to steel from me after the reception. I still haven't gotten my centerpices back. That is about $300 worth of items and some things belonged to my sister.
