Nothing but LOVE for this venue and the people who work here!! Our wedding day was absolute perfection. Our guests were stunned by how gorgeous this venue is!! The garden where the ceremony takes place is like a fairy tale, the views of the fields and valley from cocktail hour / reception cannot be beat, and the reception area is an outdoor dream. The market lights and gorgeous florals make for such a romantic feel, and they have a ton of great and affordable decor pieces you can rent. From our first tour, to the food tasting / showcase, to our 10 day meeting to the wedding day - they were professional, quick to respond, informative, and always willing to help! They use an online wedding planning system called basecamp (which was the same system my sister's wedding planner used) which kept all our information in one place and was an easy way to communicate with Maravilla Gardens and their caterer, Command Performance (incredibly great food!). Erin was our coordinator, and made sure we had every detail covered. I always felt at ease, and most importantly, they had everything managed so well that I didn't have anything to worry about day of. We were able to just focus on enjoying our day! We got married in Aug of 2016, and I wish we could go back to that day!! It was perfect and Maravilla Gardens was a huge part of the reason why.

Words cannot express my gratitude to Maravilla Gardens. They were PHENOMENAL! The venue is breathtaking and so unique. It is different from any other wedding I had been to, and my guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was. Further, the staff is incredible. They are so organized and made my wedding planning process a dream! Really, they make it as straightforward and not stressful as possible because they are organized and detail oriented. I was blown away by how they ran the entire process. Within minutes of sending an email I would have a response. They set up, run, and tear down the day so you and your family can truly absorb the entire wedding and not worry about a single detail. Jen and Rob are amazing people! While the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the owner and staff are not the most professional bunch. I was part of a wedding party this past weekend, and unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worst as the celebrations were set to begin. As it poured down on the guests, the owner was initially nowhere to be found, staying dry in her house which is located on the property. When we were finally able to reach her, she offered no help, instead listing off excuses as to why there was nothing she could do, while the bridal party attempted to come up with solutions to the problem. We were quite shocked at her rude responses to any idea we could think up, and her impolite and unhelpful manner throughout the situation. As a recent bride myself, I would caution anyone from using this as a venue unless they get everything in writing to their liking. The owner is friendly when things run smoothly, but if something unexpected happens, you can count on her to run away and offer no contingency plans or solutions. The last thing a bride needs on her special day is a rude owner offering no help and adding stress to an already unfortunate situation. The venue itself deserves five stars. If I could give the owner zero stars for professionalism and helpfulness in an imperfect situation, I would. \r\n\r\nThank goodness for the great catering staff and the nice people over at the Padre Serra Catholic Church who came through and saved the day! My husband and I got married at Maravilla in July of 2015. My husband, my mother, and I had high standards for venue appearance and atmosphere, and Maravilla hit the mark on every level: immaculate landscaping, beautiful flowers, perfect lighting, and numerous decor options.
But more than the breathtaking appearances, the staff were outstanding. Jen Loller and her husband run the place like a well-oiled machine, and their wedding coordinators (each wedding gets their own--no need to hire a wedding planner) are incredible (thanks Carolyn!). On our wedding day, as the bride I had zero stress and got to fully enjoy being present in the day thanks to their high levels of organization in coordinating the minute details of the schedule, caterer, DJ, and other vendors. At Maravilla, you are locked in to their caterer, but honestly you would not want anyone else; their food is outstanding and there are an almost overwhelming number of cuisines and options.
The owners and staff of Maravilla run their venue with kindness and integrity, and it was a joy to plan such an important day with wonderful, down-to-earth, honest people. To this day, many of our friends & family say that our wedding at Maravilla was the best wedding they've been to! I would recommend Maravilla to anyone in a heartbeat!

I’m not sure where to even start with this AMAZING venue. Our wedding day was perfect, and the planning process was streamlined and simple from start to finish (said no bride ever, right?!!). The venue itself is incredibly well thought out and always manicured to a 10+ —each space provides guests with a unique and different “WOW” factor (ceremony, reception & cocktail), while remaining cohesive and consistent. I LOVE that you can customize things to your hearts content at Maravilla with the use of their rentals (or outside rentals); or have a simple wedding that focuses on the natural beauty of the venue-the space doesn’t need anything, but the option is there if that’s what you love. The staff is kind, courteous, timely and professional, and they don’t leave anything to guesswork (attention to detail is their thing). Maravilla is also a great value… without looking like it! Who wouldn’t want that! Their list of vendor references is on point if you need assistance in other aspects of planning, and their catering partner, Command Performance Catering, is outstanding. I was initially a bit hesitant about being “locked in” to a catering company as my husband and I are total foodies (as were many of our guests), but fear not, as CPC totally rocks and the options are basically limitless. We can’t thank Jen/Maravilla Gardens enough for such a positive experience…our guest were blown away the entire evening and everyone really felt like family from start to finish. With just 6 months to plan a wedding, the experience could have been stressful and quite disastrous, but with the guidance of knowledgable and caring staff and all the built-in resources provided by Maravilla Gardens, the process went smoother than we could have ever expected! Jen, our coordinator Heidi, and the catering manager, Robert, all did an exceptional job answering our numerous questions and put so much hard work and thought into making our wedding special.

All our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was, as well as how all the MG staff and vendors were so wonderful. Everyone took ownership of their role in our wedding and went out of their way to make things run smoothly. We truly felt like we were working with our closest friends and are incredibly grateful to Maravilla Gardens for helping make our wedding an unforgettable event!

"My husband & I got married at Maravilla Gardens in April 2015. After months of searching for the ideal outside venue, we found everything we wanted at Maravilla. We loved that it was a family owned business and fell in love with its beauty both on site and with the backdrop of the mountains. We also thought it was neat that we could rent items (ie: barn door and LOVE sign were some of our favorites). In doing a travel theme for our wedding we came to Jen with the thought of having our small cake along with an airplane piñata displayed somewhere around a tree. She came up with a fantastic idea of hanging the cake and then had her husband make a cake swing for us!
During our wedding, we had the wonderfully talented Erin working with us. Her calm demeanor and genuine smile made the night run smoothly and put us at ease that everything was going to plan throughout the day/night. We also want to thank Rob with Command Performance Catering for the amazing food and dining experience. I would also highly suggest going with DJ’s and florists off Maravilla’s recommended list as it lowers the stress level because they know the venue and staff. We had Henry from VOX DJ’s and Janet from Greenwich Florist. We would give them both 5 stars!
Throughout the wedding and at the brunch the day after, we got many comments such as, “This is the best wedding I have ever been too!” I would like to take some of that credit, however, the majority of the credit goes to the Maravilla Gardens staff, their expertise and their love for weddings.
