Our wedding was on 10/8/16. We were so happy with all of the vendors we used EXCEPT MEN'S WAREHOUSE! This has to have been the worst shopping/customer service experience of my life!!!! When we first picked out the men's attire it seemed like it would be a pretty seamless process. They took the names of each of the groomsmen as we had 7 in total living in all different parts of Florida. We were told all they had to do was go into their local store and give their or my husbands name. All but one of the guys (included my now husband) called me with issues! One of our guys was a size 3XL vest which they failed to mention to us that only came up to a size XL when we originally picked out the outfit. They showed it in stock on their website up to a 5XL and when I called customer service about that they said their website is not accurate and never up to date???? One of the guys who went into the store bought the outfit but the store somehow missed one of the pieces that was to be included in all the orders (a belt) and he had to go back. Another guy went into one of the stores and was told they could not pull up the order by names and that we had to get the group number. I had to call the store where we placed the original order and get the group number (which they told us is ridiculous and that the other store should have been able to pull it up by the names). They told my husband when he went in that they didn't have his size in the store but that they would order it and it would be in within 3 days. 2 weeks later , it still wasn't in!! I called numerous times only to finally find out that they had it the whole time but had accidentally put it on the wrong rack. On the day of our wedding the guys were getting ready and one of them pulled out his outfit and he had a completely different color than everyone else!!! This was the color the store told him was the one we had picked out, which obviously was not. I know it seems convenient because Men's Warehouse has so many loc

Terrible experience. Didn't have the suits we wanted multiple times. Super unresponsive. We were told we could pick up the suit, made a huge trip in rush hour to do so, but no suit. Definitely avoid them to avoid unnecessary last-minute stress

Awful experience. My husband and I went in to look at tuxes for our wedding. The main manager actually bullied me out of my original idea for my bridesmen. I wouldn't have cared about this if it was the only issue since it came out looking wonderful. However, we chose tuxes and set everything up. I went home that night and told my dad how excited I was for him to have a Vera Wang tux. He calls me when he picks it up- not a Vera Wang. So my husband calls the store. The person on the phone was nice and told us that it was listed as being Calvin Klein. Now, whether or not the tuxes we ordered were Calvin Klein or Vera Wang, there was SOME sort of miscommunication there. We never got a single apology. NOT ONE. So we make sure to change to the Vera Wang one that I thought we had ordered in the first place. Over the phone we confirmed what the price difference would be and also confirmed that we would only be paying for the difference in the cost of the tuxes. It wasn't a lot so we weren't concerned. Fast forward to my dad going in to pick up the new tux- still no apology from the manager when he went in and explained the situation, and the guy tried to charge my father both a rush fee and change of order fee! Fortunately my dad argued enough to not have to pay (it's the father of the bride for goodness sake!). So after we found out about what happened, my husband and I went out of our way to go down there and talk to the manager to clear the mess up (our 4th time that week). The conversation wound up being brief because he tried to blame the whole situation on us ("well because you changed your mind on the tuxes..." "It was YOUR decision to change the tux.." Um, no, it was miscommunicated to us which ones we had decided on!), and proceeded in cutting me off every time I tried to nicely talk to him. I eventually just turned and walked out he was so incredibly rude to me. So disappointed in Larry. At least Alex was super nice and helpful.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tux company. Having been in 8 weddings in the last year I consider myself a professional wedding participant. Men's Warehouse was the rental company in almost all of these wedding and each event had several issues. I was planning on using a different company for my wedding but Men's Warehouse called and offered a stellar deal for the groomsmen and a free suit for the groom. We went in to discuss the details and after much wheeling and dealing we left a deposit. Long story short we were screwed out of the free suit deal because the suit the groom was talked into buying didn't qualify (even though the salesman led us to believe the whole time it was part of the deal - no, we were hit with a $980 bill at the last minute) none of the grooms men's tuxes arrived on time, one was the wrong color and the groom's tux was ordered without pants or a jacket (why would he need those???) and had to be rushed overnight and arrived 4 hours prior to the ceremony starting. A total mess. I called customer service to complain as did several groomsmen and were told "sorry we can't do anything for you our computer's won't let us". We were not offered even a partial refund and not a soul apologized for the mess.

We used Men's Wearhouse for our groom's and groomsmen attire. The main (/only) reason we went with them was because of their coordinating colors with David's Bridal, which we used for our bridesmaids' attire. The salespeople were helpful enough, and all the suits were ordered correctly, but a major turn off for us was the fact that their pricing structure was very sketchy. We wanted to know the price for each component of the ensemble, to help us decide which pieces we wanted, and which we could live without (do we really need pocket squares?), but they could never give us a straight answer. If you take out one piece, the price of everything else goes up. When we asked how much it would be to take out the jacket, the answer was "the difference is minimal, so you might as well keep the jackets." When we asked for specifics, after hemming and hawing forever, the answer was that the difference was $60 per person. Ummm, that's a huge difference, not "minimal." We just got tired of the run-around we got every time we asked a simple question.

Also, the suits were cheap in quality. The white shirts were nearly see-through, and the suspenders were useless (multiple groomsmen had issues with their suspender clips not clipping tightly, and/or popping off).

I can't say we had a completely terrible experience, but I definitely won't be recommending Men's Wearhouse to anyone, anytime soon.

I would NOT recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone looking for attire for your wedding. My husband and his groomsmen had the absolute worst experience with Men's Wearhouse as a whole. My husband visited approximately 4 locations, in which every location had rude employees. My husband and his groomsmen did not get their tuxedos until 2 hours before our wedding because Men's Wearhouse had messed up every measurement on every single one of the tuxedos. The tux measurements were so messed up that my husband thought they were going to have to pick out a whole new tux for everyone to wear for the wedding, 24 hours before the wedding. When we contacted the corporate office to inform them of the horrible experience that we had with their multiple different locations, they took my husbands information and did not follow through with any sort of compensation or apology for the complete mess that they made of our wedding. I will NEVER use Men's Wearhouse ever again and will NEVER recommend this company to any future brides and grooms that I know.

I wouldn't recommend using Men's Wearhouse to anyone else. The only reason that I did was because they had color matching with David's Bridal. However, there were problems that arose all throughout the process. At first I didn't think it was going to be a problem at the initial session. But then we found out that somehow within the span of time of making the reservations and getting the tuxes fitted, the reservation on those tuxes had been cancelled. So we had to go through all of the information again. Then I was told that the problem was that the guys did not go to the same store as the reservation was made at, even though we specifically said that the tuxes would be picked up in another location, as the wedding was to be 3 hours from where we lived! Then there was another issue in that all of the tuxes were to be picked up in one location, but somehow they had us down for 3 separate locations spread through 2 states... Again, they repeated that we should go through only one location to do everything. My question is, what is the point in being a chain that has locations in many of the states when you can't accommodate for wedding parties having people that are outside of the traveling radius for only one location? To me, that defeats the point. The last issue happened the day before the wedding. Everyone had paid in full prior to pick-up because once again everyone was traveling to try to make it to the rehearsal dinner in time. My dad had paid OVER A WEEK prior to the pickup date, yet when my husband got there to pick up the tuxes they claimed that it hadn't been paid for. Then when I call to get more information suddenly they can find that the tux has been paid for, and it is all the fault of my husband in their eyes that they didn't see that the tux had been paid for, once again through a separate location. This was just not worth using this vendor again, as either somebody was too lazy to do things right the first time, or their system is crazy slow!

Aidan at Mens Warehouse in Tanesbourne is a rock star! We had a specific look of suit we were going with, and he was able to get us all 4 suits with a special deal. He rearranged buttons on pants and suit coats, so that all would match, and he did this all with no complaining. He is light hearted, friendly and very funny. We felt like he was just a friend we have known for a while helping us shop for suits. The suits looked amazing! oh! and he coordinated shipping 3 of the suits to different stores across the US!!!
